My wife and I went to celebrate her birthday. The service was great - from the complimentary welcome drinks to the restaurant staff to the pool and beach attendants. (Luis at the beach took great care of us.) The Tres Leches French Toast was fantastic. We definitely plan on coming back!

My friends and I went to the beach behind the Andez all weekend. Luis, Dayne and Leo were extremely helpful with our experience! We didn’t stay at the hotel but used the beach chairs and came back everyday because they were so accommodating, kind, and helpful! Thanks guys!

Dayne and the Beach Team are extremely accommodating, ensured we were comfortable and protected while lounging in the sun. Would definitely come back again! My son had a blast just looking out to the ocean. Beach spot was right off the boardwalk so easy in and out!

Phenomenal stay at the Andaz. The staff made the experience unforgettable. We were one the first people to stay here as they finished up the hotel and had a soft opening. Celebration: Osman, Brandon, Dia, Andres, Johnny, Bryant, Javier, Delvis, Hector, Hunter, Johnathan. Give them all raises! They were so kind in every interaction. Brought gifts and food to our room that we had delivered. Very quick to respond to texts. Maintenance was quick to fix issues. Room was beautiful. Valet opened every door for us, even ran one time. Pool attendants were on top of it. Great lunch, breakfast, and bar. Didn’t get to try dinner. They even helped us find excursions. Opportunities to improve: these were few compared to the wins they had. elevator 4 kept shaking and making scratching sounds. Water temperature varied a lot, changed temperature and shower didn’t heat up last day. Missed not having cast available on the tv but that wasn’t a big deal. Excited to come back when things are fully opened!

We had an incredible stay at Andaz Miami Beach. The hotel is stunning—modern and tropical, yet it beautifully preserves its historic architecture. The service was exceptional across the board. Brandon at the front desk provided a warm, personalized experience that made us feel truly welcome. Louis and his manager had our beach cabanas ready each day, and we enjoyed great food service right on the sand. The food at Agusal was outstanding, but what stood out even more was the impeccable service. From the doormen to the managers and everyone in between, the staff went above and beyond. A true retreat just steps from the beach—highly recommend!
