We recently had the most amazing time at the Sofitel Mexico City Reforma. Diego in Concierge went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. At Club Millesime, Hanna and Maria Jose were welcoming, friendly, helpful, and informative. If you are going to visit Mexico City, the Sofitel, and Club Millesime are the way to go.

Ernesto provided friendly, and efficient service. He gave me suggestions to narrow down which delicious pastry to choose!

This pool is so insane! There's a mirror on the ceiling so you can backstroke without running into the wall! It's salt water and one side had jets and waterfall like a jacuzzi at one end and the temperature is absolutely perfection

We recently spent a four day, couples weekend in Mexico City at the Sofitel Reforma. We had considered reserving one of the boutique hotels but opted to use Amex points, which limits your choices to the major brands (Four Seasons, etc). The Sofitel is well-located for walking to Condesa and Roma Norte. We reserved a king room on Club Millésime (the executive level) and were upgraded to a junior suite. We agree with the other recommendations; booking Club Millésime is worth it. Nice breakfast, calm breakfast room/lounge. Extra attention from the concierge. The room itself was well appointed, the mattress excellent, good soundproofing and blackout drapes. The building main reception is on 14 and the Club level is floor 36. There is a drive though for cabs on the ground level. The pool (very nice) and gym are on 38. We booked two half day tours through the concierge. One was an overview of the historic district and center city. The second was a longer tour of Xochimilco (floating gardens), the San Angel market and a quick stop over at the National Autonomous University. Our guide/driver was Ernesto. He was a fountain of information about history, the people, architecture etc. In retrospect, I would not have visited Xochimilico which is a long drive (1 hour + each way) and is better suited for large groups who want to eat, drink and listen to music. All in all, an excellent experience.

My husband and I had most wonderful stay at the Sofitel! We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and this stay was exactly what I wanted! They had most delicious cake waiting for us on our anniversary day and the staff at the restaurant brought a cake with special candle at breakfast. Everyone from the concierge team, front desk and the dining staff were wonderful!
