This hotel exceeded my expectations. My first time in Mexico city and I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel , but what truly stood out above everything was the exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, every staff member I encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to make my experience enjoyable. The front desk team went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and made check-in and check-out seamless. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and any time I needed something, it was taken care of quickly and with a smile. What impressed me most was how personalized the service felt—I never felt like just another guest, but truly valued and cared for. It was my boyfriends birthday they even provided a cake 🎂 It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff consistently exceeds expectations, but this one absolutely does. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail turned a good stay into a memorable one. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to others!

Exceptional boutique hotel with impeccable attention to detail. The rooms are beautifully designed, the location is perfect for exploring Polanco, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

We are so glad we ended up staying at Las Alcobas. We were considering the other luxury Bonvoy properties in CDMX and are SO grateful we landed at Las Alcobas. The hotel is beautiful, the service is incredible, and the neighborhood is charming. The rooms are on the smaller side, but perfectly laid out and feel luxurious. There was some noise at night (there is a night club opposite the hotel), but we did not find this to be an issue. If you are debating where to stay amongst the marriott properties, do yourself a favor and just stay here!
