Stay where the customer is right!
Horrible customer service. Had to cancel my room because my flights were cancelled. I was charged a one night cancellation fee. When i fixed my flights, i asked to use that fee towards a new reservation THE SAME NIGHT, they said no. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fantastic Beach Staff
Jayden on the beach staff was fantastic. He was extremely patient and helpful, assisted my mother on the beach with unbrella and beach chair set ups.

Nice location
Stayed here New Years Eve and for a couple of days. Really expensive that weekend, but guess that goes for all hotels. Very central location, walking distance to a lot of things. The location by the beach is nice. Rooms are nice. We had a balcony and sea view. Pool area was just too crowded. Lots of people everywhere. A lot of people putting towels or personal things to reserve the sunbeds even if they were not going to use them for hours. Must say the staff around the pool area did an amazing job serving and keeping order.
