Andaz Miami Beach

Today my friend and I came to the beach for a relaxing day, we had the pleasure to meet jay, Leo and Olivier. Honestly they made our stay amazing made sure we had everything we need and made sure to check up on us various time. Definitely recommend and I will definitely come back.

Olivier provides excellent service at the beach. I had a great time, and he made the whole experience even better. He is friendly, professional, and always makes sure guests are comfortable and taken care of. He’s very attentive, quick to help, and creates a welcoming, relaxing environment for everyone. His positive attitude and strong work ethic truly stand out.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel incredibly welcomed. Check-in was seamless, and I was so pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful room upgrade along with champagne and dessert waiting for me—such a special touch that really set the tone for my stay. The property itself is absolutely beautiful—modern, stylish, and perfectly captures that relaxed yet elevated Miami Beach vibe. The beach and pool areas are stunning, with a great balance of energy and tranquility. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and intentionally designed. I also really enjoyed the food and beverage offerings—everything I had was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully presented. Service throughout the property was consistently attentive without ever feeling overbearing. What truly stood out to me, though, was the level of hospitality. The team genuinely goes above and beyond, checking in and making sure every detail is just right. As someone who works closely with hotels, I really notice and appreciate that level of care. I’m so grateful for such a memorable stay and look forward to returning. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Miami Beach.

I typically don’t write reviews but I have to give credit where it’s due. The stay at Andaz was beyond expectations. We arrived on a weekend and expected to wait a long time for check-in after seeing the wait at front desk. We were pulled aside by a front desk agent who checked us in early and got us settled quickly. Our suite was spacious and comfortable with an amazing view. It was also clean and turnover service arrived promptly throughout our stay. The beach service was excellent though it was crowded, but that is to be expected on a weekend in Miami. The bellman Eric helped us with our luggage, requiring us not to lift a finger at all, which is a very nice touch. He was French, as am I, and it was comforting to be assisted by him. He took our luggage down to valet where he was assisted by the team to store our many pieces of luggage in our vehicle without us having to do a thing. Pricing wise- everything is reasonable for a stay in Miami Beach. Thank you all for an excellent experience, we will be returning.

honestly I had an amazing time, but first I wanna say thank you Mr.Olivier, and is staff for their services, because they really went above and beyond to make sure I had a good time. They were very helpful, kind, attentive & friendly. Great vibes all around had a wonderful time, i highly recommend & I will definitely be back soon.
