Sofitel Reforma has become our number-one choice every time we visit Mexico City. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with everything within easy reach. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff always go above and beyond to make every stay memorable. The overall quality of the experience is exceptional from the rooms, which are always impeccably maintained, to the food, which never disappoints. And of course, the highlight that we never miss: Citizen, with its breathtaking view over the entire city. It’s truly one of the best spots in CDMX. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and outstanding hospitality.

Fabulous food. I enjoyed all but the octopus and the pumpkin dessert were my absolute favourites. Service was impeccable with two serving us together. We sat at a window seat enjoying the city below Nancy, Ray, Ramses, Marcos, Irais, Dafne, thank you!

Wonderful atmosphere and great service from Ernesto at the Cityzen Rooftop Bar for a mid morning brunch on our trip to CDMX. Would gladly come back for the friendly and welcoming staff. Incredible views of Reforma from the terrace. Food was tasty and came out fast. Loved the croissant cube with guayaba filling!
