W Costa Navarino

Our stay at W Costa Navarino exceeded our expectations again. What made the experience truly special was the genuine kindness and hospitality of the entire team. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The thoughtful birthday surprise in the room was a wonderful gesture that made the occasion feel truly memorable. The hotel itself is the perfect place to unwind. The pool area is incredibly relaxing, and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property creates a sense of calm that is hard to find. A special thank you goes to Mr. Kanaris Kostas. His dedication to guest satisfaction is a great example of the outstanding service provided by the hotel. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future. Bravo to all staff!

We had been to Costa Navarino before (The Westin twice and The Romanos once) and loved it. We tried The W this time, and were not disappointed. Apart from one of two small gitches which were quickly resolved, everything was first class. Even a flood in the bathroom (blocked drain in the shower - not us!) was sorted out within 15 minutes. So many people to thank: Chrysanth, Efi and Harry at Breakfast, Nepheli and George in Parelia at dinner, and Andros and Angelos at Reception. Apolgies if I have not got the names quite right. Oh, and Nico in the Spa/Gym for one-to-one Pilates with my wife - outstanding. Great location close to 3 of the golf courses and to Gialova, lovely sunset room to help celebrate a birthday and wedding anniversary, and very nice pool area with very cool chill out music gently in the background. And NO KIDS ! We will absolutely go back - hopefully next year......

This is our second time at the hotel. We had never booked the same place twice but last year was faultless and we booked before we’d left! The location is just the most beautiful place with incredible sunsets every evening. The food is varied with different restaurants but all are lovely and it is always possible to get a table. The staff, from maintenance to housekeeping to bar staff and reception are friendly, professional and simply can’t do enough for you. No issues getting sun loungers, either on the beach or by a pool at any time of day. Absolutely the most peaceful, beautiful place and cannot recommend highly enough. What an unexpected and completely elevated experience at the W! Top tier customer support from all areas of hospitality. Room janitorial services were prompt and expedient. We were never interrupted yet. Our room was always made up in many cases multiple times a day. The food and beverage experience offered vast choices, especially in the included breakfast buffet. Beyond the accommodations, the staff is what made my experience the most memorable. Having visited adjacent properties, including those within the Marriott portfolio, I found the W’s access accessibility within the resort to the beach to be the most convenient. There have been many standout interactions with staff beyond the names mentioned below: Effie, Zoe and Maria at breakfast, Ermol at the poolside, George at the evening lounge, and Avangelo F&B Director. Dyonesia at the Whatever Whenever team made sure we stayed busy locally.
