1. Perfect location. Write across from Alameda Park and within walking distance of most of the main attractions in the city. 2. The breakfast and breakfast staff were top notch. We had breakfast at the hotel for seven days and never got bored. It was really well run and all the staff were so gracious. 3. Rooms are large and ours had a great view, but they are a little dated. We had a special rate of about 200 American dollars per night which was good. If I was paying 400 dollars a night I would be disappointed. 4. Large gym and pool and pretty pool deck. 5. Really all the staff were fabulous but we dealt the most with Elliot the concierge who was warm, prompt and helpful. Jaime also was great and went out of his way to help us. The other concierges were also fantastic we just dealt with them less. Both Cesar and Lorena at the front desk made a situation that could have been a hassle very smooth and did it with smiles on their faces.

We have just had a fabulous short stay at the Hilton in the Reforma area of Mexico City. It is a very conveniently located hotel to visit lots of historical and prominent sights in Mexico City. We like a good city explore and we felt quite safe walking from the Hotel to the Anthropological Museum and on to the Polanco area. The team at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. We particularly wanted to call out the exemplary professionalism of Duty Manager Cem Kutlu, he not only swiftly resolved a ‘system’ booking issue for us on day one but made a point of catching up with us each day and provided some fabulous ideas of sights to take in during our trip. Thank you Cem. This is our third visit to Mexico and second to Mexico City, we will be back again for sure.

Location is good for the first time traveller . It’s walking distance to the historic Center etc . Lot of mid range eating options near by . But having said that the road where this hotel is located is most times closed to traffic , protests being held or some such thing . Every sing le day this happens . Results in no uber can pick you . When we came from the airport the taxi dropped us way beyond and we had to trudge with our bags a fair distance to reach the hotel .

The location of this property is terrific. The breakfast is outstanding and we really enjoyed using the spacious gym. The room is a little dated, but it is spacious. The outdoor pool area provides a relaxing environment after a busy day wondering around town. Finally, the staff was attentive despite our Spanish language skills.

A great centrally located rooms with very spacious rooms. The outdoor pool was perfect during summer and there is decent gym. We had breakfast in the exec lounge which is on a high floor so great views of the city and the mexican tortillas for breakfast were lovely. The hotel is close to the historia area, easily walkable from the hotel.
