Andaz Miami Beach

Beautiful hotel, perfect location...great beach. We were here for a long birthday weekend and it was perfect. Fantastic customer service in a very cool place!

Great experience at the hotel in general. Solid rooms, not too busy, nice spaces to relax, good beach area. The beach and pool service was exceptional especially compared to other hotels I have stayed at on South Beach I want to give a special shoutout to Brisa who served us both on the beach and at the pool. Not only was she kind, but professional, efficient, and a big reason why we were able to RELAX wherever we were. She was always on top of things: bringing a table over before I could even ask on the beach, being very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, and checking in the perfect amount on if we needed anything (not pushy and not hard to track down if needed). I also observed her deal with a difficult guest with grace, maintaining a good attitude despite the illogical lash out from the guest. She is definitely an asset to the staff and is a keeper! Overall, very good stay and somewhere I would go back.

Outstanding experience, really impressed with this Andaz. The building is great, still has a lot of character from the old days but completely updated with great design but still highly functional. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable, staff was excellent across the board (a rarity for Miami), the restaurant was great -- can't recommend highly enough.

We stayed at the Andaz on a Saturday through Monday in November 2025. While well intentioned, much of the staff seem to not know what they're doing. From our arrival when 3-4 different valets approached the car at the same time, to the front desk which was likewise overstaffed, they just don't seem to have it together. In addition there is no dedicated space for new guests to change before their room is ready - resulting in guests being sent to a multi stall bathroom to do so. Most of the valets were great. Very helpful and quick to retrieve our vehicle. The room was clean and well appointed. The beach staff are way too anxious to clean up and shut down at the end of the day and didn't seem terribly helpful regardless.

We came down to sit by the ocean and Oliver right away took care of us with outstanding service. We then had drinks and food by the beach where Ryan was super attentive. The Cobia Leche de Tigre and the Shrimp Aguachile were amazing! 10/10 service and food!
