Sofitel Mexico City Reforma

My cousin and I had a late night snack and drinks at the Hotel Sofitel bar. The food was very good. Large portions. Everything is a share there for sure. It was the kindness of the staff that is behind this review. We were greeted warmly and several people stopped at our table to see if there was anything we further we needed (especially Mariana - who was charming and lovely and amazing at her job). They arranged for us to have the house car take us back to our hotel, which was above and beyond. Next time I go to Mexico City, I'll stay at Hotel Sofitel

Mariela (Mariana?) was an excellent hostess and definitely deserves a raise. I suggest head chef or CEO. Rooftop bar is lit!

Ernesto was more than attentive and the view was a beautiful place to start my trip! I would return again in the future for the customer service.

Dear Sofitel Mexico City Team, We just returned from five wonderful nights at your hotel and wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Our stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, every part of the experience was marked by kindness, professionalism, and a sense of genuine care. We felt especially pampered by Oscar, the manager on duty. He took such personal care of us and made us feel like valued guests at every moment. One small story says it all: I happened to mention that I loved the hot chocolate in the lounge. Not long after, there was a knock on our door and someone had brought us the hot chocolate powder to take home. That thoughtful gesture really touched us and showed just how special the service at Sofitel is. Andrea from the lounge was also a highlight of our stay. She is incredibly sweet, warm, and always greeted us with a big smile. Ingrid was equally wonderful, always helpful and attentive. Together they made every visit to the lounge a pleasure. We are also grateful to the concierge team, who were consistently outstanding and ensured that everything went smoothly for us. Another unforgettable part of our visit was our meal at Bajel. It was one of the most amazing dining experiences we’ve ever had. We especially want to thank Raymundo, who made the evening magical with his kindness, his professionalism, and the stories he shared about the food. He elevated the entire experience. We also want to thank Ramses, Irais, Marcos, and Nancy for their warmth and excellent service. Thanks to them, it was a night we will always remember. We absolutely loved our time at Sofitel Mexico City and will recommend it wholeheartedly to friends and family. The hotel is beautiful, but it is the people who make it truly extraordinary. Their care, warmth, and attention to detail set Sofitel apart, and we are deeply grateful for everything.

I loved it here! Our waiter was Ernesto and he was amazing. Super attentive, offered suggestions and very helpful to us. Customer service was AMAZING!
