Andaz Mexico City Condesa

Our stay at the Andaz Mexico City Condesa was one of those hotel experiences that goes far beyond just having a nice room. We arrived just as the rain hit, and the first person to greet us was Raymundo. From the very beginning, he was fun, friendly, and *muy simpático*. He grabbed our bags, helped us get checked in, and patiently waited while getting us settled into our room. Every time we saw him throughout our stay, he greeted us, asked about our day, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. We quickly fell in love with him. Our Spanish isn't very good, and Raymundo had fun joking with us about it while still making sure we understood everything. He was incredibly efficient, but what stood out most was how much he genuinely cared. He went above and beyond anything we've experienced at a hotel before. And it wasn't just Raymundo. The entire staff seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even had to ask. At one point I wasn't feeling very good because of travel anxiety, and the staff went out of their way to help me without making me feel like a burden. That kind of care is something you remember. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location, but the **breakfast buffet absolutely stole the show**. The variety was incredible, and everything we tried was delicious. They even made our early-morning departure for the pyramids incredibly easy. When we told them we had to leave around 4 AM, they helped locate our shuttle and actually walked us out and helped us get into a van that wasn't even part of the hotel. That's the kind of service that tells you everything you need to know. From getting us settled when we arrived to making sure we got where we needed to go when we left, the Andaz team made us feel less like hotel guests and more like family. We will absolutely be back. If we return to Mexico City, the Andaz will be our hotel. And if Raymundo is there, we'll be looking for him the moment we walk through the door. **Thank you to the entire Andaz team for making our first days in Mexico City so special. We had a wonderful stay at Andaz Mexico City Condesa. The service was excellent from beginning to end, and every member of the team we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s people like Lucho who turn a great hotel stay into a truly special experience. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere and is in a fantastic location for enjoying Mexico City. There was a slight hiccup during check in but the manager, Alan, was able to resolve everything. The hospitality and service at this hotel is top notch and I plan to stay here whenever I visit Mexico City.

What an amazing experience! All details were taken care of, even earplugs for noise outside. There were complimentary snacks, water, coffee. Many shops around to browse, lots of street vendors, unique cuisine, pharmacies. Everyone spoke English if needed. Driver was polite. Super close to Chapultepec, and other other museums. Classy yet not over the top expensive.

This hotel has such friendly staff. But if you’re looking for a luxury stay, this is not it. It’s hidden within another hotel and nothing about it is luxurious.
