The Miami Beach EDITION

I had the most amazing experience at the Miami Beach EDITION, largely thanks to Federico. He is truly exceptional, attentive, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful. I feel so lucky to have met him on my very first night. I came to the EDITION to coordinate a group booking for 35 people, and I honestly could not have done it without him. Federico went above and beyond at every step and did everything in his power to make sure I was enjoying my stay. He is the definition of customer service driven hospitality. We need more hotel concierges with Federico’s attitude. He sets an example for the entire industry.

From the moment we arrived at The Miami Beach EDITION, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every single team member—from the doormen and bell staff to the front office—was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. You truly feel the care and professionalism at every touchpoint. The entire property is immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the high standards of the EDITION brand throughout every space. A special highlight was the pool team, who went above and beyond to make each day effortless and enjoyable. Manny, in particular, stood out for his outstanding service, warmth, and attention to detail—he truly elevated our stay. Many thanks to the entire management team, especially Sophy, whose leadership and dedication clearly shine through the team and overall guest experience. An outstanding hotel with an exceptional team—I can’t wait to return. By far better than most in Miami Beach area!

We arrived at 4:30 pm and room we reserved want ready.(check in time 4pm) After a day of travel and dinner reservations at 6:30, and offers from staff to shower in the spa, not really anything we’d expect from a top tier hotel. At 5:30 I went up to front desk to see if room was ready, it was, but no one called my cell, as promised, to let us know. We were promised a bottle of champagne the next day for the inconvenience, but never saw it. Rough start. The rest of our stay was uneventful but also nothing remarkable. Dinner at Matador was great. The beach was crowded, with unused cabanas taking up the entire front row to the water. Doubt we’d ever return. Stayed in other 5 stars which are truly 5 star resorts in same area. Thought we’d try something different. Mistake.

Food delicious a little pricy but worth it if you like swimming there are 2 pools there it’s right by up by the beach it have big Janga I went there for New year eve they had a kid party and underground bowling and Ice skating

We spent 3 nights at Miami Edition and had a great experience. Check in was smooth and flawless Our Bell boy Martin not only helped us with our luggage but also helped us plan our activities during our stay. Front office manager Sophy was amazing. She helped us get a room that we liked even when the hotel was running at full capacity.She made sure that we were having an amazing experience. Breakfast area The Market had great spread and great food and drink options. Staff there were very good and attentive. Special mention for Tatiana who always greeted us with a big smile and was very helpful. We enjoyed swimming at the heated swimming pool. The pool attendants quickly got our lounge chairs ready and made sure we were taken care of. There was plenty of water and sun screen available at the poolside. Beach area is very convenient and we enjoyed walking at the beach. Unfortunately the Xmas winds prevented us from lounging and chilling at the beach more. My wife had a great experience at the SPA. Rosemary at the spa gave her a great facial and provided service beyond expectations. We also enjoyed room service. Both the food and service was excellent. Overall we had a great stay and would love to return to this property.
