Business meetings - the hotel handled the number of attendees easily
nice room, great view - there was construction next door so I was worried that they could see into my room. other than that the room was clean and tidy. The internet did not stay connected so you had to keep adding it and this was not efficient. However the speed was good.

Acceptable stay
The hotel is very new and the rooms and bathroom are nice, but parking is not as great as you expect and I had some difficulties with the AC the first night. Good service, the room service is good, but the buffet breakfast is very conventional, good location.

great hotel. excellent service. Amazing location. Definitely recommend to stay here. great quality overall. Spa was amazing and so was the pool. Great amenities. Excellent breakfast. Very clean and new rooms. Room service was excellent. Sauna and steam room great.

Great city hotel
Decent hotel and well located in Polanco. There is an indoor pool and really decent gym for a hotel. We paid for the exec floor which gave us access to the lounge where you could get snacks and drinks in the evening and you were also able to have breakfast there instead of the main restaurant downstairs, I would really recommend it as its such good value. Very efficient valet parking service. Breakfast was decent. The hotel isnt super stylish but it ticks all the boxes for a city hotel. There are so many great restaurants in walking distance, this is my favourite area to stay in in Mexico city.

Wonderful experience
Excellent hotel , very well located , clean and welcoming . Concierge was outstanding as we were a group requesting tours and driver. Everything was on time , executed to perfection and most friendly . We felt at home . Highly recommended for groups traveling together
