Beautiful hotel in Condessa
Beautiful hotel in great location. Breakfast was delicious and I had the best massage at Pasana Spa. Can’t wait to return!

One of the best Hyatt experiences
The Hyatt Andaz in Mexico City well exceeds other Hyatt experiences. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The breakfast is one of the best we have had, with a variety of food and beverages and the friendliest staff. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, with water and snacks replenished daily. We also enjoyed strolling around the very walkable and lush neighborhoods surrounding the hotel. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Great hotel experience!
Service was outstanding. All of the staff was very helpful and the stay was one of the best I've ever had. Breakfast buffet, while a bit pricy, was overall worth every bit of the cost and was one of the best. The Wooftop is a hidden gem as well.

Would stay here again! Fantastic location with clean, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Plenty restaurants and shops nearby. Really enjoyed exploring La Condesa and Roma Norte which is super close.

Beautiful Hotel
From the first moment we walked into the hotel it felt special. Very beautiful. The breakfast buffet is amazing. We had a suite on 16th floor. The bed was very comfy, lots of room. Wasn’t a fan of the open bathroom concept, would prefer a door for privacy but it is very sexy. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel is located in a very walkable area with lots of restaurants nearby. Be sure to try Restaurante Castizo on the corner. The Spanish tapas are great. I would recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon.
