Hidden gem in Mérida!!
We are obsessed with this place! The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. (Shoutout to Bri, Jose, and Issa!) so good we came back twice! The house-made butter was so delicious we asked them if we could buy it and they made us a package for us to take back. Highly recommend this hidden gem in Mérida. We just came to eat at the restaurant but next time we’ll have to come stay in the hotel! So so well designed. The eggs and omelette were delicious (wish we took photos of them!) we split the smoothie bowl and they split it into two different cups for us without us even asking. Seriously the nicest staff- thank you!!

Boutique luxury for short stays in Merida
Lovely rooms—mine was a “studio”adjacent to the rooftop pool, perfect for solo travelers or a couple. Great location one block off the grand boulevard. Bri and colleagues took very good care—including a quality breakfast. A boutique luxury experience for short stays in Merida.

I had an amazing stay at Diez Diez Collection Hotel! The room was fantastic, and the food was delicious, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single person I encountered was warm, kind, and genuinely dedicated to making the stay special. They are the heart of this hotel—beautiful people who make a real difference. Though Diez Diez is a small hotel, it is mighty in charm, elegance, and attention to detail. A true hidden gem in the beautiful city of Mérida! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Great service and excellent food - cozy space.
We really enjoyed our experience. The food and presentation were both excellent. We ordered the Chillaquiles and the Motuleños. The service was also amazing, thanks to Issa who waited on us and to Eric & Zo who prepared our delicious meal. We stayed a few doors away at Air BnB and wished we had stopped by for breakfast sooner. Will definitely return and stay in the accompanying hotel FRONT 10.

Panerai was so cool
The Diez Diez Collection was incredible! The Panerai Room had a really cool design, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The restaurant is a must—be sure to book a dinner there. Everything was top-notch and we took the bikes to explore the downtown one day.
