The Betsy - South Beach

Joanny was the best! So kind, hospitable, made the dining experience enjoyable. Would recommend highly. Food was also very good - fresh, healthy and quick- which is best on a business trip. I had yogurt, granola and fruit, ok and coffee. Nice view.

Britt is awesome! Food and atmosphere are delightful. And the piano player… This is the perfect place to stay and eat (and work) in Miami Beach!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended. Stop by and check for yourself. The manager was great too!!!!!!!!

The Betsy is a hidden quiet luxury gem in South Beach - from the carefully curated public spaces to the art displayed everywhere, the atmosphere is relaxing and upscale, including the live music. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and bar were helpful and accommodating and had great suggestions for places to visit and see. We would come back!

From the moment we arrived at The Betsy Hotel in Miami, we were blown away by the charm, cleanliness, and overall experience. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were so comfortable. Speaking of the beach, the beachfront amenities are top-tier. We loved having two complimentary beach chairs and fresh towels waiting for us every day. It made our beach time that much more relaxing and convenient. But what really made our stay stand out was the incredible service and food. Every meal we had at the hotel was excellent, and the staff made sure our orders came out fast and exactly as requested—even with all our substitutions. A special shoutout to Joanny, our waitress, who was truly a highlight of our trip. She was personable, attentive, and made me hands down the best Diet Coke of my life—complete with a lemon on top (a classy touch I didn’t get the other times I ordered it). I can now confidently say that not all Diet Cokes are created equal. We can’t wait to come back to The Betsy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, service, and that unbeatable Miami beachfront vibe.
