We love Dwayne
Highly suggest going to the 1hotel rooftop! We had the pleasure of getting service from Dwayne (best server there is - definitely ask for him!!) P.s 1Hotel if you see this please give the man a raise! He made our entire experience, was extremely welcoming, fast with drinks and a pleasure to talk to. I could go on for days The views were gorgeous, the vibe was immaculate and the food was “out of bounds!” Highly suggest the crispy rice!

Miami’s Hidden Oasis: Tala Beach Delights
Tala Beach is truly a hidden gem in Miami. Nestled just outside the stunning 1 Hotel, the sandy grounds, vibrant cushions, and lush greenery transport you from South Beach straight to the Maldives or Tulum. There’s usually a DJ spinning lively house and jungle beats, creating an electric yet relaxing vibe. The food and cocktails are inventive and absolutely delicious. The service is exceptional—every server is attentive, especially Mirian, who is the heart and soul of the restaurant. Her warmth and dedication make you want to return again and again. Tala Beach is an absolute must-visit in Miami Beach.

Wine Dinner for 2
We recently had a chance to visit Aviv restaurant at 1 Hotel South Beach. We joined a Wine Dinner with Gerard Bertrand Wines. Everythig was seamlessly organized and executed by the Sommelier Boris. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made our night! The server Tatiana was also very attentive and provided amazing service. Can't wait to go back and taste more delicios wine and food at this place. 10/10
