Another nice stay at Sofitel
Sofitel again impressed with the highest level of service! I like to stay at two hotels on vacations and compare them. It’s usually Sofitel and Four Seasons. The same has been happening: Sofitel’s service is more impressive. I don’t know if it’s the training or how they hire or a combination. Let me name names of a few that I caught: Mitzi at the front desk Ramiro at the Bellman’s station There are more but those I remembered. Factoring in the price deference between Sofitel and Four Seasons makes Sofitel an amazing value.

Outstanding experience and service
Phenomenal experience. The reception was great and felt personal. Great service amd attention to detail all around. Big thanks to our bellman, Ramiro, who went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable upon our arrival and departure. We will be back.

My husband and I had most wonderful stay at the Sofitel! We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and this stay was exactly what I wanted! They had most delicious cake waiting for us on our anniversary day and the staff at the restaurant brought a cake with special candle at breakfast. Everyone from the concierge team, front desk and the dining staff were wonderful!
