Camino Real Polanco was better
The Hotel could be in a bette shape as it used to be. The rugs in the rooms are old and not sure how clean they are. Looking out the room window, yous see walls which paint is deteriorated and black moisture is growing.

Overall, the hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and accommodating, spoke English rather well and provided a pleasurable experience. There were many amenities, restaurants, and lounge areas within the hotel to provide a nice experience.

Rude attitude from lobby staff.
Reception and access security staff with a very rude attitude. Arrogant staff does not allow a pleasant stay.

The place to stay in Polanco. Breakfast is among the best in terms of variety and quality. Fitness Center is well equipped.
