This was a great stay at this Hilton property right beside Alameda park. I was upgraded to a suite as a diamond member which was appreciated. The room had a great view over the city centre. The room was large. Housekeeping was meticulous each day with water being replenished, robe being hung up, shoes placed side by side, etc. The Executive lounge on the 26th floor is a large area which is appreciated because often hotels won’t have large lounges. Special shout out to Manuel (evening) and Leonel (morning) in the lounge. These 2 were absolutely fantastic and an absolute credit to this hotel. I never had to ask for a thing - they kept me topped up with coffee (or beer in the evening). I had an issue with my room on the 3rd night - the air con malfunctioned and created a small flood in my room. This was dealt with exceptionally well by reception and I was given a new room (with another upgrade) within 15 mins. I always find this is the sign of a good hotel - how they deal with things when they go wrong. The bar in the lobby was also great - all staff clearly trained very well and walk around taking guest orders rather than waiting for guests to go to the bar to order. Overall, a wonderful stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting México City.

We stayed at Hilton Mexico City Reforma for 4 nights in August 2025. We are a family of 4 with parents and young adults from London, UK. Overall, this hotel is excellent with fantastic facilities including a great gym, pools, terraces, and a padel court. The facilities are all modern and in good condition. The great variety of food and drink options was impressive. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the newly refurbished floors offer really excellent quality and comfort. we also enjoyed the amazing views of the city from the Exec Lounge on the 26th Floor. But more than anything we really appreciated the very warm, genuine, and generous staff from the very friendly and efficient senior managers, to the the concierges and staff in te gym and bras/restaurants who were just amazing. Looking forwrads to another vsiit here in Feb 2026.

The hotel is in a great location to explore the centre of CDMX or to do business, and has excellent facilities including a superb gym, spa, swimming pools, padel court, as well as stunning views of the city from the high floors. The rooms are large and comfortable and the newly renovated rooms on the 26th floor are superb. But more than anything the staff are wonderful. They understand hospitality and they are kind and enthusiastic. We received excellent service.

We just wrapped up a fantastic 5 night stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City, booked entirely with Hilton points. We arrived around 1:30pm and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early. and as a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a spacious corner Junior Suite on the 17th floor with views of Alameda Park and the Palacio de Bellas Artes. Also with Diamond status the impressive daily breakfast buffet served in the hotel restaurant was included. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with historic sites, museums, and great food options all within walking distance. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The Mr. and I recently stayed for three nights in the Hilton Mexico City Reforma in room 2222. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a nice city view. We had breakfast one morning in the Los Dones and enjoyed a large spread of hot options, a made to order omelette station, pastries, fruits, etc. There was even a ‘make your own’ chilaquiles station. Finally, we appreciated the kind service by everyone we encountered. We have only scratched the surface of all that CDMX offers, so we plan to return, and when we do, we will stay at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma again!
