After being move from the BreakWater Hotel due to a non-functioning AC. We were received very well at the Beacon Hotel. In fact, it was 90+ outside and they directly offered to take our luggages, they handled the transfer so smooth and gave us bottle and glass of water ( they even offered champagne ) and our room was fully prepared and very clean when they were informed only some minutes ago of our transfer, the clearness of the room is good to underline and it smells very fresh. The service has been perfect, always very responsive and helpful. Especially Chiara and Oscar, as on our last day, our flight was late in the evening, and they offered a late checkout ( at 1:00 PM) without issue. The service for the luggage’s and the towels, room service in general is precise and run smoothly. They took good care of our luggage while we were off and gave us enough water to go through the day. Great hotel location, outside of the crazyness and mess that offers Ocean drive, the breakfast was good, great service and friendly people. I recommend their restaurant too for the pasta and nice breakfast. They’ve made the trip that started bad due to our first hotel issue really good and relaxing.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the beacon hotel for our weekend getaway and throughout our 3 day stay Chiara Marfia made our stay made very pleasant. She treated us like queen and kings. She was very professional, personable, and courteous. Due to the treatment we recieved we are planning a family trip and looking forward to another great stay. Hotel was extremely clean, food was an A+, ambiance is wonderful. -Mireille

The hotel exceeded our expectations! It is very clean (smells good too), you get your moneys worth. Employees are very friendly, Francisco especially stood out when he greeted us every time and helped us. Air conditioning worked well and room was good. Bathroom door was made out of glass (shaded) so that is something to keep in mind if staying with friends. Breakfast was great! Only thing I missed was fresh fruit. Location is amazing, 2 minute walk to Miami beach is something you can’t beat! Another plus was also that you can borrow towels and beach gear from the hotel, so no need to pay 20$.
