Close to the hot spot
Overall experience was good. Staff was great. Hotel showing signs of improper maintenance. Restaurants were sufficient but lacking a diversified menu. Great value for the price. Had an issue with a noisy refrigerator that the gentleman said many guest had the same complaint. The solution is to turn it off.......hope you don't have anything to keep cold.

Ok, not great.
Felt for the cost the rooms were below the value. Live band was wonderful and staff. Highly disappointed with a sag in the bed and cleanliness of room was just plain disappointing!

We love staying here whenever we visit Memphis! The checkin process is easy, the beds are so comfortable, the rain shower feels great! We've never had any complaints when staying here!

Anniversary Weekend at the Guesthouse and Graceland tour!
My wife and I came to celebrate our Anniversary this past weekend and it was a wonderful experience from to top to bottom.

Lovely hotel!
Beautiful property that is very well maintained. The shuttle over to Graceland is fast and efficient, the food we had was great. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
