Loews Miami Beach Hotel

This is rated for my wife and I as one of the best Hotels, Loews Miami is the only place I will stay in Miami beach the service is exceptional from the doorman to checkin they made us feel so welcome our experience started with Miss Caitlin very friendly and patient person shared all the wonderful activities you can experience while staying here, the room was spacious and bright with a partial view of the ocean made you feel like you where right up front on the beach the drinks are spot on, when it came time to checking out Miss Kayla was very nice and gave us a checkout time that worked for us we had a late flight that evening we felt like family and at home thank you for this wonderful experience.

Our family has stayed at many wonderful places, but this was without a doubt the finest hotel experience we have ever had. From the moment we walked through the doors of Loews Miami Beach Hotel, we were warmly welcomed by every single employee. The staff, without exception, are what truly set this property far above the rest. The attention to detail was remarkable. Our room was immaculate, beautifully renovated, cozy, and extremely comfortable. The entire property was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with pride. Everything about the stay was fantastic — the pool area was pristine and beautifully landscaped, the food and drinks were excellent, and the ocean views were absolutely magnificent. Relaxing in the cabana areas overlooking the stunning pool was a highlight, and renting jet skis made the trip even more memorable. We especially loved the breakfast buffet at Preston's Market, ice cream at Miami Joe Coffee Co., lunch at Nautilus Bar & Grill, and evenings at Bar Collins. Rao's Miami Beach was also a wonderful addition with outstanding food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. A special thank you to the pool attendants, who provided exceptional service and even remembered all of our names — including the kids. Those thoughtful touches made our stay feel truly special. Our children loved their visit to South Beach, and this resort made the entire trip amazing, relaxing, and unforgettable. We cannot wait to return.

We had the best time at Lowes and specifically Taylor who provided incredible service which made our experience in Miami even better. Highly recommend staying here and definitely look out for Taylor!
