Dissapointing smaller room
We were in a section of the hotel off to the back of the property in a much smaller room than normal. We stay in this hotel at least 6 times per year after arriving and before departing quite often. We like this hotel very much otherwise, Just don't want a room down there anymore.

Comfortable and nice but starts to feel old
I travelled with my parents and stayed here. The staff was very nice and helpful with my eldery parents. The rooms were comfortable but details around the aisles, carpets, walls, TVs are not aging well. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Must be better options - tiny bed - no water
OK it was only 1 night - we were tired and the room was clean and quiet. But apart form that it was really expensive - a bit shabby, had to queue for quite a while to check in. This is billed as 5* - it’s not more 3/4* - and as such is a very expensive option. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great Hotel
Very conveniently located next to the airport with free shuttle to T2. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. There are two restaurants, one full service and one buffet style, both excellent.

Overall we had a nice stay, staff was friendly, room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the hotel needs a renovation, looks and feels old.
