A hidden gem. We stayed for three nights and despite being gringos, we stayed with a Mexican chain rather than a US chain hotel. The hotel and the staff were first class. Great service. Great attentiveness by the staff. Hotel restaurants quite decent as was the advice provided by the hotel concierge. Location on Paseo de Reforma was perfect for access to major tourist stops. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment I made the reservation to the moment I checked out, the experience with the Marquis Reforma staff was exceptional. They are kind, responsive, helpful, and I could tell, they truly cared about my experience at their amazing establishment. My room was top notch (PH) - All the amenities I would expect and more. I ate at the both restaurants - the brunch buffet was excellent and the lunch/dinner restaurant was 6******! The service - WOW! The food - WOW! The presentation - WOW. Honestly, I could not think of a single thing this venue could improve upon. Thank you for such an amazing stay in your beautiful city.

We had a great meal! Leon and Victor were amazing too!! I recommend the toast jamón serrano. Luis is the best manager too! Can’t recommend enough

Room was missing bath towel and wash cloth; fixtures are old with high step bathtub - decor from the past; good for old timers looking for superficial nostalgia and easily charmed by it. And I am a 60+, seem better. Breakfast- prepaid but restaurant does not open until 7 am. Had to leave early but won’t refund because reservation made through third party: that was directed from their own website. The breakfast day before was average; not bad but nothing exceptional. Nice young people with lots of smiles but when it comes to actual delivery, poor. Stay elsewhere and spend money in a good hacienda dinner.

Great evening in the bar tonight. The cocktails were really lovely, especially the Cosmo expertly made by Pedro and the best I have ever had . Highly recommended! Cesar was great , giving us space but always noticing when we needed something. Top tip try this place
