I am a Hyatt Globalist traveling with my wife and two children aged 4 and 7. This was our third time staying at Andaz Condesa. We have stayed once per year since it opened, and I think this hotel just gets better with age. The breakfast buffet has been improved significantly and it is fantastic. New to me, globalists are given a free cocktail at Cabuya, the rooftop restaurant/bar. All the staff are very friendly, gave my 4 year old an incredible birthday surprise, and if we needed anything like extra water or pillows, they were brought to our room promptly. The location can't be beat. One minor, minor complaint is I wish the rooftop pool was heated all day long so we could use the pool even on chillier days. That said, I just absolutely love the hotel and we will be back!

Our second stay at Andaz Mexico City was just as amazing as the first, which says a lot about the consistency and quality of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, every interaction exceeded our expectations. The hotel is also in a fantastic location in Condesa — one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City. We loved being able to walk to great restaurants, cafes, parks, and shops while still having the hotel feel like a relaxing retreat in the middle of the city. Our room was super comfortable, spotless, and had beautiful views of the city. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay, and the room always felt welcoming and relaxing after long days exploring Mexico City. The breakfast experience is truly one of the best we’ve had anywhere. There is such a wide variety of high-quality options, and we loved being able to try different Mexican dishes, pastries, fresh fruits, and juices every morning. What made it especially memorable was the service - the breakfast staff remembered our names from day to day and were always so friendly, attentive, and helpful. It made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Exceptional customer service is clearly part of the culture at this hotel. Everyone we encountered - from the staff at the entrance, to the front desk team, housekeeping, restaurant staff, and breakfast servers - was warm, professional, welcoming, and eager to help. That level of hospitality is something truly unique and special. We returned to Andaz Mexico City because of the incredible experience we had during our first stay - the rooms, food, service, and overall experience were all outstanding - and we’re happy to say this stay was every bit as wonderful. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City.

This property is located in a wonderful, neighborhood location. Great walking distance to restaurants and bars with a lovely walking/running path just around the corner. The staff are mostly nice but some seem to avoid eye contact. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms we’ve ever visited. So much space and so many pieces of equipment! There is quite extensive green, public space, making it feel like indoor/outdoor living. Although we did not swim, the rooftop pool looks nice and is perfectly located within the rooftop bar space. The breakfast is lovely, and we would stay here again!

This review is for the Hyatt Andaz (NOT the Regency): Not certain how this hotel made the 'edit' cut at Chase Saphhire Reserve...the hotel lounge is built around "pints and paws" for local petowners, the roof top restuarant blares music and the pool is in a state of complete disrepair - hundreds of one inch tiles missing, dirty - READ Unuseable. The rooms, many have a 4+ foot diameter infrastructure column running through the center of the room, between the bed and the window - ZERO view. The escalator with red carpet is SO out of date, like a filthy casino. There was a "call this number for a massage sticker' on the bathroom mirror from the 1990s that the hotel clearly has tried to remove - unsuccessfully, stained into the mirror glass. So many blinking lights in the room, from TV to smoke detector, it was endless - not kidding - like 20! Just so gross. Will write CSR and suggest review of their edit classification - the single thing this place had going for it, location. But the rest of teh issues totally overshadowed even that strength. PS. The drinks are terrible, with 4-5 bar tenders standing around - shooting the breeze. I accept that if things are in order - but it was DIRTY....each day of our 4 day stay - will never return or recommend. Would have complained on site, but four day stay too short and stay was on Ultimate Reward Points at 2 cents per point - great exchange - horrible hotel. Bottom line: NO BUENO.
