Fontainebleau Miami Beach

I stayed at the Hotel last month. They still owe me a refund after overcharging my card on checkout. I was told the refund would arrive within one week. It never did. I called them twice and was told someone would call me back. They never did. I contacted Expedia to contact the hotel. The hotel then said they would submit a refund request and it will take another 15 business days to process. No refund takes this long. I have yet to receive a call or refund. I am also a Gold VIP member with Expedia. All my confirmations showed that I would get a resort credit upon arrival. My reservation confirmed my Gold status as well, which entitled me to a free room upgrade and late check-out if available. The front desk refused to honor any of it. After hours of back and forth with them and Expedia, they finally agreed to the credit. This is after I showed them proof of my correspondence with the hotel (in advance of me arriving). They just kept blaming Expedia. Customer support is TERRIBLE. I would never book this hotel again. Not a good start to our first girls trip amongst friends.

Avoid this place and especially avoid the in hotel restaurants. The hotel is underdelivers for the cost on both service and the facilities. The staff does not care to make the place better. The restaurants and bars are too expensive for what you get. They are a ripoff. You can find much better restaurants in Miami Beach.

Arian was the man , he was great and extremely kind and helpful. We had a great time and will def go back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

arian is a good server, he did an excellent job and very nice and me and my friends we had a wonderful time. we really enjoyed this experience and we will surely be back again soon!!

Arianna Rosario was a true gem , pool service was top of the line , her service , elegance , promptness and professionalism was one of a kind . Highly recommend her a customer service rep for the hotel , handled every request with the outmost service needed
