The staff from the porters to the cleaners, the ground staff who keep everything looking so great, the restaurant staff, everyone in the concierge and even the engineer who came to fix my phone within ten minutes of me reporting it wasn’t working, they were all great. The four golf courses were all challenging, varied and different and everything was very efficiently run with our clubs cleaned, ready and waiting for us on our next course when we arrived the next day. The scenery was stunning. We ate out most evenings but found some terrific restaurants in nearby Pylos and Gialova.

Our 7th stay since this great place opened and it continues to deliver. The ultimate sanctuary and if you like it, a great golf destination. On site is Parelia - a beautiful sea front restaurant - Nicole and Paulina - just brilliant throughout the stay - we ate there 3 times. Also plenty of options around Gialova and Pylos and the nearby Agora. The vibe is W but it’s a quiet vibe and you leave totally relaxed. 8th stay coming up in July 2027 - god willing !!

W Costa Navarino is a wonderful, modern hotel, designed in perfect harmony with the unique natural beauty that surrounds it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing and rejuvenating holiday, combined with the distinctive sense of luxury and high quality that characterizes every space and service. Its exceptional beach, with its endless sandy shore, warm waters and enchanting sunsets, is truly unique. The rooms, large swimming pools and all communal areas are impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff are exceptionally kind, welcoming and always eager to assist. Special mention should be made of the Guest Experience Manager, Mr. Konstantinos Kanaris, who stands out from the very first moment for his professionalism, courtesy and pleasant personality. He is always available to help and advise every guest in the best possible way. Through his constant presence and supervision, he has created an excellently organized team that takes care of guests with kindness and enthusiasm at breakfast, in the restaurants and throughout the hotel. Every time we return, we are delighted to see that everything has become even better. We would also like to mention Tasos at breakfast and Michalis at the beach, who are always exceptionally kind and helpful. We were also particularly impressed by Mr. Dimitris Drivas, both for his approachable personality and his impeccable professionalism. The restaurants at W Costa Navarino offer high-level culinary experiences, with exceptional flavours and fresh, high-quality ingredients from the Greek land. At the same time, a different event is organized almost every day. Distinguished guest chefs, renowned musicians and carefully curated music evenings create such a wonderful atmosphere that you truly do not want to leave the hotel. With its wonderful spa, fully equipped gym, private boat excursions and many interesting activities, W Costa Navarino is the ideal destination for complete relaxation and rejuvenation in nature. It is a hotel that offers you everything you need, making you never want to leave - not even for a moment - and leaving you eagerly looking forward to returning every time!

Unfortunately my experience a this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were rude and unhelpful which made us feel in unwelcome throughout our stay. The food was terrible breakfast if you like fresh fruit forget it it’s either melon or bruised pineapple and the smallest bowl of yogurt which was always empty and 1 toaster for the whole hotel The last day my husband had money taken from he’s pockets so do not leave anything valuable around. Overall the experience was far below expectations, I hope the hotel takes customer feedback seriously and improves both its customer service and food quality, sadly I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Everything fantastic but the restaurant parelia was like a fake. Pasta for two persons with seafood for more than 100€, looks disgusting and tasted - I will say very special. The ohers main dishes and sides were also not really lovley made and good. But the atmosphere was great and the staff was very nice.
