Perfect Night @ the 1 Hotel!
Jazmine treated us above and beyond what we’ve experienced in the past! Besides service, the food at Aviv was excellent and creative! We are still talking about the garlic hummus!!! After drinks on the rooftop this was a perfect evening in 1 Hotel!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel 1 in Miami Beach! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always available to help with anything I needed. A special shoutout to the fantastic management team — Massimo, Andrea, Gianluca, and Adrian. These guys are true stars! Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and genuine care for guests made all the difference. They really know how to make you feel at home while delivering top-level service. I can’t wait to come back — highly recommended!

Jesus C has got to be one of the best servers in the city. If you go to this restaurant, rest assured you’ll be taken care of and treated with so much kindness and respect! Jesus provided so many good drink and food recommendations and gave us ample space and had so much patience with us when we were deciding what to get! He also offered to take pictures of us and we were so happy with the results and his eagerness to help us out. He was truly above and beyond in all aspects and his charisma topped it all off! The sweetest man, really. And the food was great too.

The only restaurant that makes you feel like home
After moving from NYC we always felt that it’s really hard to find a restaurant that has both - elegant atmosphere and quality food. AVIV made it happen, and added some more flavor! Alonso was our server and he did an incredible job in helping us understand the menu by just showing him the screenshots - very patient and knowledgeable, and super nice guy. We learned he makes music too, and he made our experience top notch. We were greeted by Nicole, the manager that made sure we are all set and gave us a wonderful welcome. Huge shoutout to Ana and Boris for sharing their recommendations and also connecting with us on a very organic level. My suggestions are: the Moroccan cigars, the beef humus and the steak kebab -sharing it in the family style is the way to go :)

Amazing!!!
Food & service was amazing! We absolutely loved everything we ate. We are Miami locals who love to experience new restaurants and we will definitely be back!!
