We just wrapped up a fantastic 5 night stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City, booked entirely with Hilton points. We arrived around 1:30pm and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early. and as a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a spacious corner Junior Suite on the 17th floor with views of Alameda Park and the Palacio de Bellas Artes. Also with Diamond status the impressive daily breakfast buffet served in the hotel restaurant was included. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with historic sites, museums, and great food options all within walking distance. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The Mr. and I recently stayed for three nights in the Hilton Mexico City Reforma in room 2222. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a nice city view. We had breakfast one morning in the Los Dones and enjoyed a large spread of hot options, a made to order omelette station, pastries, fruits, etc. There was even a ‘make your own’ chilaquiles station. Finally, we appreciated the kind service by everyone we encountered. We have only scratched the surface of all that CDMX offers, so we plan to return, and when we do, we will stay at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma again!

I just stayed here and wanted to write a great review. I am a diamond member and was upgraded from a King to a King suite (very lucky one was avail for 3 nights). The room was 1821 and it had an amazing view of the park, Palacio de Bellas Artes and CDMX. The executive lounge happy hour offers very good hor deurves. The restaurant staff: Abraham, Grecia & Javier are very friendly and offered great service. My room was spacious and I really liked the work table and USB A & C outlets next to bed. The Persera amenities for bath and soap was very good and l like the natural rosemary fragrance. My housekeeper, I believe her name is Carmen is very nice and she really organized my room neatly and it made me happy. The hotel has a very well stocked gym, the indoor pool isn’t so deep but you can do laps in the outdoor pool. Nothing lacking in the breakfast ! I highly recommend . And I definitely utilized the 24 hour night menu room service! The coffee here is really good so def order coffee here! The one note is to offer streaming options or device connectivity on TV would be nice. The location is in Reforma & in middle of it all. Thank you so much for the stay and making this Diamond member’s stay enjoyable.

I loved my experience at Hilton Mexico City Reforma. It was the best decision for our trip. I highly recommend for anyone who is considering visiting CDMX. *Location: I felt like it was close to the heart of the city. Across from Alameda Park, within walking distance of the Bellas Artes and Zocalo Square. It was easy to get picked up and dropped off by Ubers. Note: we did go during the time of the Teacher's Protests so at one point we could not get dropped off near the hotel, but we ended up walking about 25 minutes which we did not mind. *Room: I was upgraded to a Junior Suite and the view was spectacular. We were able to see so much of the city in our corner room. The room and bathroom were both spacious. Curtains were blackout. As far as value, I was able to redeem points at a great value and due to my diamond status, the upgrade was really nice. *Service/Atmosphere: Everyone we encountered (Staff) were all incredibly nice and accommodating. We were always greeted and treated well. The hotel was super clean. Random, but the elevators were the best I have ever experienced. Super fast. We never waited more than 10 seconds for an elevator to arrive. We did not use the outdoor pool, but we used the indoor one. It's not big, but it was sufficient. Also, you must try El Cardenal (restaurant on the first level) -- it was our first meal and incredible! Again, highly recommend!

1. Perfect location. Write across from Alameda Park and within walking distance of most of the main attractions in the city. 2. The breakfast and breakfast staff were top notch. We had breakfast at the hotel for seven days and never got bored. It was really well run and all the staff were so gracious. 3. Rooms are large and ours had a great view, but they are a little dated. We had a special rate of about 200 American dollars per night which was good. If I was paying 400 dollars a night I would be disappointed. 4. Large gym and pool and pretty pool deck. 5. Really all the staff were fabulous but we dealt the most with Elliot the concierge who was warm, prompt and helpful. Jaime also was great and went out of his way to help us. The other concierges were also fantastic we just dealt with them less. Both Cesar and Lorena at the front desk made a situation that could have been a hassle very smooth and did it with smiles on their faces.
