Andaz Miami Beach

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Exceptional Service from Kyla! The sweetest and most beautiful human being! I recently stayed at the Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa from September 20th–24th, and I have to give a very special shoutout to Kyla at the front desk for making our stay truly memorable! From the moment we arrived, Kyla was absolutely amazing. She was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus someone who truly cares about the guest experience—and Kyla definitely falls into the second category! She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and patient with every question we had, and she made us feel welcomed throughout our entire stay. Her positive attitude and kindness really stood out and added such a personal touch to our experience. People like Kyla are what make a hotel stay go from great to unforgettable. She represents the kind of exceptional hospitality that makes guests want to come back again and again. Andaz Miami Beach is very lucky to have someone like Kyla on their front desk team! I sincerely hope management recognizes her for the outstanding service she provides. She deserves all the praise and recognition for making guests feel valued and welcomed. Thank you, Kyla, for helping make our September 20th–24th stay such a wonderful experience! ❤️ 5 stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location is perfect. It's clean well designed and has all the amenities. But the real highlight is the service. Smiley helpful throughout. Oscar S at reception with especially hospitable and made sure all needs were met. I'll be returning here.

The mat Pilates class was awesome! Marielle was great at explaining the exercises and it was a great workout! Thanks!

Normally, I can find something to criticize but I must give a huge thank you to the Andaz staff from the valet- to the front desk- to housekeeping everyone was wonderful! In particular, McCalan, Kayla and Fredrick were great at the valet desk, very attentive. They even gave us water on our way out. Eric provided great bell service and a tour of the property. Oscar at the front desk was fabulous! I really appreciated his customer service. He made us feel right at home our entire stay. His enthusiasm was contagious! The rooms were clean and modern. The grounds were well kept. The restaurant on site was pretty good. The wait staff were excellent. The beach was beautiful and I especially enjoyed having my own umbrella and beach service. The young man (PJ) that assisted us on the beach was great as well! Having a DJ at the lounge on the second floor was also a very nice touch. The property was centrally, located to other restaurants and things to do. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent valet service from Vincent. I appreciate his professionalism!
