This hotel is absolutley amazing. Fromt the moment we walked we were greeted by Ian and the front desk who gave exceptional service. Edgar and Victor and the Bar were outstanding. Juan in the reseturaunt was a delight and very prompt. The young lady who made our omellets was great. When I came by she already knew the omellet i wanted. I would like to also say Cesar at the desk is great. He had a line due to a difficult guest and handle them all well by apologizinng to everyone that haad waitied. Love the glasses by the way. I am a manager at hotel in Houston at teh Front Office so I know great service when I see it. Keep up the good work and thanks for the wonderful stay. By the way love the quote our room attendant left us when she cleaned our room. We were in room 1219.

We left the Hilton Reforma Mexico City with wonderful memories, and we will absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality in the heart of Mexico City!

Wow. First of all, the evening manager, Cem was so attentive to all our needs. He was easy to contact and always asked if there is anything he could do for us. He made us feel like no request was too difficult, and he gave us great tips as tourists, from restaurants to sites. As for the concierge, Jaime was also so patient and helpful. Both of these individuals provided the very best service warmly and with smiles. I would highly recommend this Hilton for it's great central location among much of the nightlife, for is great rooms and facilities, and for the personnel (everyone, including the two I mentioned). Side note, Jaime booked us on the pyramid tour and was very fair and honest, without trying to upsell. Great concierge. Thank you, Cem, Jaime and all the wonderful Hilton Reforma staff.

We visited the Hilton Reforma as a family and had an outstanding experience—great for both tourists and business travelers. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the tourist district. I was able to work seamlessly while the family explored; the Wi-Fi was fast, and the executive lounge offered meeting rooms when I needed them. The standout was the service, clearly influenced by Cem’s leadership. In the executive lounge, Manuel and Ulises were exceptional—attentive, personable, and quick to anticipate our needs. And Micaela, our room attendant, was remarkable. Her attention to detail and positive energy made each day better. Thank you to the entire team.

Loved the location, walkable to almost everything that we wanted to do. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Staff across the board were wonderful from front desk to valet to bellmen and especially the club breakfast team. No complaints at all and have booked again for next year.
