My top choice hotel in Mexico City!
I had such a great stay at Sofitel Reforma, I don't think I can say enough on how great this hotel is! The location is perfect — right in the middle of everything, easy walk to Chapultepec with all the museums, zoo, and running/biking trails, plus the tour bus stops are literally right outside. The hotel itself is super modern with amazing views, and the pool/sauna area was a great way to relax after long days out, and, being indoor, it stays open for longer hours. What surprised me most was how much of a food trip the hotel turned out to be. Reforma has tons of restaurants and street food, but Sofitel itself was a whole culinary adventure. The Club Lounge changed up the food every day, and Balta was fantastic — sometimes the best “night out” was just taking the elevator a few floors. Huge shoutout to the Club Lounge team — Sebastian, Karla, Tom, Jose, and others. They were incredible and really showed what true hospitality should feel like. If personal or business trip ever takes me back to Mexico city, Sofitel Reforma woulld always remain my number one choice for lodging.

Erenesto and the rest of the staff at citizen were fantastic. They were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. 10 out of 10. Food and service was fast and friendly. Food was outstanding.

My husband and I had most wonderful stay at the Sofitel! We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and this stay was exactly what I wanted! They had most delicious cake waiting for us on our anniversary day and the staff at the restaurant brought a cake with special candle at breakfast. Everyone from the concierge team, front desk and the dining staff were wonderful!
