Relaxing stay
My family and I stayed at this hotel as it was the location of the wedding we were attending. We arrived a day prior to the event to look around the area and was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of closeness to many stores. The area was clean and I felt safe walking by myself (a woman). The hotel and staff were great. The room was just what we needed. The only thing was the carpet in the room had some stains but besides that everything else was great.

Great location for my business meeting in Santa Fe. Excellent service including check in and room service when I arrived late at night. Overall, it was good value.

Beds were clean. Linens clean. the rest of the room was dirty. the carpet was dirty, the room was dusty, the bathroom mirror was never cleaned, hair on the bathroom floor. walls dirty. Dissapointing. Staff was very nice and friendly. location good too.

Excellent Place to stay
Clean and very well attention. Just on the upgrade we paid a room for 4 and only 2 were acepted on the breakfast upgrade.
