Hilton Mexico City Reforma

Stayed at the Hilton Reforma for 3 nights. When we checked in we opted to upgrade to the executive floor for a fee. We were delighted we did. The room was large and had the best view I’ve ever seen in a hotel room as it covered both sides of the hotel facing the park. It seemed like the room was recently renovated and we wondered if we were the first people to stay there. It had a spacious bathroom and lots of space to store your belongings. Like others mentioned, we encounter very friendly and helpful staff from checking in to concierge to housekeeping and breakfast staff. The executive floor included breakfast that was fantastic. Both a buffet and made to order eggs. We would definitively stay here again.

Great breakfast would definitely recommend including that! Friendly staff, nice lobby, great gym! Pool is more like a pool at an airport hotel but for city location it’s not really what you go there for anyway. Location is great!

Location is great as it’s a walkable distance to most sites. Atmosphere is luxury and friendly . Rooms are huge and very comfortable. Cleanliness is 10/10 and the level of service is more than what you paid for. The gym is better than most hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. Pool is a decent size but above all is the breakfast, the variety of food and the made to order fresh omelettes by Astrid the queen of omelettes. So 1000% recommended.

We spent our last night at this hotel in our trip to Mexico and are so happy we did after returning from San Miguel de Allende I happen to be a Gold member with Hilton and we were upgraded to the Executive Floor Lounge which was perfect with its views of Mexico City. The lounge itself was so wonderful that we ate and drank there and never left the hotel for our last night. The hotel lobby is quite stunning and inviting. Our room was quiet and very clean. We hated to leave on our return flights to the USA.... A very well-run Hilton property

I'm so glad we chose this hotel! Our room was very comfortable (we did have an upgraded room on the 26th floor), and the location was excellent. There were great food stands close by, and the park right across the street. We also wanted to give our thanks for the amazing hotel staff who handled everything so well when we had an earthquake and had to evacuate. They made sure everyone was out safely and kept us informed. We would definitely come back - but perhaps stay on a lower floor....
