Outstanding experience and service
Phenomenal experience. The reception was great and felt personal. Great service amd attention to detail all around. Big thanks to our bellman, Ramiro, who went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable upon our arrival and departure. We will be back.

Great service, amazing staff.
Really good 5 star hotel, but the staff really make the place a 7 star. Luis at the front desk was extremely helpful with everything, to the point of calling multiple local stores and talking to them in Spanish for us. Erick at the concierge helped us with reservations and even got us sunscreen from a local pharmacy in the middle of the night. Max and Carlos greeted us with a smile and helped us as we arrived and departed every day. The service was truly impeccable, we're not going to stay anywhere else the next time we come to Mexico City.

The Best Customer Service and Experience
This was an absolute fantastic experience. The rooftop pool on the 38th floor was perfect. Shannon deserves all the kudos for a customer service that was perfection. Thank you!

My husband and I had most wonderful stay at the Sofitel! We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and this stay was exactly what I wanted! They had most delicious cake waiting for us on our anniversary day and the staff at the restaurant brought a cake with special candle at breakfast. Everyone from the concierge team, front desk and the dining staff were wonderful!
