5 Star Team
This Sofitel is a wonderful hotel. The service is impeccable from the moment one arrives to the front drive to checking into the room. Adan at Balta is a great server whose attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Also Pedro and Diego from the guest services team are willing to assist and answer any questions you may have. This hotel has a 5 star team and I will not be staying at any other hotel than the Sofitel when visiting family in CDMX.

Wonderful!
My friend and I planned a trip to Mexico city and chose this hotel for our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was outstanding! From Diego the Concierge, David the reception supervisor, Fernanda reception, to the drivers at the hotel and all of the staff at the restaurants inside of the hotel including housekeeping, the service was wonderful. They were all very attentive, patient, professional, and kind. It was bittersweet to leave Mexico including the hotel but look forward to going back in the near future. My husband and I had most wonderful stay at the Sofitel! We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and this stay was exactly what I wanted! They had most delicious cake waiting for us on our anniversary day and the staff at the restaurant brought a cake with special candle at breakfast. Everyone from the concierge team, front desk and the dining staff were wonderful!
