Camino Real Santa Fe Mexico

Everything in the room is very comfortable , It is a quiet hotel with and excellent service. Very good breakfast buffet and the entire hotel’s staff are very friendly and polite Elder is very professional and helpful . The pillows and mattress are good quality.

Not for long stay and business visitor, facilities like a 3 star, big rooms but cleaness is below average.minibar issues with leftover form previous customer and thet want to chnarge me for it, even during me 2 days stay i did 4 complains but no response.

I liked the location. Everything else inside the hotel isn’t good. Coffee machine in the room literally produces brown water and not coffee. Coffee pads and creamers were never in the room, so we had to buy ourselves some. Room cleaning is done after 5pm. The first night we had to tell them to not make our room because we came back at 5 tired and needed a rest but they were just going to clean our room. The next day, same thing, they came to clean our room at 5pm, we had to leave and go into the lobby to wait, even though we were exhausted. Cleaning people took all our towels and didn’t replace them. We called the receptionist 4 times to ask to bring towels, and waited for over an hour. Very very bad service.

Great hotel if you have to be near Santa Fe, room was ample and comfortable. Within walking distance to several good restaurants

Excellent service!! The people at the restaurant, the concierge, the front desk were all amazing! We were able to coordinate to have our meals and rooms ready for a large group. We will come back and appreciate all the help from their kind staff.
