Amazing view and service!
Juan and Daniel were excellent! We enjoyed our lovely day relaxing on the rooftop with 5-star service and views! They were so accommodating and helpful.

Excellent view and service !
Highly recommend to come check it out. The view was amazing, food delicious and service exceptional. I ordered the short rib tacos, guac and two cocktails. Everything was delicious.

Overlooking CDMX!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to ‘Cityzen’, atop the Sofitel CDMX Reforma. The ambience is hip yet informal, and the perspective overlooking the city from the 47th floor is magical. Abrí greeted us at the Lobby, and guided us quickly to the right elevator. On arrival at Cityzen, we were warmly greeted by Alex, who showed us to our table and assured us we were in for a lovely evening. Alex and his team delivered! We enjoyed our welcome drinks and tapas, and settled in for a great evening to reflect on and pinpoint from up high the places and experiences we had enjoyed in Mexico City over these past several days of our stay in this amazing city. — I look forward to returning to CDMX and to spending another evening at Cityzen.

My husband and I had most wonderful stay at the Sofitel! We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and this stay was exactly what I wanted! They had most delicious cake waiting for us on our anniversary day and the staff at the restaurant brought a cake with special candle at breakfast. Everyone from the concierge team, front desk and the dining staff were wonderful!
