Great service from the minute you get here. It's an incredible area a was the only reasonably priced hotel on s World Cup in town weekend. Rooms are good sized and the view to Chapultepec park and the castle are outstanding. Ask for a higher room if you can. The spa experience awesome as well, couples massage with Nayeli and Alexa was perfect. Nice spa area. Even room service was nice. Not bad for an older hotel in great location

It was my first time in Mexico City and I don't think I would have stayed anywhere else other than Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec. The staff was so friendly. The GM and sales manager remembered my name and were so attentive. It is the type of service that comes from the heart. Imagine being exhausted from traveling in to being welcomed by an amazing team from the front drive all the way through. The view of the castle from my room was so amazing! Truly an unforgettable first stay in Mexico City. Won't be my last!

Our “junior suite” at the Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec was a wonderful surprise and truly the highlight of our stay. It felt more like a full one-bedroom apartment than a junior suite—very spacious, with a living area, kitchenette, and even an extra powder room. The standout feature was the breathtaking view of Chapultepec Castle through the floor-to-ceiling curved windows—absolutely stunning. The bathroom amenities were excellent, and the bed was very comfortable, making our stay restful. While the hotel has a business feel, it worked well for our family. The location is exceptional—right by Chapultepec Park, with easy walking access to the castle and museums. We could even walk to Condesa, Roma, and Polanco in about 20 minutes. We also found it easy to Uber to places like Teotihuacán and Coyoacán. The lounge was pleasant and uncrowded, with basic but satisfying offerings. The gym had small snacks and water, and housekeeping was excellent. A small downside: the kids’ play area mentioned online wasn’t there. Also, we heard street noise on the lower floor, while the top floors have party noise—so mid-level floors may be best. Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic mix of space, comfort, and location—great for both business travelers and families exploring Mexico City!

I had a lovely visit at Grand Fiesta Americana. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The bakery items were especially impressive—everything taste fresh and high quality. The fruits were also very fresh and full of flavour. What really stood out was the guest service, which was excellent throughout my stay—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.
