Good Hotel, bad Restauranr
The hotel stay is great, but the restaurant is like a bed & Breakfast hostal but with a 5 star hotel price, you need to serve yourself inclusive the coffee. The Check out as many other hotels, you need to ask for the invoice many time to get it, inclusive some days after your stay.

Nothing Special! Just another hotel in Santa Fe !
Not the best hotel in Santa fe , but probably an economic one! The TV channels quality is horrible! no internet on TV , no Netflix nor youtube or .... I really don't have any idea why in the world the windows must have stripped white lines which totally make your view blurry! I won't go back, and sincerely won't recommend it to you too!

Not a good option
I’ll look for a better option , reception agent did not show any interest y our needs , mini bar was Locked, I asked for the key and they told that I need to go downstairs to show my card , at 11:00 pm!

Excellent option in Santa Fé
Everything was right. The people at reception very gentle and helpful. My wife was carrying fresh flowers and they immediately sent a glass vase to the room. The bed was comfortable and the room large. Breakfast was excellent and varied.

Great hotel
The staff was really friendly and the rooms spacious! I asked for room service and the service and food were really good. It´s really well located and quiet to have a good night sleep, relax and have some good time on the city.
