Still our favorite, room to improve
Still my favorite. Architectural jewel. Rufino Tamayo mural. Lovely staff who take pride in working here. Better value and easier access than the hotels on Campos Elíseos and walking distance from all my business appointments in Polanco. La Huerta buffets deliver delicious, nutritional variety for any diet. However: - Blow dryer decibels exceed healthy levels. - Plastic water bottles pollute. Instead, install water purification so we can refill our glasses. I won't put a fifth star back on till you get rid of the plastic bottles.

Loud blow dryer, hardly any water, use of plastic
I love this hotel generally, but three things bothered me. One I have reported before: the blow dryer is dangerously loud, at 90 decibels. I wear ear plugs. Second, for two people, 1/2 liter of drinking water. Three, the drinking water comes in disposable plastic bottles, which is not environmentally sustainable.

everything was just perfect, we got an upgrade room and had something at the bar, great and the garden with its pool is wonderful
