Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec

This was an excellent hotel in a great location. It's on the edge of La Reforma across from the Chapultec park. I liked not having to be on La Reforma with the ability to quickly walk there. The hotel was in great shape and their food and drinks were a very good value.

The room service is basically a fight for survival. We had two rooms, stayed here for business. Unless you call 5 times the room service doesn’t arrive, or arrives with wrong items.

When I was in Mexico city, i went to the spa, i was attended by Jazmin Brito one of the best therapist i’ve ever had, her massage was excellent. In my next visit i hope she still working there, i will look for her to have a massage with her again. Thank you!

My wife and I had a couples message with facial in the spa with Bruno and Alexa. It was one of the best couples messages we can remember and they were both pros. Following it up with one hour in the jacuzzi overlooking Mexico City was downright decadent and utterly relaxing. We’ll do it again next time for sure.

The service was amazing. Attention to detail made the experience superb. Jazmin made sure every step was to the highest standards. Since arriving to the Spa you are welcomed and you feel a sense of calmness through the process. Highly recommended!!!
