Exceptional service and hotel. Worth it to get a room with club access. Got absolutely taken care of by the whole staff but nothing but praise for Sebastian, Victor Hugo and Chef Brandon. Some of the best guys. Luxury at a great price, extremely clean and in the best location in the city. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Loved our stay at this hotel. The staff is super nice and very accommodating to any request. Special callout to Wendy from the spa and wellness area. She was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. The hotel itself is located near the chapalputec castle and highly recommend it.
