Hilton Mexico City Reforma

I stayed at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma for a couple weeks from 9/28-10/12. As a Diamond member, i didn't expect the hotel to have a dedicated check-in location on the 26th floor. Lorena who helped me as I had multiple reservations back-to-back. She was able to ensure I stayed in the same room. Even extending a few days she was able to make it happen and remain in the same room. I didn't have to pack up and move. Every time I came to the executive lounge she was there and always greeted me by my last name. She always came over to say Hi, if she saw me in the lounge. She helped me on many instances with questions I had about the area, food, transportation and amenities needed. Lorena was the best and very welcoming every time I saw her on the 26th floor where the Executive lounge was located. The individuals working in the executive lounge were also superb. Ulises, Manuel, Gracia and Leonel were all awesome. I always came in around the same time, the last hour of Breakfast and they all knew what I wanted to order and drink. When seeing me, they immediately placed the order with the kitchen and brought me my drinks of choice without even asking. This also was the case when I dropped by the evening reception in the lounge. They knew my drinks of choice and I didn't have to ask for them. The attendants in the executive lounge all went out of their way to ensure my glass wasn't empty. It was nice to feel like a regular and being called by my name. It made me feel more appreciated. They were all always attentive to me, my needs and made me feel welcomed in the lounge; whether it for for breakfast, evening reception or having my room service delivered up to the lounge to eat while my room was being cleaned. I believe the employees who work on the lounge level made my stay more enjoyable and i can't thank them all for their service and making my stay at the hotel very enjoyable and memorable. I hope to see them again on my next trip to Mexico City.

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Reforma! The hotel stands out with its excellent service quality, warm and friendly staff, and perfect location. Everything was beyond our expectations. A special thanks to Cem Kutlu at the front desk for his outstanding hospitality throughout our stay — he truly made us feel welcome and taken care of. We stay at the Hilton Reforma multiple times a year and can’t imagine a better base for our CDMX trips. You can’t beat the location, the updated rooms and the great service. Special shout out to Nicolasa from the housekeeping team for her exceptional service and attention to detail. Each time we visit, she remembers our preference for extra bath salts and ensures that they are provided without us ever needing to ask. Nico’s thoughtfulness makes us feel especially welcome and cared for, and it’s one of the reasons we look forward to returning to the Hilton Reforma.

The hotel is in one of the best locations of CDMX, extremely central. I experienced a fantastic customer service from Giovanni at the breakfast, and also from Martin the chef at breakfast, who prepared the best omelette I have tried in my life. It was delicious!

This was a great stay at this Hilton property right beside Alameda park. I was upgraded to a suite as a diamond member which was appreciated. The room had a great view over the city centre. The room was large. Housekeeping was meticulous each day with water being replenished, robe being hung up, shoes placed side by side, etc. The Executive lounge on the 26th floor is a large area which is appreciated because often hotels won’t have large lounges. Special shout out to Manuel (evening) and Leonel (morning) in the lounge. These 2 were absolutely fantastic and an absolute credit to this hotel. I never had to ask for a thing - they kept me topped up with coffee (or beer in the evening). I had an issue with my room on the 3rd night - the air con malfunctioned and created a small flood in my room. This was dealt with exceptionally well by reception and I was given a new room (with another upgrade) within 15 mins. I always find this is the sign of a good hotel - how they deal with things when they go wrong. The bar in the lobby was also great - all staff clearly trained very well and walk around taking guest orders rather than waiting for guests to go to the bar to order. Overall, a wonderful stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting México City.
