A great place
The hotel staff is amazing. I went to the Spa for a massage. It was incredibly good. Ms. Jazmin is a terrific massage therapist and knows her stuff. Highly recommend her and this hotel. The location the service and the food is great.

Wonderful experience
The entire customer service was absolutely excellent from the front staff to the concierge service as well, the breakfast staff on the 16th floor from Victor to Sahira, and Monserrat were absolutely amazing and very attentive. Absolutely we will return here. Great work to everyone here. 👍🏼💯🇲🇽 OK perfect.

Exceent hotel in a great location.
This was an excellent hotel in a great location. It's on the edge of La Reforma across from the Chapultec park. I liked not having to be on La Reforma with the ability to quickly walk there. The hotel was in great shape and their food and drinks were a very good value.

Ok rooms, terrible room service.
The room service is basically a fight for survival. We had two rooms, stayed here for business. Unless you call 5 times the room service doesn’t arrive, or arrives with wrong items.
