I just checked into my room and had the most pleasant experience with Ramon, the Bellman. I had some extra requests that were outside of the norm and he was incredibly polite, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond. This is my first time staying here and it’s off to a very great start because of Ramon’s hospitality.

Wonderful service from the beginning! Isaac was very helpful getting us checked in and in our room ASAP. Ramon was wonderful with our bags and very helpful getting us settled. 5 stars!!

I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your property. Prior to my arrival, I both emailed and called to confirm whether it would be possible to have my room ready by 2:30 p.m., as I had an important work event to attend. I was assured that the team would do all they could to accommodate this request. However, upon arrival, it appeared that no one was aware of my prior communications. The check-in area was disorganized and extremely crowded, and I was repeatedly told that the 4:00 p.m. check-in time was “strict,” which had not been mentioned in any of my earlier conversations. After waiting and discussing with several staff members for about 20 minutes, I was eventually told that I could be placed in another room—not the one I had originally booked—and at the same rate. Additionally, the on-site restaurant did not open until around 5:00 p.m., leaving limited indoor options. This made it difficult to wait comfortably in the Miami heat, especially after having already showered and needing to prepare for my work function. Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly for a brand of Andaz’s reputation. It felt as though the property prioritizes suite and penthouse guests over other paying customers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve communication and service consistency for future guests.
