Had a wonderful time at the W C/N. Travelled as a family of 6 and enjoyed every moment of our experience. Beach chairs are never an issue, finding room at the pool late PM was at times a little more difficult. Onsite restaurants and staff went above and beyond on every occasion. The resort is beyond impeccable and staff are wonderful. Rooms: 10 on 10 Concierge crew are also available and very helpful in coordinating anything you may need during your stay. We enjoyed a day charter which was fantastic! Transfer from Athens to C/N was arranged by the W team and was perfect in every respect. Would absolutely have no issues returning to this property in the future.

Very enjoyable stay with the family in a beachfront 3 bed suite. Lunch and evening service first class. Pool and breakfast service needs some work. Service is not as good as Sani, staff not as experienced and slow but once you get used to it it’s fine. A first world problem. Food is ok but better menu in the lounge bar/estaurant near the reception where the staff seem more experienced and the menu broader. Water sports looks good although we only used the non motorised stuff . Bay is calm in the morning and picks up wind in the afternoon and evening. Sand is a bit gritty but ok. Sunsets sublime. Back office staff supporting the WhatsApp concierge were outstanding , very helpful . Book restaurants in advance. We enjoyed a few nights at restaurants in the local town Gialova. This hotel is not connected to the other hotels Westin/ Costa Navarros although there is a shuttle from the W after 11am. It’s not physically connected like the Sani resort and feels more of an independent hotel. Maybe just me but i thought it was more integrated. You can sign to the room in the other hotels but only use them “if not busy” ( we were told and turned away before asking at the Westin) . Too much of a schlep to get there in my opinion. However I would recommend this hotel for a break.

Everything was absolutely excellent! Mr. Costas Kanari is an outstanding professional who truly elevates the experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional. The food was simply amazing, delicious, beautifully prepared, and of the highest quality. We will never forget the unforgettable night at Parelia with Chef George Kataras and amazing atmosphere. A wonderful experience all around!

If you want a few days of ultra luxury and impeccable service, then this is the place to come to. Upon walking into the beautiful open air lobby, the scent of the Costa Navarino is almost tranquillizing. The service is 10/10. Everyone was so pleasant, professional and super friendly. Dimitri, the property manager went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay and didn’t have any complaints. The service really stood out. Breakfast is on another level. There is a coffee house, a bakery, a deli area and another area that served everything you can imagine , from eggs to pancakes to a plethora of fruit, more bread than a bakery, waffles, yogurt and many more delicious breakfast items. The sea is clean and at a perfect temperature. There were plenty of umbrellas and chairs every day, and there was also sea side food and drink service. There are also many pools, and rooms which have plunge pools in front of them. There are multiple bars throughout the property as well as dining. Adjacent to the Costa Navarino is the Marketplace that has shopping and many restaurants. There is always something going on in the evening in the form of music performance. The rooms are ultra modern, beautiful and comfortable. There is a gym and a spa on the property as well as free parking. There are golf carts that the staff will gladly use to transport guests wherever they need to go. My husband and I had an amazing 3 days here, getting pampered and relaxing. Truly a unique experience!!

We stayed at this hotel for six days-me and my wife, my daughters aged 24 and 22 and my 13 year old son. We were recommended to go to Costa Navarino by are friend and chose the W as it looked fabulous. Starting with the positives. We stayed in a three bedroom villa with a private pool on the beach. It was phenomenal. In fact we hardly left it. Well worth the investment. The service in the hotel impeccable- the staff can’t do enough for you. The overall set out and position of the hotel is great. It is also right next to an upmarket agora with some lovely restaurants, live music at night and open air cinema. The W is part of the costa Navarino family of hotels and share facilities. I played two of the golf courses- The Hills and The Bay. Both are immaculate but I prefer the Bay for the views. However there are a few negatives. The hotels food choices are a little limited and also very expensive. The transport out of the hotel could be better taxi’s can take 20 minutes to arrive and the inter hotel shuttle doesn’t start till 11am. There’s also little in the way of entertainment apart from music at sunset and some clubbing evenings. That said we were happy to chill and enjoy the incredible beautiful surroundings and local village. Tennis/paddle players be aware that the facilities are not on sight and are in the Romanos hotel which is 15 minutes away. We have been to other hotels with a better overall breakfast experience-suggestions to the hotel would be the addition of non pork based hot food e.g. turkey bacon. Also whilst the hotel allow children over the age of twelve there are no provisions made for young teenagers. Teenagers are treated like young adults which my son enjoyed. Overall Costa Navarino is a wonderful resort and for us is a great alternative to other places we have been in recent years e.g. Ibiza,Marbella and Crete
