Faena Hotel Miami Beach

An unforgettable experience with my son, with excellent and welcoming service, and of course, with the promise to return soon. The staff were super friendly and well-trained… I Enjoy the theater and Pao restaurant's delights to the fullest.

We truly love Faena—the staff, service, and attention to detail are impeccable. My two-day birthday celebration was absolutely delightful, and every moment felt special. Our pups were welcomed with so much love and care, which meant the world to us. The front desk and valet team are consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. We also adore the staff from Bali, both at Los Fuegos and on the beach—their warmth and energy always elevate our experience. The only small disappointment was during my second birthday dinner at Pao. Unfortunately, the service was not at the level we’ve come to expect, and one of the duck dishes served to us was spoiled. Additionally, my birthday cake was brought out in a box rather than presented on a plate, which took away slightly from the moment. That said, aside from this minor detail, everything else was wonderful and truly made us happy. We always love returning to this property and look forward to many more special stays at Faena.

From the scented air that greets you in the lobby and leases throughout, to the amazingly welcoming staff, quality of furnishings and amenities, to the gorgeous beach and pool areas, staying at the Faena is a perfect getaway.

It was just an amazing experience! Loved the show/events and performances are phenomenal experience. We had a beautiful time there.
