Jesus is the man!!
Jesus is the best!! We went to the rooftop pool on our stay and he took great care of us. He recommended amazing drinks and even moved our chairs to get more sun ☀️

horrible management
The hotel is fine, but not what you would expect for a five star resort in terms of inerior design or service or amenities. My big issue was with billing follow up. We arrived with a 2 room reservation. We asked for 1 room to be cancelled at check in which was authorized so we ended up with just the 1 room. The bill was never updated and nobody will return my calls. Sad for a 2k+ per night experience. Never staying here again. AMEX to the rescue!

Great Service and food!
Awesome food at Watr, highly recommend! Kevin was a great server, super personable and made the experience enjoyable! We will be back tomorrow.

Go for the pool, stay for the service
We had a wonderful time in a beautiful setting. Menual really made the experience by literally giving my husband his sunglasses to wear by the pool since he forgot his - truly wonderful service. Thank you!
