Salah at the pool was wonderful and very attentive Nate at the front desk warm and exceptional! The hotel is old Miami vibe. Art Deco. Wonderful lobby pool and rooms

Incredible experience! The staff are wonderful, especially Johanna and Miquel at the bar, and Salah at the pool - unbelievable team!

Employees are great. Everything clean and working order. Salah at pool was very helpful. I come here often and they did a lot of improvement.

Awesome!! Very helpful and quick Salah was the best! Salah from Istanbul!!! He was quick and attentive, very professional, made me feel like hospitality truly does still exist in this world.
