Birthday vacation
Location and landscape/architecture of the hotel is beautiful. Staff was super friendly and helpful and valet was amazing! The overall vibes at the hotel were boring. Rooms are spacious and the suite has two full bathrooms which was super nice but they do not have bathrobes and the shampoo/conditioner was awful. Food and drinks are terrible at the hotel, I'm sorry to say this but we were just so disappointed. I would never recommend eating here.

Wonderful and beautiful hotel! The pool is next level, the food is amazing and the service is top notch! Location is great too. Super recommended it.

Fabulous
Returned after not visiting for quite a while, once again it did not disappoint!! This historical hotel is an absolute gem. Absolutely beautiful, from the art work to the vintage furniture to the fantastic service. While in the pool area you forget you’re in busy Miami. Beautiful lush landscaping, huge clean amazing pools, plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, great pool service (the coconut drink is a must). Saturday during the day by the pool DJ Juan Gabriel was amazing! He played great old school music we could all relate to, hopefully he becomes the regular house DJ. Saturday night at the hotel lobby was so much fun with piano man Victor Valdez, what a great entertainer. All in all it was a fantastic experience, we will definitely be returning.
