The Miami Beach EDITION

My stay at the Edition in Miami Beach lived up to my expectations. I am very grateful to have laid eyes on this hotel at the time. Of course, it can be said that the hotel costs a lot, especially the food and drinks, but it was well worth it. The first day at the hotel was great. When I arrived, my girlfriend and I were warmly welcomed and we were given water while we waited. However, I felt that the woman at the reception was a little out of sorts, tired and unfriendly. I don't blame her, because I know that we all have our good and bad days, because the next time I saw her, I felt that her energy was completely different. The man at the reception, I don't remember his name but he was supposedly from Russia, was very helpful and quickly made you forget the experience of the aforementioned woman. On our second day, we were enjoying relaxing at the hotel and I have to mention Davis, what a lad, who helped me book a JetSki tour in Miami. I am very grateful to him. He also printed out a list of restaurants that Edition recommends. My girlfriend and I went to a few of them and left happy. On the third and final day, we were just enjoying our last few days. We tried the buffet breakfast at the hotel, which I thought was excellent. My girlfriend thought it was nice but dosen't praise it as highly as I do. We also took the opportunity to taste the food at The Market. It was good, I recommend the pepperoni pizza. Then we tasted the hotel's pastries, and wow, they were delicious. A nice woman who was on duty to welcome guests who planned to eat at The Market, but since my girlfriend and I were from Iceland, she offered us a free pastry and a glass bottle of water as part of the offer of the house. She told us that we had been the first guests from Iceland that she had received. Many employees also mentioned it, as well as pointing us to the Edition hotel in Reykjavík. I can't say enough about my stay at Edition, most of it exceeded my expectations. If there's one thing I could fault, it would be that the TV in the room seemed slow and out of date at times. This is a real nit pick though. I think what is advertised online about Edition Miami meets expectations and the details are a positive surprise. I also think it's fair to give it a good grade since my girlfriend and I used Edition's services and liked it. Very convenient to have a "private beach" and two gorgeous pools.

We’ve never had luck at this hotel. The rooms are dirty, the sproperty is mediocre and the pool:beach is average. The staff is friendly but overall, their actual service stinks. I’m willing to pay whatever, just make it a good experience. There are too many hotels in this price category to settle here. I advise against.

What a fantastic experience! We celebrated our daughter's wedding at the Edition. Cannot say enough nice things about them. Eva, was an excellent event planner, great experience working with her. She has it down to a science. Definitely recommend working with her. Her staff, from Eric, Gustavo, to Grace and Micah at the cafe, were fantastic. The food was superb and the attention to detail even better. The salon was beautiful and all the arraignment's were made to order. A night to remember for sure. I’m a Miami local, and this was my second stay at The Miami Beach EDITION — this time for a staycation to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and you truly feel like you’re in luxury accommodations from the moment you arrive. Before our trip, I reached out to let them know it was a special occasion, and VIP Host Sergio Rijo immediately stepped in to make sure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and amazing attention to detail. Having people like Sergio on the EDITION team is such an asset — A+ service all around. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I was also impressed that everyone from Sergio to the front desk thanked me for my loyalty and made me feel genuinely appreciated. Those small gestures really stand out. One detail I especially love — and that you don’t see often — is the complimentary coffee in the lobby. Most hotels only offer it early in the morning, but I went down around 11 AM and it was still piping hot and fresh. It’s such a small but meaningful touch that adds to the feeling of true hospitality. I’ve stayed at other EDITION properties, and this might just be my favorite so far. Beautiful spaces, exceptional service, and that signature EDITION vibe — all right here at home in Miami.

My husband and I recently stayed for a quick getaway and Astride truly made our stay special from the minute we arrived. Her warm welcome and generous hospitality as the VIP host were truly an asset to our experience at the The Miami Beach Edition. Bother her and our bellman K-rod went above and beyond to provide excellent guest services throughout our stay. We can’t wait to be back!
