Andaz Miami Beach

I recently visited the Ondara Spa, and my experience was truly delightful. Ms. Jane was wonderful during my treatment, and Rosie was incredibly sweet and thoughtful throughout my facial. I was also greeted by Robert on the beach, who was pleasant and very welcoming. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely and memorable experience.

The yoga class was great. - the instructor was knowledgeable and nice and she explained every step very clearly and with intention.

Very nice hotel, close to the beach. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Comfortable bed. HIIt Workout with Alex was phenomenal, on an outdoor rooftop workout area.

A wonderful return stay at this mid-beach made even more special by the exceptional staff, who welcomed us back like family. Brandon made check-in seamless, and Eric took great care of our bags. Our room request was honored without issue, and the modern rooms were well designed with very comfortable beds. Even on days at full occupancy, securing pool and beach chairs was easy and food service was impressively fast. Andrez and his outstanding team : notable Dave, David, G, Oliver, and Kat made our days at the pool and beach especially enjoyable, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we were well cared for. The recently designated adults-only pool was a welcome addition and helped create a calmer, more relaxing atmosphere. The gym is beautiful and exceptionally well equipped, including Peloton bikes and row, and complimentary daily yoga classes, which alone are worth the value of the resort fee. Carla was quick and helpful in resolving a minor housekeeping issue. A true luxury hotel that delivers the personalized, thoughtful service you’d expect from a boutique property.

We are having an amazing stay the the Hyatt andaz. ! Great food! Excellent service and atmosphere! Already looking into booking our next vacation.
