Great, attentive service. Good options on the club level, but they should add a mid-day menu of snacks and drinks. That said, breakfast and dinner options were really good.

Nice hotel inside and great location. The staff is friendly and readily available to cater to your needs at any given notice. Although the room is a bit outdated, the staff and service makes up for it.

A truly remarkable hotel and a great location near the parks and museums. Hotel is new and newly renovated - impeccable attention to detail given to the room, lobby area, fitness center, restaurant. Great service all around.

An exceptional Hyatt, with two fine restaurants on the ground floor, comfy clean room, attentive staff, fast multiple elevators (6 or so) so you never have to wait more than 30 seconds, nice cafe on the ground floor for coffee and snacks, tons of help for anything you need, fine concierge dept. An example of the nice staff is that I wanted to use the mini fridge for my own beverages, and they even sent someone up to empty it of items for sale, like drinks and food, so I could use the whole thing to put in my items, never had that service anywhere before. Also a very classy neighborhood. In short, it was a fine base to explore that giant city for the first time, thanks Hyatt.

The regency lounge waiter was rude. Reported this issue to the lobby manager and no response at all. The waiter spoke Spanish, perhaps a humiliation, taking advantage that you do not understand his language.
