Bentley Beach Hotel

Lovely hotel amazing location in ocean drive Rooms very spacious, clean and very modern Staff very attentive Loved using the free bikes also along on the beach Such a great find

A fantastic stay from start to finish! The Bentley Hotel in Miami exceeded expectations with its perfect beachfront location, clean and stylish rooms, and incredibly friendly staff. The rooftop pool was a highlight with amazing ocean views, and everything felt relaxed yet upscale. Would absolutely stay here again—highly recommended!

Although this has a nice location in South Beach that's the best thing. the hotel is very old, outdated and was filthy dirty, the floors were not swept or cleaned we picked up dirt just walking across the room. There was mold behind the doors etc. The breakfast is the absolute cheapest stuff, and although the pool has an ocean view, they play loud obnoxious dance music all day starting at 9:00 in the morning, not very relaxing.

Check in was a nightmare. We arrived at 11 a.m. and the rooms were not ready until 4pm. Other guests were waiting and upset for the same reason. Ironically, we asked for an extended checkout on the morning of our last day and they said they could only extend a half hour because people were checking into our room. The photos shown for the room we reserved show that the one bedroom king ocean view room had floor to ceiling windows going out to the balcony overlooking the ocean. What we actually received was a room with narrow windows screwed shut with a sign stating “Windows must remain closed at all times” and no balcony. The listing for the room should show accurate photos reflecting this! You will spend a lot of time waiting at the elevator for…. 1. More towels because you are a family of 4 and they either gave you no beach towels in the room or you have 2; 2. You have an ice bucket in the room but no ice, no ice machine that you are allowed to get ice yourself – it must be handed to you; 3. To ask for an extended check out time; 4. and because no one picks up the phone at the front desk to get any of the above mentioned items delivered to your room; The rooftop fence had an area that was open so that child could fall through. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the fact that there were always lounge chairs available The hotel will also hold your bags in the event that your room is not ready or you have a late flight and want to explore the town. There is a continental breakfast (coffee, orange juice, croissants, bread, cream cheese, butter, oranges, sometime granola bars; frosted flakes in a dispenser; yogurt, etc. We paid a luxury price for the bare minimum. I regret my stay here.
