National Hotel

The service at the hotel all around was impeccable. Everyone was friendly. Hotel was very clean. Every staff person we met, the front desk staff, Nate, Kiki and others were so accommodating. The beach and pool staff checked in on us very courteously and not overbearing. Will definitely come back!

We stayed for 3 nights during Christmas 2025. We loved the hotel, the beach, and the proximity to Ocean Dr, Espanola Way, Lincoln Rd, which are all great places to hang out in the evenings. Our pool side and beach experience was great thanks to Salah, who was very kind and helpful.

National Hotel in Miami Beach was wonderful. Beautiful beach and pool. Elegant and relaxed at the same time. I want to especially thank Saleh at the pool for his attentive service with chaises and towels. Just when we thought there was too much sun, he offered to move the umbrella to provide the perfect shade. His extraordinary level of service made this vacation even better.

My stay was okay. The food in the bar was okay. The hotel sent me several messages during my stay, to see if I had any questions and to check on how things were going. I responded that I would really like a hard-backed chair brought to my room to watch t.v.. There was a soft chair but it was in a corner and from that vantage point you could not easily see the tv. I replied to the text message requesting the chair but received no answer. LaterI went to the lobby and requested a chair from the front desk. Kiki at the front desk was working and assured me she would have a chair sent to my room. Hours later I still didn't get the chair when we returned to the room. Bottom line, we never got the chair. My back was killing me from sitting on the uncomfortable bed. I will not stay at this hotel again.
