Faena Hotel Miami Beach

Coming in next month to stay at Faena while we experience the Miami Open. The reservations team, in particular Maria, helped me navigate the reservation process (I didn’t understand the dinner and theater option). Maria was quite helpful, responding to my inquiry right away and making the appropriate reservations for us. Very much appreciate how quick and easy Maria assisted us. Looking fwd to staying here next month.

Maria Veverita, a Reservations Specialist at Faena Hotel Miami Beach, provided truly exceptional service from the moment she answered the phone. She went out of her way to assist us with dining reservations, patiently explaining all of the restaurant options and helping us select what would best suit our plans. She also suggested the hotel’s theater experience — something we may have overlooked. What truly stood out was the incredibly thoughtful and detailed email she put together afterward. It was informative, beautifully organized, and made booking everything seamless and stress-free. The interaction felt warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Maria is truly a gem in the hospitality industry — the kind of personalized, dedicated service that feels rare these days.

I went to the Faena Theater to watch the show “Obsession” and I had the most incredible time! Such a great production with the most wonderful performers. I can’t describe how amazed I was during the whole show.

I had an amazing time at Faena! Saw Sophie’s show ‘Obsession’ and it was phenomenal. Every single act was amazing and all of the performers/performances were outstanding. It was a show like no other! Sophie’s talent really shun through in this show and I would highly recommend everyone to go and see Obsession!

My friends and I went to see the evening performance of “Obsession" show playin at the Faena theater. I’m not sure what we were expecting tbh, but being BLOWN AWAY by those performances was not somthing that we saw coming!… Our party were all performers, so we have seen our fair share of shows, but this one has trully been a one of a kind expereince. The way the whole show flowed, the arrangements, the dancing, the aerialists, contonsionists…honestly, it was all spectacular. We found ourselves with our mounth wide open in AWE! But if I had to give you just one reason why you must come and watch this show, that reason would be Sophia, the MC and lead singer in the show. I’m not exagerating when I say that her voice is out of this world. One of the strongest live vocal performances I’ve seen, and trust me, I’ve seen a lot! Her stage presence and her enegy where intoxicating, and her vocal stamina and consistency? Insane! Thank you Faena Theatre for briging such an excicing, sexy and fun show to life!!
