Stay was wonderful. Alejandro helped me to top up my sim card on my first day. Carlos took me to get a different breakfast from the food stalls outside the hotel every morning. Francisco fixed my door superfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. A special thank you to the concierge for setting up a fantastic tour for my wife and me on a moments notice, and to David the bellman, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service!

My stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec was truly outstanding from beginning to end. The front desk service was excellent—professional, welcoming, and efficient, making check-in and check-out seamless and pleasant. My room offered a magnificent view of Chapultepec Castle, which was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such a scenic panorama made the experience even more special. Breakfast was another highlight; enjoying a delicious meal with one of the best views of the city was an unforgettable plus. Every employee I encountered was friendly and attentive. They provided wonderful recommendations and helpful tips that enhanced my stay and allowed me to make the most of my time in Mexico City. The hotel’s location is also ideal. It is strategically situated within walking distance of Chapultepec Park and the Castle, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing and exploring the area. I highly recommend Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec for anyone seeking exceptional service, comfort, and a prime location. It truly made my stay excellent.

The spa is beautiful and located in a lovely area. It has water, tea, lotion, and all the excellent amenities one expects to find at a spa. I had a delicious massage by Jasmin. She had the perfect touch. Jasmin used a firm, yet not a "hurt me better" strength that some folks, other than me, crave. She also paid close attention to my head and neck. It felt wonderful. Since I had a bit of a headache earlier, this massage and the attention to my head were very soothing and healing. In addition to a great massage, Jasmin was running the entire area. She got me settled, set up the steam room, gave me tea, and ensured that I had a delightful time using the spa. I'm glad I decided to check out the spa, and it was my good fortune to have Jasmin as my massage therapist.

I loved this hotel. From the moment we checked in, everyone was so kind and helpful. The team even sent a small treat to our room for my birthday! The hotel was a perfect, comfortable home base for our CDMX trip. Also, our room had a beautiful view of the park and was perfectly located to be able to access many parts of CDMX either by walking (Chapultepec, Polanco, Roma, Condesa) or a quick Uber (Coyoacán, Airport). Everything was super clean and comfortable.
