Terrific time at the Mondrian with hosts Trenton, Tasheba, and Claudia
The front desk staff are so amazing. Trenton, Tasheba, Claudia, and the management at the front desk. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my entire stay. I am definitely going to keep coming back to the Mondrian with my family and friends.

A disaster from start to finish, not just the tawdry condition of the room but the genuinely dangerous problem of so many lowlife day pass holders at the pool smoking marijuana from early morning into the evening. If you have asthma or other respiratory issues, as I do, or you are older, or you have little kids (and there were many under the age of 10 who were paying guests of the hotel), this is a nightmare scenario that the attendants refuse to address when a complaint is offered. Maybe it will take a class-action lawsuit or a police summons to clean up this act. In the meantime, I gave up using the poolside restaurant or bar and I changed hotels for my business stays in Miami in the future.

Batista was really helpful. The car service helped me get everywhere and was very efficient. The cars were clean. Overall the hotel is good the car service was definitely a great perk.
