Great breakfast experience
I was lost at first but the first floor made me feel very welcomed and guided me to restaurant. This place is amazing, and great view. Ernesto our waiter was very sweet and gave us a lot of good information

Love Sofitel and Abraham!!
I have no regrets booking this hotel as it was our first time in Mexico City. We booked the room with the club access and it was the best purchase ever. The room was so spacious and our views were beautiful. Everyone in the club level were so sweet and was super patient with my friend and I when it came to our drink and food orders. I was able to watch the FIFA soccer matches up there and did not want to leave. The best part of the team and my favorite was Abraham. He was helping us from day one and was SO sincere and kind. He answered all my questions and helped gives suggestions on what to do in the city and made sure our trip was memorable. Not going to lie, I almost teared up having to say goodbye to him but I know I would come back again and stay there because of him. He’s what makes hospitality great!

My husband and I had most wonderful stay at the Sofitel! We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and this stay was exactly what I wanted! They had most delicious cake waiting for us on our anniversary day and the staff at the restaurant brought a cake with special candle at breakfast. Everyone from the concierge team, front desk and the dining staff were wonderful!
