Fontainebleau Miami Beach

This is just the Clevelander Hotel in North Beach. A big let down vs the hype. I’ve stayed here many times over the past 15 years and I am reminded why i stopped before. It’s currently 5:30AM and after calling security 4 times about the extremely loud noise level of the people next door to me- i am about to call the police. Fontanbleu does nothing. And this is Passover week not spring break. Other disappointments- - Upon arrival: No bell hop was available to help. I was told they were too busy and I’d have to handle me and my daughter’s luggage myself - The check in staff explained nothing abt activities at the resort - they just said to look on line. - Pool chairs didn’t have covers, i was told they ran out. - Getting pool towels was also almost impossible (it was like the Hinger Games) - The phone didn’t work in my room, i had to spend time having a repair person fix it. The toilet barely flushed - i had to physically wile the sides down to push tissue in the toilet. - Barely any restaurants are open. The one that was - Arkadia Grill- had a private event last night This resort seems like a shell of itself. They keep it pretty but its run very poorly and has become a ‘do it yourself’ hotel. Stay at Eden’s Roc or Nobu next door and just visit this place if you want the vibe. Don’t waste your money.

This is my 3rd time coming to the Fontainebleau. I come back every time with high expectations, because this place has never let me down.🙌🏼 It all starts with the valet team welcoming you back with a smile and guiding you up the ramp. Returning to the hotel, I can see some internal work has been done - it only gets better! The pool vibes are still felt even with Arkadia blasting their music right after the rain stops. Today we came straight to the beach. We were greeted by a very nice lady “Liz” and helped by our beach attendant Felipe who was very helpful and got us everything that we needed, and made sure we had full shade! Our server Missy made our time out on the beach very personable and enjoyable.

Gianni is amazing, he was so accommodating and made the day great. He constantly checked up on us and was super attentive.

Arthur is amazing and gave my friends and I such a great experience!! 10/10 would recommend

Victor and Karena were awesome to us on the beach at Fountainebleau Miami. Sweet, kind, down to earth people. Request them if you are spending time on the beach, they will treat you well!
