Andaz Mexico City Condesa

Amazing hotel, great location, kind and helpful staff. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Mexico City to stay at the Andaz. The rooms were decorated beautifully and cozy, the cleanliness was great in the rooms and spa. The service by Alan at the front desk, and Gustavo the bell hop, were truly awesome. They knew we were celebrating our birthdays and went above and beyond to make us feel special!

Just book it!! This location is amazing, so easily walkable with great restaurants all around! The rooftop bar and pool are excellent. The best part is the service…top notch and genuine. I’ll be back…see you there!!

We have been to Mexico City several times. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and will return in the future. The greeting is always friendly. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The gym is helpful to have on site. We have Globalist status and they upgraded us to a suite. It was spacious with a beautiful deck. The restaurant was above us so Saturday night the music went until 2 am. The breakfast was included for us. We were treated well daily. Hugo remembered us from our prior visit and was very welcoming. He also kept our coffe cups full and plates cleared. The buffet is plentiful and everything tastes fresh. We were escorted to our room by Lucho and then helped to our ride by him at the end of our trip. He initially showed us our room, how everything works, and all the details that helped us get situated comfortably. He also offered assistance whenever he saw us during our stay. We appreciated the warm reception and help throughout our stay. This hotel and staff are exemplary of great service at a luxury hotel.

A wonderful Hotel and a great value! My room was gorgeous and well-appointed. The service was excellent. The hotel and amenities were beautiful and enjoyable. The food was delicious.

I am a Hyatt Globalist traveling with my wife and two children aged 4 and 7. This was our third time staying at Andaz Condesa. We have stayed once per year since it opened, and I think this hotel just gets better with age. The breakfast buffet has been improved significantly and it is fantastic. New to me, globalists are given a free cocktail at Cabuya, the rooftop restaurant/bar. All the staff are very friendly, gave my 4 year old an incredible birthday surprise, and if we needed anything like extra water or pillows, they were brought to our room promptly. The location can't be beat. One minor, minor complaint is I wish the rooftop pool was heated all day long so we could use the pool even on chillier days. That said, I just absolutely love the hotel and we will be back!
