Amazing location & spotless rooms
I loved this hotel. From the moment we checked in, everyone was so kind and helpful. The team even sent a small treat to our room for my birthday! The hotel was a perfect, comfortable home base for our CDMX trip. Also, our room had a beautiful view of the park and was perfectly located to be able to access many parts of CDMX either by walking (Chapultepec, Polanco, Roma, Condesa) or a quick Uber (Coyoacán, Airport). Everything was super clean and comfortable.

The hotel was top premium for me, service and room. The restaurant Azur has amazing food and great attention.
We felt very safe and welcomed. Good food, amazing room with space and details and great people. Sergio at Azur was great! all his people too! Definitely will come back.

Club Lounge
Very much enjoyed the Club Lounge on the 16th floor. The food was great and the evening attendant (Victor Hugo) was very attentive.

A great place
The hotel staff is amazing. I went to the Spa for a massage. It was incredibly good. Ms. Jazmin is a terrific massage therapist and knows her stuff. Highly recommend her and this hotel. The location the service and the food is great.
