Fantastic Stay at Hilton Reforma Mexico City with Exceptional Service Our stay at the Hilton Reforma Mexico City was truly outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel combines modern comfort, an excellent location, and top-tier amenities — but what truly made our experience exceptional was the remarkable service. A special mention and heartfelt thank you go to Cem Kutlu, the Manager on Duty, whose professionalism and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction set a new standard. His attentive, proactive, and warm approach made a significant difference and elevated our entire experience, maintaining guest relations at the highest level — a quality that reflects perfectly on the Hilton brand. We left the Hilton Reforma Mexico City with wonderful memories, and we will absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality in the heart of Mexico City!

Wow. First of all, the evening manager, Cem was so attentive to all our needs. He was easy to contact and always asked if there is anything he could do for us. He made us feel like no request was too difficult, and he gave us great tips as tourists, from restaurants to sites. As for the concierge, Jaime was also so patient and helpful. Both of these individuals provided the very best service warmly and with smiles. I would highly recommend this Hilton for it's great central location among much of the nightlife, for is great rooms and facilities, and for the personnel (everyone, including the two I mentioned). Side note, Jaime booked us on the pyramid tour and was very fair and honest, without trying to upsell. Great concierge. Thank you, Cem, Jaime and all the wonderful Hilton Reforma staff.

We visited the Hilton Reforma as a family and had an outstanding experience—great for both tourists and business travelers. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the tourist district. I was able to work seamlessly while the family explored; the Wi-Fi was fast, and the executive lounge offered meeting rooms when I needed them. The standout was the service, clearly influenced by Cem’s leadership. In the executive lounge, Manuel and Ulises were exceptional—attentive, personable, and quick to anticipate our needs. And Micaela, our room attendant, was remarkable. Her attention to detail and positive energy made each day better. Thank you to the entire team.

Loved the location, walkable to almost everything that we wanted to do. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Staff across the board were wonderful from front desk to valet to bellmen and especially the club breakfast team. No complaints at all and have booked again for next year.

I stayed at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma for a couple weeks from 9/28-10/12. As a Diamond member, i didn't expect the hotel to have a dedicated check-in location on the 26th floor. Lorena who helped me as I had multiple reservations back-to-back. She was able to ensure I stayed in the same room. Even extending a few days she was able to make it happen and remain in the same room. I didn't have to pack up and move. Every time I came to the executive lounge she was there and always greeted me by my last name. She always came over to say Hi, if she saw me in the lounge. She helped me on many instances with questions I had about the area, food, transportation and amenities needed. Lorena was the best and very welcoming every time I saw her on the 26th floor where the Executive lounge was located. The individuals working in the executive lounge were also superb. Ulises, Manuel, Gracia and Leonel were all awesome. I always came in around the same time, the last hour of Breakfast and they all knew what I wanted to order and drink. When seeing me, they immediately placed the order with the kitchen and brought me my drinks of choice without even asking. This also was the case when I dropped by the evening reception in the lounge. They knew my drinks of choice and I didn't have to ask for them. The attendants in the executive lounge all went out of their way to ensure my glass wasn't empty. It was nice to feel like a regular and being called by my name. It made me feel more appreciated. They were all always attentive to me, my needs and made me feel welcomed in the lounge; whether it for for breakfast, evening reception or having my room service delivered up to the lounge to eat while my room was being cleaned. I believe the employees who work on the lounge level made my stay more enjoyable and i can't thank them all for their service and making my stay at the hotel very enjoyable and memorable. I hope to see them again on my next trip to Mexico City.
