This was the perfect place to stay for a few hours of good food and excellent rest before a 4:45 flight. Don’t sleep in the airport, this hotel is worth a stay!

Excellent location beside airport
Did not like the bedding, 5 pillows all were too soft, the Duvet on the bed is way too heavy, makes it impossible to regulate body temp. They only give 2 very small bottles of water in the room. Other than location would not stay there.

Convenient hotel spoiled by check in
All pretty much as you might expect except the check-in process. There was a line of maybe 60 people moving slowly and being served by only two agents. Eventually a third came but more than half the stations were empty. Very slow and frustrating. The concierge shrugged his shoulders and put it down to a cancelled flight. A poor explanation which did not accord with what I saw.

There is no other choice, this is it!
- Location: Our flight arrived at 10pm. instead of heading downtown, we chose to stay at airport overnight. It took us more than one hour to get from Terminal 1 to the hotel because there is no signage, even though we saw the hotel from the other side of the street, it is not very clear how to cross the street. There is no information on the webpage or on the app. We could have arrived in a downtown hotel by then. - Room: It was fine, but it was really dark even with all the lights on. - Fridge: There is no fridge for us to keep our food fresh. - Coffee: It is a joke. The coffee was so weak; and they only gave us one small pack of powdered creamer. - Bathroom: there is only ONE hook for ONE towel. - Door Stopper: broken - Closet handle: broken - Comforter: SO thick, you need to turn the room temperature really low, what a waste - Luggage: There is enough space for one suitcase even though it is a room for two people. - Cleanliness: good - Staff: nice - Towels: thick and rich - Quietness: You can see the airplanes/runway, but you don't hear it.
