Perfect dream day at the beach
We had a great time at the 1 Hotel beach club , food was delicious , fresh and healthy. Service was perfect , Massimo and Alfredo were really friendly and welcoming . Highly recommended if you are looking to spend a day at the beach with family or friends.

The easiest 4 days of heavy planning and everything worked out perfectly
Everything about the 1 hotel is exceptional. We came to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday with 7 other couples and everything that could go wrong, didn’t. The reason for how easy this trip worked out was due to Lia at the concierge. She was amazing and I look forward to working with her again in the future. Thank you so much Lia!

A regular guest for more than 10 years
I arrived at the hotel last night. I've been choosing this hotel every year for the past 10 years because the service from the guys on the beach (Massimo) and the breakfast staff is wonderful. Unfortunately, the rest is getting much worse. When I arrived, they assigned me a room without a balcony, even though I had paid for one with a balcony. I had to go down to the lobby and wait for about 1 hour and 30 minutes for a solution, which was perhaps even worse. They gave me a room on the second floor where the kitchens are located, with a very strong smell of grilling in the corridor and cigar smoke on the balcony. The room is very dark and has a terrible view, and there's low water pressure in the sink. My food allergy was ignored by the booking team, which left me very disappointed. I'm currently speaking with Ms. Isabella, who is helping me and trying to improve our experience; she is truly professional. I still have 9 days here and I really hope to be able to provide positive updates. Happy New Year, Leonardo Xavier
