Great hotel - avoid one side completely due to loud air conditioner on roof
This hotel has so much potential. You must, must, must not stay in the side that has the private club facing the other hotel. The air conditioner on top of that hotel was so loud, we could not go on our balcony - why we chose this hotel. We asked to move but they could not do until the last evening. Be smart and request the side of hotel you stay on when you check in. Otherwise, beach amazing, nice pools. Breakfast good, new restaurant great. With a few adjustments to stay, great hotel.

Tuning In at the Andaz
I had the opportunity to take the yoga class with Wisty Heart and was surprised by her ability to tune in to my needs for the session and guide me through to a grounding and peaceful experience. She seems to be one of the Andaz Hotel's hidden treasures.

Relaxing stay and beautifully updated
This hotel has been updated beautifully.. Service was top notch everywhere we went. My only complaint (and it isn’t a huge deal) was the elevator wait time was long at times. Bar Centro had great drinks. Definitely worth a visit during your stay.

Hyatt hits a home run with the Andaz. Wonderful service, rooms, ambiance, amenities, food, location, and setting. Weather was perfect, and staff is On Point. In an era when even service industry employees seem to be glued to their smartphones, we found this Hotel Staff to be completely engaged as humans.
