Excellent breakfast, dark room and water running non-stop in the toilet.
I would not recommend. Renovation is needed. Carpet on the floor, old toilet. Soundproofing is not great, I could hear neighbors' alarm.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Staff are very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was a real highlight!

wonderful architecture... superb location
really enjoyed my stay. if anything, the beds are TOO soft! the gym was excellent, well equiped etc. the food was outstanding.

Here in vaca. Great place. Good food, location and service. All of the restaurants were good. Very close to all of the museums. I’m would highly recommend it.

Camino Real is not just a hotel
My stay at Camino Real Polanco in Mexico City was truly memorable. Beyond its iconic architecture, beautiful design, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding facilities, what makes this hotel truly special is its people. I had the chance to chat with waiters, bellboys, and the reception team, and something that really stood out to me is that many of them have been working there for years—and you can see they genuinely enjoy what they do. That doesn’t happen by accident. It speaks of a management team that takes care of its people, values them, and creates an environment where they feel proud to work. The result is clear: guests are treated with warmth, professionalism, and truly wonderful service. Camino Real is not just a hotel; it is also a work of art in Mexican architecture.
