Sofitel Mexico City Reforma

This is a very sleek modern property that is all glass, and that is actually built on top of a preserved antique mansion! This place is really modern and very cool! The views from our suite were mind blowing ..totally worth the price of admission. This property is in a perfect location, as opposed to the other luxury hotel properties in the central Reforma district, this hotel is the most central. The reason that I rank this hotel five stars is its staff! We were checked in on the club level by Abraham, who presented me with a welcome cocktail and looked after us for our entire stay. Thank you, Abraham. your service throughout our stay was magnificent! We were greeted and picked up at the airport in a Cadillac Escalade by the great Jonathan Diaz, who became personally responsible for making our trip truly outstanding! I requested the hotel concierge to have Jonathan take us on two incredible tours, which I will never forget. He took us through neighborhood after neighborhood that most of you will never see unless you take this tour. It was fantastic! At the end of the second tour, per my request, Jonathan, who is a super passionate and knowledgeable tour guide took us to the trendiest Taqueria in all of Mexico City for a mind blowing lunch! Jonathan‘s outstanding service and passion and a love for what he does is so impressive, it typified the whole vibration at the Sofitel. Jonathon is a true hospitality guru. Kudos please Sofitel to Juan who served us so warmly at Cityzen Rooftop which was great …but once again it’s the staff.. Juan was engaging and knowledgeable and a really nice guy ..he made our meal outstanding! Please see my previous reviews. I know a winner when I see one and this is a great hotel property. Alejandra and Enki made our breakfasts at Sofitel Reforma a wonderful experience. They were both always polite, courteous, attentive, and very friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent service with a smile.
