Bentley Beach Hotel

Excellent location! Complimentary breakfast, cocktails/drinks upon check- in, bikes, beach towels & chairs. Booked 1 night on a week day. Staff was extremely helpful & courteous. We had an ocean view 1 bedroom with balcony. Honestly, the oceanview was minimal. Inside the room we had a dining table for 4, living room, & kitchenette. They even let us checkout 12 pm. Everything is expensive in south beach. I personally thought this was a good value traveling with children.

Location ok - room and amenities horrible (noise until midnight from people in the hallway and AC noise throughout the night).

Overall, we had a good experience at Bentley Hotel South Beach. The location is excellent, and the reception staff was truly outstanding. We arrived after a long flight traveling with three young daughters, and although there were no rooms available for early check-in, the front desk team was extremely kind and helpful, improvising a room for us to shower and change clothes while we waited. That made a huge difference for our family and we were very grateful for their effort and hospitality. The room was initially very clean and smelled great. However, throughout the stay, the housekeeping service did not maintain the same standard. The cleaning staff seemed less attentive and not very friendly. We often had to ask for replacement towels, toiletries, and basic room replenishments. The breakfast was very simple/basic, but acceptable. One important point of attention for future guests: there are two “Bentley Hotels” in Miami Beach with very similar names and located relatively close to each other. I accidentally booked this one thinking it was the Hilton property. When I realized the mistake, I was quite concerned, although in the end the experience was generally positive. In summary: * Excellent location * Reception/front desk staff: 10/10 * Good overall structure and comfortable stay * Housekeeping service needs improvement * Breakfast could be better Despite a few frustrations, we still had a good overall experience.

My family of 4 booked a last minute 5 day stay in a ocean view one bedroom. The space was large and very comfortable. The room was recently renovated and other than a slow elevator the facility was excellent. We enjoyed the hotel amenities, pool, roof deck, afternoon champagne, breakfast, bikes, and beach towels. The location is fantastic and very walkable.

Convenient location, friendly personnel, bicycles availability is a plus. Appreciate help of Federico with our luggage - very friendly and customer oriented. Thank you!
