Best Couples Message Experience
My wife and I had a couples message with facial in the spa with Bruno and Alexa. It was one of the best couples messages we can remember and they were both pros. Following it up with one hour in the jacuzzi overlooking Mexico City was downright decadent and utterly relaxing. We’ll do it again next time for sure.

The service was amazing. Attention to detail made the experience superb. Jazmin made sure every step was to the highest standards. Since arriving to the Spa you are welcomed and you feel a sense of calmness through the process. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent experience.
Beautifuly appointed modern hotel. The service was excellent. We were received with hot finger towels and bottles of water, which were available freely all time. The amenities are L'Occitane en Provence. Our room had an amazing view of the Chaputlepec Park. It's located right accross from the park and walking distance to Avenida Paseo de la Reforma. The breakfast bufette (extra $) is excellent.

Grand Americana Chapultepec is a lovely hotel. The service is excellent. Please note that you need to reserve the hot tub 2 hours before you decide to use it. We had a wonderful view of Chapultepec Park .
