Hilton Mexico City Reforma

Our stay at the Hilton Reforma was fabulous. Located in Mexico City’s Historic District, the hotel is conveniently situated near many of the city’s major attractions and historic sites. The staff—from the doormen and front desk to housekeeping—were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was especially nice, with a separate toilet area and a large walk-in shower. We had a beautiful view of the city from our room on the 22nd floor. We had breakfast at Don Don Don Restaurant every morning. The buffet offered an extensive variety of food, with something for virtually everyone and more. The waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service. We also ate at Prime Restaurant on both our first and last nights, and we absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was wonderful, the bar was beautiful, and the food was fabulous. We also had lunch at Cardinal Restaurant. While it is more casual than Prime, the food was excellent and offered a great selection of local flavors. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our six-day stay at the Hilton Reforma. The combination of the location, accommodations, staff, restaurants, and overall service made this an excellent value for the money. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Good hotel near Centro Historico. Spacious rooms with well appointed bathrooms. Service is kind and corteous, they helped organise trips and were kind enough to help with a late checkout. There are frequent events and conferences, it is clearly a business hotel. The events meant a busy lobby and some impact in the availability of the swimming pool or other hotel facilities. Found the food and drink at the lobby underwhelming but tried its Prime restaurant and liked it very much. Didn't have breakfast in thehotel, there is a small shopping center next door with coffee shops.

Fantastic hotel in a prime location with excellent service. Right across the street from Alameda park and a short distance to the historical center and a wonderful location. We booked a room on the executive floor and it was super spacious and had great views. The best part is it gave us access to the executive lounge where we had wonderful breakfasts and enjoyed their evening happy hour. A special thank you to Leonel and Ulises who were so warm and welcoming. The servers at breakfast each day were wonderful too. Really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights as part of my trip to watch England in the World Cup! I was very impressed with the staff and facilities. In particular Manuel and the team in the executive lounge were brilliant. I am a vegan and he arranged a special breakfast every day. All were delicious! The leisure club team were also very welcoming and I used both pools every day - just a shame the weather was cooler than in England! The hotel bar really embraced the World Cup with large screens and appropriate seating. The hotel is very well placed for exploring the city and surrounding area. Ubers are excellent value as is the subway. All in all an excellent stay and as a lifetime diamond I can definitely say one of my best. Great room upgrade too! The Mexican people were all very friendly.

Outstanding customer service!!! I’ve been to numerous luxury hotels and they do not compare to the service I’ve received at this hotel. I was not a fan of Hilton but this hotel has changed my mind. Well worth the expense.
