wonderful stay ❤️🥹
I couldn't express how grateful I was to have been there again! I have to admit that it's a wonderful place to visit. 2 years ago we had the opportunity to go and it was incredible, and returning made me nostalgic because we remembered what a wonderful stay it was and the incredible staff! It's incredible to return and feel how welcoming the stay is. I loved everything about the hotel! I'm still emotional about the experience, but I thank the entire staff for their work and I take this opportunity to thank Ana who cleaned our room. It was incredible. I had the pleasure of meeting her and sharing a few words with her. We were in room 403. I send her a hug, she's an angel, and my congratulations from the staff are incredible! We'll be back soon. Oh, and the chai latte for breakfast was wonderful. My BF especially liked it a lot and recommended it so much that I accepted. The flavor was incredible.

Rediscovering CDMX
Great stay. Comfy room, upgraded to a high floor with breakfast. The staff at Portico, the breakfast spot made our stay welcoming! They did an amazing job remembering our names, breakfast preferences and drink preferences. They helped us get off on the right foot every morning! Went to CDMX to rediscover the city and visit family, and the staff at Andaz made us feel at home and even gave us recommendations for must-see attractions around the city. Hotel is situated nicely in Condesa, not to far from Roma Sur, however can be tricky to find (look for the Sanborns store on Insurgentes and make a right)

Excellent hotel
I really enjoyed the stay. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with hospitality and great customer service. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Mexico City, I highly recommend.
