Bentley Beach Hotel

Our stay at the Bentley Hotel South Beach was made even better thanks to the amazing help we received from Vanina at the front desk. She was kind, attentive, and went out of her way to make everything easier for us. Her warm and professional attitude truly made us feel at home. We’re so grateful for her support and hospitality!

I had a wonderful experience at the Bentley South Beach. The location is amazing, right across from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and nightlife on Ocean Drive. The rooftop pool offers great ocean views and is a relaxing place to spend time. Staff super friendly. Vanina at the front desk was attentive, and very welcoming. She provided excellent recommendations and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. My suite was spacious and included a kitchenette, which was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, although some of the furniture showed minor wear. The only thing to note is that being right on Ocean Drive means there is some noise at night, but that is expected for this location. Overall, I highly recommend the Bentley South Beach for anyone looking to enjoy Miami Beach in a central, vibrant location with great service.

We’ve returned home after another stay at The Bentley Hotel, South Beach. This is our fourth visit and without question the best! Although we would return without the upgrades to the hotel that we experienced, this visit in particular, the changes were notable including the lobby, and yet to open (a couple weeks away) lounge/bar/morning breakfast area. The new entrance to the hotel is almost complete and the lobby is now expanded and is cool and refreshing. The front desk personnel were professional and welcoming and in particular Juliana and Melina. We were greeted with a smile and they recognized who we were upon our arrival. The interior/outdoor courtyard invites you in with cool colors and an added bamboo like arbor that provides some interest and scale. This area provides a pleasant outdoor breakfast space and a sail-shade like effect to provide an open air ceiling for the three story courtyard. We were accompanied to our room by bellman Reinaldo whom we encountered multiple times throughout our 4 night stay. He was professional, always obliging whether bringing the new complimentary bikes to us, beach chairs or simply towels. The Bentley is extremely clean and remained that way throughout the day. Our room……as with every visit, we were not disappointed from the cleanliness of each space which left us with nothing but praise for the housekeeping staff. (Don’t forget to tip them, they deserve it!) Our room was more than generous in size with ample, contemporary seating, beautiful “kitchen” area, separate bedroom with crisp, clean linens and our bathroom beautifully updated with modern appointments. Finally, the upper terrace. All seating has been replaced with comfortable chase lounges, soft teal colored umbrellas, and multiple tables for two which was perfect for dining on the roof top or enjoying the daily complimentary prosecco. If you’re an early riser, the roof top is an excellent place to catch the sunrise, bask by the clean pool after a day at the beach within a two minute walk across the coconut palm dotted Lumus Park and finish the day watching the afterglow of the sunset over the ocean in the evening. For ourselves, The Bentley Hotel is South Beach’s best kept secret. However, I believe the word is getting out and we could not be happier for them as they approach a long awaited completion of upgrades that truly benefits the their guest as it did for ourselves. We will return again next year. I believe that is the best way to judge a review Thank you to the staff that help make our visit truly exceptional.
