Warning to beach lovers
⚠️ WARNING TO BEACH LOVERS: If you are booking this resort specifically for a pristine, crystal-clear Miami beach experience, check the sargassum (seaweed) forecasts first. During the summer months, the beach can be completely covered in thick, rotting seaweed that smells heavily of sulfur. The water turns into a brown soup, making swimming impossible. The hotel staff tries to clean it, but nature wins. If I paid thousands to swim in the ocean and arrived to this, I would be furious. Check the local conditions before you book!

I had the most spectacular experience thanks to Federico de la Colina and Karill Frye. I needed a change of room and they did everything in their hands to help me even when it was almost impossible. But they managed to arrange it and did it in such a friendly and empathetic way. I am very grateful to them! I will forever keep coming to this wonderful Hotel. Thank you so very much 🙏❤️

I had the most spectacular experience thanks to Federico de la Colina and Karill Frye. I needed a change of room and they immediately made everything in their hands to help me do the change without having to wait 2 days as it was supposed to be. They were so friendly and caring. I felt lime home, like talking to family. And I am VERY grateful for them and the way they figured out everything fast. Inwill keep coming here ALWAYS!! It’s like being at home away from home.
