Wedding Anniversary Stay
Stayed at Loews, Miami Beach as part of our 40th wedding anniversary break and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. On hearing about our special celebration, the hotel upgraded our room at no extra cost. It did not finish there, a bottle of wine and chocolate coated strawberries were delivered to our room. In fact the hotel staff could not do enough for us. The staff were so friendly and courteous. The only meals we had at the hotel was breakfast and we chose to have the buffet option and what a choice- so much to choose from and to be able to be able to be sat pool side whilst eating was just superb. The hotel vibe and ambiance was just outstanding- with a choice of pools and access to the beach. Well done Loews- you have a great stance on customer experience- we shall certainly be staying again!!

Best customer service!
We had a great experience at the hotel as a whole, but the team went above and beyond when I lost my fitness tracker ring at the spa. They not only communicated with me frequently with updates, but also found it, shipped it and make sure I had the tracking information. It was the best service of all time and we are so appreciative!

Great experience at Loews Hotel Beach
We had such a great experience at Loews hotel beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and Jadeo and Taylor made our visit even better with how kind, welcoming, and helpful they were!
