Miami’s mid-century age ushered in stunning Art Deco architecture, eclectic eateries, and a cosmopolitan charm that remains with the city today. At The Confidante Miami Beach, originally opened in the 1940s, you’ll experience sentiments of the past, the mid-century modern design, and an ideal oceanfront Miami Beach escape.

It was better than expected. The location was amazing, and the rooms were top-notch. I was especially impressed by the creative and personal check-in experience. The same person who welcomed me was incredibly genuine and even offered a special cocktail, which made it truly memorable. The in-room amenities were excellent, but what really made this vacation unforgettable were three exceptional individuals: First, Rivera Fernando, the General Manager; Second, Zachary Hay, the Resort Manager; And third, Beltran Fernanda, who handled my reservation with great care. These three professionals are, without a doubt, the hotel's most valuable asset. Their attention, authenticity, and hospitality made all the difference; I will never forget it. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.

This hotel is no short of stunning. For top tier poolside experience, you must link with Wendell. He has unmatched vibes and suggested some of the best cocktails I’ve had in Miami. The beach chair service was smooth and enjoyable. No lies told, the experience between the pool and the beach chair service was so excellent that in a rare opportunity I was able to actually unplug and enjoy the moment. Daniel is an absolute gem, I can’t thank him enough for bringing the breeze to the beach. Great service, period.

My husband and I stayed here celebrating my birthday, We normally stay closer to south beach when traveling to Miami, and loved this location that was a bit quieter but still easy access to many of our favorite spots in Miami Beach and Wynnewood. We were upgraded to an ocean view room on the South side upon arrival, along with an early check in. The room layout was stunning and clean and the Nespresso coffee machine in the room was perfect for a morning coffee. The hotel had a small issue with the power and water pressure our first day that was quickly rectified. Hunter at the front desk personally checked in to ensure we had no additional issues during our stay. The rest of our stay was flawless. Andres, Kata and G took care of us at the pool, and Joe at the beach. The poolside food was delicious, as was the ambiance and music vibes. We tried a few of the morning yoga classes, which were wonderful after a run on the boardwalk & the 10th floor gym has a wonderful view of the ocean. I took a morning ride on the Peloton Bike as the sun was rising. Our check out was seamless, and since our flight was delayed, enjoyed some extra time at the pool and were given access to the Hospitality Suite to freshen up. We can’t wait to return to this property! The only disappointment was they had no branded hats available (my husband tried to get me one as a gift), perfect for running & repping the hotel back home.

I can't even begin to tell you how much my husband and I LOVED this place! Amanda Gomes was amazing to work with before we even set foot there! She knew we were celebrating my husbands birthday and sent up champagne and birthday dessert and even customized it to his liking. The Head Concierge, Jonny, even helped with a prank and put pictures of his favorite movie star all around the suite and my husband thought it was the best idea ever! We were upgraded to an ocean front suite and the room was delightful. Not too big, but just enough room for the 2 of us. The staff there were so friendly! The young lady that checked us in was sweet and offered us a gin cocktail (we did not care for it) but it was a great touch. Andres, the Recreation Director, learned our names the first day and it was great to hear him call us by name everyday after that. He took really good care of us, even giving my husband an Andaz hat he saw the employees wearing and liked. The beach was nice and clean and the attendants were all friendly to help get us set up (Heather was awesome!!). They come around every 30 minutes or so to see if you need food/drinks. The beach was clean and we enjoyed it. We'd spend the day at the beach and the afternoon at the pool, which was fun too. Anya (Spelling?) was great at the pool and took good care of us... the papaya aperol was delicious! Breakfast was good - I tried a different 'toast' everyday. Service was great... a few times it was a bit slow but it was because we are early risers and were the first ones there. We felt like it was our little bit of paradise as we were pleasantly surprised by how few people were there in June. It added to the ambiance though - just enough people to have fun but not so many that you got lost in the crowd. We used the gym also and I enjoyed my yoga class with Mona Lisa. Good equipment in the gym too! Good location as it's close enough to South Beach if we wanted to get out and be out in the crowd, but there's enough restaurants nearby that we stayed in the area a few nights too. As for the suite, the fridge has a bit of an odd shape inside with the compartments, so it felt like we were playing a bit of tetris trying to fit items in there. There's a settee in the bedroom, which held one of our suitcases but no other luggage rack so I had to put my suitcase on the couch in the living room... that's one thing I would add. Additionally, for being a luxury resort, 2 ply tissue paper would be nice. However the bathroom was nicely done, great shower with good pressure and lighting was pleasant. We definitely plan on returning once a year. This was a perfect stay for a couple in their late 40's who like to do a little out and about but also like the peace.

Excellent service all around! Martha was helpful at the front desk when we needed to extend our stay. Luis and Danny were also very happy to help us and provided good service at the beach with the chairs & umbrellas. The rooms are well designed, and immaculately maintained. Love the modern coastal decor throughout. The pillows were so comfy we decided to look up the name to buy some for our home. The cocktails and seaside fare have been spectacular as well. Would definitely stay here again.
