Flawless service in a perfect location
Everything about the Marquis is exactly what I need in a hotel. The location is perfect for me. The amenities are great. The service is flawless. I was lucky this time to have been here at the time when the hotel was spectacularly decorated for el Dia de Muertos festivities. Crowds assembled day and night to take pictures. My special shoutout goes to Cesar, whose excellent, proactive service in the restaurant / bar put the cherry on top of my stay.

Good food & service
Food was great and staff was very friendly. The service by Leon was impeccable :) Restaurant is beautiful too - lots of light, plants, clearly very popular with business people.

Senior Cesar makes the best drinks!
Fresh salsa made at table side. Red or green both delicious, red is spicier. We tried salmon, rack of lamb, grilled shrimp and steak. Staff are so friendly and Cesar makes the best drinks at Heritage Bar. Order a mezcalita! We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel Reforma and they went above and beyond. Family enjoyed our time here.

Fantastic Experience!
The overall experience was great at this hotel. However, the best service we experienced was at the Heritage Bistro. The customer service was fantastic.

WOW What a great place to stay!
If you are looking for first-class accommodations in a great location in Mexico City, this is the place to be. Everyone is professional and attentive to detail. Staff persons are everywhere. When I needed attention in my room, someone showed up within minutes. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and there are enough choices to stretch out over a number of days without getting bored. Yes, stay at this hotel.
