I travel to Mexico City frequently, and after staying at the Sofitel Mexico City Reforma, I simply wouldn’t stay anywhere else. This hotel consistently delivers an experience that’s warm, elegant, and effortlessly luxurious. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by an incredibly attentive and thoughtful team who truly go above and beyond. Every stay feels personal. Diego at the concierge is simply outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to help. Julian makes you feel like a valued guest from the first interaction to the last. I also want to give a special thanks to Samantha, Andrea, and Frida, whose kindness and attention made my stay even more memorable. The CLB Millésime lounge is a peaceful and refined escape, perfect for working or relaxing with a coffee or glass of wine. The pool, with its panoramic views of Mexico City, is an oasis of calm high above the city—one of my favorite spots. The food is another standout. Balta offers a perfect mix of French and Mexican flavors in a laid-back yet refined setting. Bajel is a fine dining gem—creative, elegant, and simply delicious. Sofitel Reforma feels like a second home. Every detail is well thought out, every space beautifully designed, and the staff make all the difference. I always look forward to coming back.

Very nice stay and david was great help when we arrived. I was waiting for some documents while working online. Hotel staff was great and helpful in delivering my food to my room which helped me stay focus and also my documents!
