The Goodtime Hotel

My husband and I are Platinum Elite Bonvoy members. The front desk check-in (Matthias?) was one of the best we have had recognizing all of our "perks." We were given a room upgrade, late checkout and a free breakfast at Strawberry Moon. We were also told that we got free beverage at the pool party (with a blue ribbon). Unfortunately, the pool party (Saturday night) was so loud and crowded that we couldn't figure out how to get our free beverage and asked several people but we were told that the (blue) ribbon only got us into the party and not a beverage. The bartender just pointed us to her left, but we didn't understand. The next day, we mentioned this to the front desk and they offered us a bottle of champagne as the free beverage wasn't honored. The room was tiny, not super clean and the "view of the ocean" was distant and the foreground was the top of some dirty buildings. But the bed was comfortable (minus the stained upholstered panels on one side). The next morning we went back to the pool to inquire about free beverage (this was on a Sunday prior to the pool party beginning, which apparently is less noisy on Sundays) and we figured out the "perks" of Titanium Bonvoy. We were given a separate cabana style seating area and were given a bottle of champagne and a plate of fresh fruit. I think if we had known on Saturday (even in the craziness), it could have been a better experience. But all in all, it was decent and we were treated very well by the front desk.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. ⭐😊

This place is pretty much the epitome of what you’d expect the ultimate fun, luxury, hotel, Miami would (and should) be with all pinks, aquas, and good vibes everywhere you look but as classy as any hotel you’ll find in Miami. The best part, though? The staff. Mathias & Andrea are unbelievably friendly and go out of their way to make sure you’re having the best time. They are super helpful, upbeat, and genuinely kind. Finally, the review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the infamous weekend pool parties at the “Strawberry Moon” which are a blast, full of music, tropical drinks, and more of a “let’s dance” scene than actual swimming.

I had the best server Alika she was Amazing so grateful to her can’t wait to come back! The food was brought out fast. Really grateful to Luis too he’s the manager 💙 really good food !!
