Hyatt Regency Mexico City

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. Everybody is so nice and helpful. The location is great, close to the best amenities. There is a lot of food options at the buffet breakfast and everything is delicious. I also enjoyed the pool. We are planning to come back soon!

everything is good except bad system points acquire experience，every check out is not snyc points automaticly ，there is no shortcut to solve this kind of problem

We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City and would happily return. The positives: • The staff were truly outstanding — friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. In particular, Soria, Isaac, Cesar, Belem, and Melissa in the restaurant deserve a special mention. Their professionalism and warmth made every meal feel memorable, and they really went out of their way to make our stay feel extra special. • The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, offering everything you’d expect from a high-standard hotel. After a busy day exploring the city, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. • The location couldn’t be better. Set in a lively and safe area, the hotel is surrounded by a great choice of restaurants and cafés, giving plenty of dining options just a short walk away. Overall: This hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, service, and convenience. Whether you’re in Mexico City for business or leisure, the Hyatt Regency is a reliable and welcoming choice. With staff that make you feel genuinely cared for, well-appointed rooms, and an unbeatable location, it’s a hotel we’d highly recommend.

Hyatt Regency at Mexico City is a top hotel, located in the exclusive, beautiful, and secure neighborhood of Polanco, with nearbyshops, restaurants, and cafes. The rooms are very nice overlooking the entire city, comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast is even better; the staff is responsive and attentive. We loved our stay and will come back. The only downside is a huge construction being built beside the hotel, which will be over soon.

This is in a great location. Able to walk to shops and restaurants. Very safe. You can also walk to the park and the museum from here. We had a suite which was spacious and clean. The clubroom was also spacious with a good selection at night. We had breakfast at the buffet downstairs which had a lot of different options. The staff was so so. Could have been a little bit more friendly. The weird thing was that when I asked to get a late check out as a globalist they told me that there was no late check out when you stayed in a suite. I always stay in a suite and have never heard that at any Hyatt property.
