I recently had the pleasure to stay at the Hilton Reforma Hotel located in Mexico City for 23 nights, April 13, 2026-May 5, 2026. A week into my stay, I had a medical emergency and had to attend numerous doctor appointments. It was discovered that I needed surgery. Week later, I became ill with another matter (Not related to my stay) and the care that I was given by the Hilton Staff was (2nd to NONE). I was only supposed to be in Mexico City for 2 weeks and had to stay longer due to health reasons. If I was going to be stuck, there is no other place I would rather be... To start, Front of the House-Duty Manager's Cem & Jazmin assisted me anytime I needed. Especially Cem, who I found to have more energy than me, which is hard to find..lol.. He never stopped helping, caring for my wellbeing, thinking of different ways he could make my stay more pleasant while I was sick. Daily words out of Cem's mouth "How Can I help You", "It is my Pleasure", "I am here, if you need me"...made me feel safe, comfortable and a true part of the Hilton Family. Cem is a great assist to the Hilton Reforma. I wouldn’t want to come back without him being there. Receptionists: Sophia, Jacqueline and Valeria were ready to help at any time. Specifically, Sophia, who called and made an appointment for me because my Spanish is “Muy Poco”... She was a lifesaver. Prior to getting sick, Bartenders: Carlos & German rocked at making my daily Margaritas that were awesome btw…definitely recommend… They made my stay fun, with great conversation, drinks and food.. Guest Services: Georgiana, Mario & Alma took my daily phone calls, special requests and food orders. They were ready and never failed me. Additionally, a shout out to my favorite Servers: Alberto & Victor, brought room service daily and checked on me to make sure I was ok. They both always asked to let them know if I needed anything and they were here for me. They were true gentlemen! Concierge members: Jamie, Elliot, Brandon & Roberto were there to ask questions, help with Uber Rides/Eats, translate Spanish etc.. Octavio in Parking helped me very much and I am very grateful. Last but not least, Housekeeper’s Mariana & Rita, really shined. They had the unglamorous part of helping me and never once complained. Both vigorously cleaned and helped me not to be embarrassed. They were there for me for a shoulder to cry on through pain and frustration. Thank you both for everything. I don’t have the words to really express the extent of my gratitude to all the employees at Hilton Reforma. All I can say is Thank You and God Bless You All! Rachel V.

The Hilton Reforma is everything a premiere hotel should be. It has a wonderful location, excellent restaurants, beautiful rooms with unmatched city views and a caring management team that is always available to provide whatever you need. Great security, housekeeping, etc. We recommend it to all of our friends who visit Mexico City.

3 of us enjoyed our 4-night stay. Spacious rooms, well appointed and with efficient housekeeping. Wifi speeds were fast and worked fine. Tried room service a few times - food was very good, and served promptly. Location is perfect for those wishing to explore the historic city centre sights - virtually every museum and point of interest is walkable. Multiple food options and coffee shops exist on either side of the hotel on the main street. The park across the hotel is lively all day with street shops and performers and offers a pleasant walkabout. Safe neighbourhood, with strong police presence at night. Uber services were easily obtained within minutes at the hotel lobby. Almost all tour operators also had pick-up services that included this property, making it convenient to go on organized sightseeing trips. Some lovely Mexican art installations in the lobby add to the appeal of this highly recommended hotel that we felt was great value.

Staying at the Hilton Reforma for a conference and this Hilton exceeded my expectations. All the staff are very gracious & accommodating. The food is also very good with an expansive breakfast buffet. Also enjoyed dinner in one of the restaurants as well as room service. The recently renovated rooms are also comfortable & stylish. The location also can't be beat as you can walk to many of the major tourist sites. The views of the city from the rooms are also spectacular.

After being a loyal customer to the Mexico City Hilton Reforma way back to the COVID pandemic, I must say that there were times that I doubted of their reliability of what Hilton standards expect from their properties. Such is the case that this week I went into what I call a Hilton Mexico City Run. I stayed at the Umbral Curio, Hampton Inn, and Santa Fe Doubletree and there is no doubt in my mind and experience as a future Lifetime Diamond that no one will get close to the exclusive customer service and exclusivity in all hospitality aspects than the Hilton Reforma. It all starts with the great job of all the bell boys and Concierge as soon as you arrive there. Alex and Brandon are one of a kind. Needless to say, that when you arrive to the reception desk Ian is there to greet you and welcome you to your home away from home and if you are lucky enough and he’s not busy taking care of other clients, Benjamin the reservations and front desk manager will greet you and make you feel that you’ve just arrived home. If you happen to be a loyal Diamond member or have reserved an executive lounge room, you’ll have the honor to be welcomed by the one and only Lorena on the 26th floor, where you’ll be personally escorted from the lobby. Lorena will personally take care of you and offer you a beverage as she looks for your room. Her dedication surpasses any expectations. As a loyal Diamond member you could rest assured upon availability that you will be upgraded to the next category or higher. If you happen to hit the lotto and you get a Master Suite upgrade you will be amazed if their exclusivity and magnificent taste of luxury in your own newly refurbished suites. There will be nothing like it. I must say that their junior suites or any room you get are top notch and you’ll see nothing like it in the Mexico City vicinity. But that is just the beginning of a luxurious stay awaiting you. Wait until you get the opportunity to experience their new executive lounge and have opportunity to be waited by Ulises, Manuel, or Grecia. No one is unknown. You will be treated with an unique level of service so high that you feel that you’re not in a hotel. Their cocktails are exquisite and you won’t go wrong starting with a tequila shot as a pure Mexican will do. Don’t get me wrong either, their shots are huge and the lime wedge will be there to make your first Mexican experience be authentic. Let’s not forget that their evening executive lounge buffet is outstanding. It ranges from buffalo wings, beef in green sauce, chicken or pork and for all vegetarians can also count on a superb hot dish. But this is just the beginning as there will be many other salads, desserts and snacks on display for you to choose from depending on he day of the week. Their executive lounge buffet is also unbeatable. If you wish to have breakfast on your own, Los Dones is your best bet. Not only does it have the best breakfast buffet in Mexico City but I know it’s also the most affordable. The quality of food is outstanding. It has a salad bar, a waffle and pancake station , a bacon, sausage, and other goodies as tamales, and another huge station with omelettes, eggs your way, quesadillas, beans, two types of meat and much more. There’s even an organic gluten free station. But what really makes the difference is how you are welcomed by Vladir, the captain and his friendly and professional way of conducting himself. He really makes a great difference. But he’s not alone because his wait staff is the créme of la créme. You will always count on great service from Javier, Leo, and the greatest of all , Abraham. You would never go wrong with Abraham. He has been there for countless years and it reflects on how he executes his job with unique skills and the willingness to make his customers feel like Royalty. He’s a great asset for the Hilton Reforma. I have to attest that every single person on the wait staff is superb. I would not end my review without the mastermind behind all that delicious food. Jorge makes that big difference. You can see how he comes out of his comfort zone to make sure that all the stations are in order and stacked to its fullest and appetizing to all. I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the employees of the Mexico City Hilton Reforma to have made such a landmark “ Your home away from home.”
