Stylish stay with stunning views and warm service in CDMX
We stayed at Sofitel Mexico City Reforma last week and absolutely loved it! visiting CDMX for the first time, this hotel was the perfect mix of luxury and warmth. Our room on the 30th floor had stunning views of the city, especially during sunset. The design and comfort were top-notch. Breakfast was a daily highlight — fresh tacos, European pastries, fruits, and all kinds of continental options. Alejandra and Diana at Balta made every morning feel special with their kind service. Huge thanks to Juan Carlos, Rodolfo, and Dariana for always being so helpful throughout our stay, and to Carlos the bellman, who greeted us every day with a smile. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Great hotel with very helpful staff
Very helpful staff and amazing rooftop even if drinks prices are not that cheap. Breakfast was really nice too. I had a very confy room staying in that hotel. The swimming pool on the rooftop seems great tow. I would recommend without hesitation.

Thank you so much for the lovely upgraded suite; everything was truly exceptional. The views from my room of Mexico City were amazing. I am especially grateful to David and the geound floor staff for assisting me with a taxi, ensuring I did not miss my flight.

Great view, great experience
Great view. Amazing service. Fantastic food. Great value. Make you way to the top floor of the hotel. You will change elevators at the lobby on 14. Once you arrive at the top floor. Check into your reservations. You will be happy you made them. All the tables are comfortable.

My husband and I had most wonderful stay at the Sofitel! We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and this stay was exactly what I wanted! They had most delicious cake waiting for us on our anniversary day and the staff at the restaurant brought a cake with special candle at breakfast. Everyone from the concierge team, front desk and the dining staff were wonderful!
