Loews Miami Beach Hotel

Eric & Taylor are THE BEST!! I’ve been here 3 times now and they take such good care of me and my day bed everytime! I even lost my Apple Watch and they held it for me to pick up the next day. Highly recommend!! Exquisite experience

My name is Donal O'Donovan my wife Mairin and our daughter Emily stayed in the Loews Miami for a week in May 2026. From the moment we got to the reception the service from the Hotel was excellent. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Caitlin who absolutely couldn't do enough for us. We were booked for bed and breakfast for the three of us and because of an oversight by our Travel Agent there was only bed and breakfast booked for two people. Caitlin gave us a complimentary additional breakfast on the first morning until it could be sorted out by our travel agent. She was helpful and friendly and went over and above in my opinion. She had a welcome pack left in our room as our daughter had graduated from University and gave us a complimentary drink from the Bar. The Bar staff were lovely to us and in the Dining Room all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. In particular Dimitri and Mark who served us over the week couldn't do enough. These staff in particular but all of the staff we interacted with are why we had a brilliant week in the Loews. We loved our experience from start to finish and would highly recommend the Hotel

Bad service. They automatically charge you 20% gratuity fee on everything so most people working don’t work hard for their tips. We paid 13,000 for 5 nights for a one bedroom with terrace. Pictures show two beds and one pull out couch. They gave use one bed and two pull out couches. Couches were not comfortable. They only gave us one blanket per couch. The terrace was 95% roof and 5% ocean. Like come on. They wanted to charge us 250 for parking car up front per day because our car was too big for there parking garage. We drive a GMC SUV. They said we have to go find parking somewhere else. That took us about an hour. We came back and I guess they felt bad so they let us park up front with normal parking fee. They just wanted our money basically. Pool and restaurant was they only good thing. Almost forgot, out kitchen area in room had no plates, glass cups, silverware, nothing in cabinets!

Brilliant service, Eric and Neyo really took care of us. The beach was amazing, blue and clean. While the food and drink was lovely. Incredible

We had an amazing experience with Boucher Brothers! The beach setup was perfect, with comfortable chairs, umbrellas, and excellent food and drinks available throughout the day. The beach itself was absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect relaxing day. A special thank you to Eric and Neyo, who provided impeccable service from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever having to ask. Their professionalism and warm hospitality really made our visit stand out. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach day with outstanding service, I highly recommend Boucher Brothers. We’ll definitely be back!
