Awesome Hotel, Amazing Service!
We had a fantastic stay at the Sofitel Mexico City. Our room was beautiful—we were upgraded to a junior suite! One of the highlights from our trip were Erik and Diego from the concierge team. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Diego even ran to get prickly pear fruit that we couldn't find anywhere at a local market, brought it back to the hotel, and had the restaurant prepare fresh juice for us—such a thoughtful and unique experience. Both Erik and Diego were also amazing in making the impossible possible getting last minute reservations at handshake and a few other places. Their recommendations for our short notice trip were always spot-on and we were really grateful for their help! Highly recommend this hotel for the outstanding service and hospitality.

Lobby Bar - ask for Luis
We visited the Lobby Bar for a drink and afternoon snack after a long day of touring. We were fortunate enough to be served by Luis, who was amazing! We talked about him the rest of the trip. He was very attentive, ensured any food was OK for my allergy, and made amazing cocktails. He even made a special cocktail for my friend that was off menu. Would highly recommend the experience and ask for Luis!

My husband and I had most wonderful stay at the Sofitel! We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and this stay was exactly what I wanted! They had most delicious cake waiting for us on our anniversary day and the staff at the restaurant brought a cake with special candle at breakfast. Everyone from the concierge team, front desk and the dining staff were wonderful!
