Excellent stay
Excellent service!! The people at the restaurant, the concierge, the front desk were all amazing! We were able to coordinate to have our meals and rooms ready for a large group. We will come back and appreciate all the help from their kind staff.

Very good cost benefit
Hotel has a very good structure, complete breakfast available all morning and a good cost. Located on Santa Fé a very beautiful and secure area but a bit far from city center and airport.

Highly recommended hotel
Great location and very good overall service. It has everything that you need to support a succesful business trip. Nice restaurant witn several good Mexican dishes, specially the breakfast buffet and good room service. The rooms are clean and properly equiped. Definitely a good value for your money. Highly recommended!

AVOID CAMINO REAL SANTA FE
it's unbelievable that in a hotel that claims to be 5 star, hardly anyone speaks English. In addition, the staff at reception are totally untrained to deal with international clientele. No understanding of bookings and services included. No manager to deal with customer complaints. I had to explain the contents of my booking several times, without getting the slightest understanding. the air-conditioning doesn't work properly, and the insulation of the windows is insufficient to cover the noise from the street. Shower without hand shower. Internet not working correctly. This hotel is not worthy of the status it aspires to and I strongly advise against it.
