Sophistication & luxury with warm and gracious service
My husband and I just spent four days and nights pampered like royalty. We enjoyed a gorgeous suite with all the bells and whistles overlooking the Angel of Independence. The staff took care of everything, wine in the room - check, fresh flowers - check. The Milliseme Club access was one of the highlights of the trip, breakfast, a snack or a lovely dessert with champagne, anything you could want the staff made sure to deliver. And, everyone so very friendly, especially Mariana Torres - wow, we could adopt her! We used several of the concierges; Hannah and Maximillian were particularly helpful in recommendations for restaurants and getting around town. We will be back and definitely will stay again at the Sofitel Mexico City Reforma. Spoil yourself, you deserve it.

Ok but not amazing
Excellent central location – it doesn’t get much better. All major attractions are easily reachable on foot, and the views are amazing. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and in my opinion the best parts of the hotel are the staff, the food, and the location. The rooms are spacious and clean, but they feel outdated. The design needs refreshing, and there are no EU sockets, USB-C or USB-A ports in the rooms, except for one on the radio. The pool area also needs improvement. Some guests were drinking in the pool, which I found unpleasant. The reception area near the lifts and the entrance would also benefit from repainting and renovation. Overall, a well-located hotel with great staff and food, but the rooms and some common areas need updating

My husband and I had most wonderful stay at the Sofitel! We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and this stay was exactly what I wanted! They had most delicious cake waiting for us on our anniversary day and the staff at the restaurant brought a cake with special candle at breakfast. Everyone from the concierge team, front desk and the dining staff were wonderful!
