Amazing Andaz Experience!
Beautiful Hotel from the people to the ambience, very excellent on all fronts. The design of the hotel lobby and amenities was well executed and felt very upscale and expensive, and I loved the fact that the staff had every intention of making sure we felt at home while we were there. We traveled with our Boston terrier, and they provided her an adorable toy, bed, and a pouch of little bags. It was a very nice touch!

Exceptional Service From Arrival to Departure
From the first email contact through our check-out the next day, Zach Hay and his team delivered an outstanding level of service. Before we even arrived, Zach and the Guest Experience team were warm, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful in helping us celebrate our daughter’s 19th birthday. That same level of hospitality continued the moment we pulled up to the hotel. The valet and doormen greeted us warmly, the check-in experience was friendly and seamless, and the special birthday treat for our daughter was a wonderful and very thoughtful touch. What impressed us most was the consistency of the service. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, from the pre-arrival correspondence to our departure the following day. A special thank you to Zach Hay, the Resort Manager, and his entire team, including Aynur and Robert, for helping make our overnight stay so memorable and for setting the tone for a wonderful birthday celebration and the start of our cruise vacation. Exceptional hospitality from beginning to end. We would gladly return and highly recommend Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa.
