We stayed 4 nights and the hotel improved in my opinion each and every day. The staff are wonderful, rooms are spacious and the location is amazing. I was originally not as enthusiastic as the room seemed outdated but the bed is so comfortable and the bedroom was large. The walk from the hotel, down Main St is easy and there are great sites and restaurants in walking distance other than Beale St. We would be happy to visit again.

Room wasn't quite clean enough. Front desk help struggled to explain things in an understandable manner. The music and street noise goes until 2 or 3 each night. Rooftop bar is not open until 5 on most days. Aside from those things, it honestly wasn't a bad place to stay. Just not great.

Good location for a trip to Downtown Memphis. Comfy room and mattress. The double beds are small, though.

Spacious rooms with nice atmosphere, and the rooftop is absolutely a must go - stunning views over the Mississippi River, with nice drinks and bar food, don’t miss the beautiful sunset here! Also location is good. But don’t expect a view from your room ;)

Tranisha is phenomenal, anything you may need she has been available and a gem! The rooms ane spacious and the hotel is pleasantly quiet. The rooftop had a wonderful view too! A great place to spend a restful evening. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, coffee, and juice.
