good experience
Great experience! I left my earphones in the hotel, but luckily Schneider helped me found it back. He is very patient and careful. I definitely would choose loews next time!

Overpriced loud dirty hotel
Terrible experience overall. Room smelled and was very overpriced. They dont listen when you complain about loud noise in middle of night. They ad 20 percent charge on everything. Manager was rude after the fact. Don go here!!!

Although i have stayed here before and had a pleasant stay i feel i have to review it again to say the lady who looked after us for two days whilst we used the poolside cabanas was brilliant, so a massive shout out to jacqueline , hope to see you next time.
