An exceptional stay made unforgettable by truly personable staff. Enrique at the front desk welcomed us warmly and handled everything with ease. Joshua by the pool kept the atmosphere relaxed and attentive, while Daniel at the beach was equally friendly and accommodating the service was genuine and surpassed expectations. The spa was top-tier, and the property consistently showed a strong commitment to security and cleanliness. Every detail felt polished and cared for. We’ll definitely be back.

We were referred to your property by family that live in the area. If we could rate Edition at Miami 10/10 we would! Everything from the valet to your fabulous restaurants was above and beyond. The hotel is clean, spacious, and bespoke beyond measure. Our bungalow suite had such a European flair with Cali/Miami chic style! Of course we really need to express our gratitude to three of your employees, Zeynep at Guest Services and Onur at The Market. They are exceptionally warm, authentic people that made our stay even more enjoyable. Remington was also such a joy to speak with on the daily. He is charming, knowledgeable and helped us with advice about local movie theaters & other interesting info. I couldn’t imagine staying anyplace else & we may even look into your residence program for future longer visits!

My husband and I stayed for four nights. Pros: good location along Miami Beach. Easy walk to all of the South Beach attractions. Clean hotel, smells good. Cons: service was inconsistent across the board. We had one gentleman who provided great service poolside and on the beach, however the other attendants were not friendly or seemed inconvenienced by our presence. For example, we were there on one of the colder, but sunny days and decided to take in the sun and read on the beach chairs provided by the hotel. We weren't the only ones out there and it was the middle of a Sunday. The attendant reluctantly offered us towels and did not offer to put the lounge cushions out for us. We seemed to have been in his way. Housekeeping did a nice job tidying up the room, however there was no telling when they would show up. Each day we left our room in the morning and put the please service room sign on our door. One day, no service, another day the service was late afternoon and we had to wait to get back in. Turndown was also offered, but at the strangest times. The Matador bar inside the hotel was lovely, with an attentive bartender. Food at the beach bar was not great. Chicken sandwich was mostly bread and again the service there was disappointing. A gentleman at a nearby table left because he had been sitting for a lengthy period without acknowledgement. Guacamole and chips were excellent! There are too many choices along Miami Beach to settle for inconsistent service.

I had the most amazing experience at the Miami Beach EDITION, largely thanks to Federico. He is truly exceptional, attentive, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful. I feel so lucky to have met him on my very first night. I came to the EDITION to coordinate a group booking for 35 people, and I honestly could not have done it without him. Federico went above and beyond at every step and did everything in his power to make sure I was enjoying my stay. He is the definition of customer service driven hospitality. We need more hotel concierges with Federico’s attitude. He sets an example for the entire industry.

Every single team member—from the doormen and bell staff to the front office—was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. You truly feel the care and professionalism at every touchpoint. The entire property is immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the high standards of the EDITION brand throughout every space. A special highlight was the pool team, who went above and beyond to make each day effortless and enjoyable. Manny, in particular, stood out for his outstanding service, warmth, and attention to detail—he truly elevated our stay. Many thanks to the entire management team, especially Sophy, whose leadership and dedication clearly shine through the team and overall guest experience. An outstanding hotel with an exceptional team—I can’t wait to return. By far better than most in Miami Beach area!
