Sea Rock Inn

Really enjoyed our stay recently at Seal Rock Inn. When we were deciding where to stay I called the Inn and they were extremely helpful and suggested a room that would accommodate what we were trying to achieve. They also offered great dining suggestions in addition to things to do (Botanical Gardens and Pacific star Winery). The staff could not have being more friendly and helpful. Location of the Inn is very convenient to downtown Mendocino and a short walk to Mendocino Headlands (a good whale watching spot). A definite spot we will return to.

They thought of everything! The room was perfectly located with amazing views of the coastline. The room was ready for us when we checked in, with warm brownies in the lobby and a small bottle of wine in the room. Designated parking for each room made it easy to navigate. The room itself was perfectly appointed - small fridge, gorgeous and spacious bathroom, coffee machine, two TVs, and dvd players for their selection to movies and shows, and a fireplace. The beds were very comfortable. It's a short walk to town along a road with little traffic or a 2 min drive.

What a charming place to stay. We stayed in number 8. The front porch had a spectacular view of the dramatic Headlands rocks and the ocean crashing against them. From the moment we arrived to our departure the service was just very hospitable. The breakfast was such a pleasant surprise of perfection as most included breakfast options just seem to be a let down these days. We will definitely stay here again.

Sea Rock is a great place - awesome ocean views and minutes from the town of Mendocino. Our room was awesome. I thought having breakfast delivered to the room would be awkward, but it was actually quite nice - and the breakfasts were GREAT. Highly recommended!
