AWESOME LOCATION! Everytime im in Miami for my birthday i stay here! Love the UPGRADE! Mararanio and Yessica were the best! The entire staff was nice and friendly and went the extra effort to provide us with the best experience! We’ll be back next time I’m in Miami♥️♥️

Ok but very noisy
The hotel is nice as well as the staff. However, the room I had, had a lot of issues, mainly the noise. It faced the courtyard/inner part of the hotel and there was constantly a huge amount of noise coming from it. In the morning, starting before 6 AM there were very loud noises coming from there. Then, essentially 24/7 there was a very loud noise that would occur at random times and it sounded like drilling. When I asked the staff about it, they told me that there wasn't any construction work happening, so I have no idea what was causing that noise, but it was very disturbing, especially during the night. It happened every day and night for 3 nights. Also, the blackout curtains didn't really do their job and the breakfast selection was pretty poor. It didn't cater to dietary needs (e.g. they only offered normal milk and no dairy-free options, the same with yoghurt, etc.) and there didn't seem to be enough food for everyone.

Pleasant stay
The hotel feels like an intimate boutique hotel even though it has five floors. The location is excellent. It is on Ocean Drive close to everything an out of towner needs. The hotel offers free bikes and chairs to visit the beach. Melina was very accommodating of my last minute addition to our group and arrived with a most excellent solution. Reinaldo is every inch a gentleman. All in all, a pleasant experience.
