Hotel is lovely but administration is a nightmare. I'm still waiting for my invoice as reception check out could not provide one and the copy I have does NOT match the amount they charged!

One of the best hotel in Mexico City
This is my second time in this hotel, it is amazing, the staff, the food, the lounge! it wont be my last time that is for sure. Also the location is very good as well.

Excellent hotel in Polanco
Great hotel in an excellent area. Close to restaurants and all the attractions of the park but also close to the subway and busses. The service was always wonderful.

Great Hyatt experience in Mexico City!
This isi a beautiful, well maintained hotel that I can highly recommend. It is located in a very nice and comfortable part of Mexico City. The lobby is impressive. The rooms are well maintained. The pool and gym are quite nice. I recommend treating yourself to a club room as the overall experience there was excellent also, including good choice of food and drinks. The staff were all very courteous throughout the hotel. I would like to point out Alfredo who treated us very well in the club room! All in all, a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
