Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec

Loved our stay at this hotel. The staff is super nice and very accommodating to any request. Special callout to Wendy from the spa and wellness area. She was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. The hotel itself is located near the chapalputec castle and highly recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel for business and booked a massage at the spa with Alex. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. The massage was exactly what I needed to unwind after travel and reset before a busy work week. Highly recommend her if you’re looking to relax during a business trip or any stay here.

Great service from the minute you get here. It's an incredible area a was the only reasonably priced hotel on s World Cup in town weekend. Rooms are good sized and the view to Chapultepec park and the castle are outstanding. Ask for a higher room if you can. The spa experience awesome as well, couples massage with Nayeli and Alexa was perfect. Nice spa area. Even room service was nice. Not bad for an older hotel in great location

The Restaurant is lovely and the Service is extraordinary. Quick, on the spot and personal with excellent recommendations. I can only say: Viva México!

It was my first time in Mexico City and I don't think I would have stayed anywhere else other than Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec. The staff was so friendly. The GM and sales manager remembered my name and were so attentive. It is the type of service that comes from the heart. Imagine being exhausted from traveling in to being welcomed by an amazing team from the front drive all the way through. The view of the castle from my room was so amazing! Truly an unforgettable first stay in Mexico City. Won't be my last!
