It is a good option to stay in Polanco The TOP item is the breakfast, higher quality, excellent service and food variety. Hotel has a good infrastructure, good room spaces, etc....

Old hotel, bathroom had bad smell
Bathroom in the room was stinking. I asked to fix it, it got a little bit better but the smell was still there. I just didn't asked to change the room as I had only 1 more night.

Very bad
I had a very disappointing experience at Camino Real Polanco. I was staying for seven nights, yet I was charged an absurd amount of money for just one night, which I found completely unreasonable. The service was poor, the temperature in the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, and the breakfast was terrible in both quality and overall experience. For a hotel of this category and price level, I expected a much higher standard of service, comfort, food quality, and transparency regarding the charges.
