The room was clean and the amenities were excellent. The location was in a nice area and very quick drives around to local attractions and food. It was excellent for a solo trip, and the staff was very friendly even though I did not know very much Spanish. When I go back to Mexico city, I will be staying here again!

huge hotel with good infrastructure. Good restaurants and bar. Gym and pool. The management should improve when You stay one day longer than scheduled. Value only "poor" because staying one day longer costed US $ 400.-!!

I stayed here for four days in this beautiful hotel built for the 1968 Olympics. The colors and concrete elements create a remarkable architectural experience. The service is warm and welcoming, and the breakfast is outstanding.

We had the opportunity to stay at the Camino Real for more than a week. The cleaning and restaurant staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and service-oriented, and the food quality in the restaurant was good. Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff was very disappointing. They were unhelpful, appeared arrogant, and did not provide an acceptable level of service. Both middle and senior management seemed focused solely on financial aspects rather than guest experience. Despite our organization paying approximately USD 600,000 in fees to the hotel, no one from senior management made the effort to personally greet us, which I found surprising and disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the hotel for medical meetings or professional events. The hotel itself has a certain historical charm, with some nice artwork and a pleasant location. However, my room (3124) was very unattractive, and both the head of our organization and I were assigned rooms below our expected standards. Overall, I have rarely experienced such a lack of respect and professionalism from a hotel.
