Super comfortable room and poolside

Very nice hotel and comfortable room. The service was great end to end! The location is central to lots of good places, yet it doesn’t have too many outdoor restaurants or nice cafes within less than 10’ walk (unlike Condesa or others)

Good place with no need to stay in the best rooms

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

Good place to stay. Nice rooms, especially the renovated ones. Good service from the staff and food restaurants except the vip lounge of the 5th floor. I can't believe that paying the most expensive suites doesn't allow you to have the buffett lbreakfast of La Granja in the 1st floor but instead you have to go to the vip lounge of the 5th floor where the food is limited and the coffee is the worst in the city. This is been happening for years now. Very bad practice.

Excellent, as always. Not the first time in this hotel, nor the last one, for sure. Very well located.

Room is great and service is terrific, however, room for business purpose was too high for business travel. I did enjoy the area and the hotel. they great breakfast buffet. thats well worth the money.
