People make the difference!
I would just like to mention four front desk clerks who went above and beyond for me. : Annisa, Night Audit made coffee for me at 4 a.m. when I needed it. Neland made sure my room was ready and bags in my room when I got in from work calls. Neland is the Front Desk Manager, Jack front desk tried to fix my TV himself and Manuel helped me when I had trouble finding the very important gym fob that I thought I had left behind. The waiter in the restaurant was very good and I would like to thank Mehri for arranging my business travel rate. People make the difference

Great stay lovely spot friendly staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent view if the river. Comfortable room. Coffee in room would be the only improvement we can suggest

Amazing Hidden Gem on Mud Island
Wow - we have visited Memphis many times for weekend getaway and have never stayed here. What a delightful little boutique hotel located on Mud Island. We stayed in a corner room with 3 large picture windows and a view of the river. The room was perfect, nice linens, robes, quiet and large bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome drink of sherry (I think) with 2 glasses. Breakfast at Paulette’s was included and it was very good. I had the veggie omelette. The entire staff was attentive and pleasant. To sum it up - I was I’ll definitely return but this time try to get a room with double beds and not a single queen for a little more comfort.

Hidden Gem of Mud Island!
I have been going to the River Inn of Harbor Town for a few years now. It is a quaint stay that allows you a place to relax after a hard days work while getting away from the hectic chaos of downtown. The friendly staff and free breakfast in the morning is always a plus! Would highly recommend if visiting Memphis.
