One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, Lia with the concierge was incredibly helpful as well. Can’t wait to come back, never staying anywhere else when we’re in Miami

One Hotel does it again, but concierge shines
Love this hotel, amazing gym and facilities. Lia in concierge is a true gem!! If you get her, you are lucky!! Food is excellent at rooftop and lobby floor breakfast. Only wish they had a cold plunge in the spa!
