The beach service was great. We rented a cabana for the day and the people were very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our time here. If you’re looking for something to extend your typical beach day I would totally recommend getting a cabana and hanging by the ocean for the day!

Ky is so welcoming, super attentive, and very efficient. He takes care of every single thing you may need on the breach. Samson is also fantastic for any food & treats you may need by the ocean. We look forward to seeing them every time we visit!

BEACH SERVICE WAS GREAT!!! Amazing beach! Amazing Beach service!!! Kyami is AMAZING!!! He is the best! Attentive, professional AND an artist in the sand! I like to wake up early and saw him drawing Amazing sculptures into the sand. NOW... let's get into the ACTUAL hotel... the room was VERY disappointing. Studio suite that is FAR from well planned. No fan in bathrooms, smaller than average entrance door to bathroom. THAT WAS GLASS... How expensive was that rather than using a wood door for better privacy? The thought planning on these rooms was NOT planned appropriately with space available and even considering design/materials. YOU NEED A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF DESIGN. We reserved this room 4 months ago. No inclination of a renovation when i reserved. And to our surprise MASSIVE renovations going on AND you get to pay FULL PRICE! FULL BLOWN renovation was going on and environment disappointing. As far as you get what you pay for, THAT is yet to be solidified... SMOKE AND MIRRORS this hotel knows how to do. Conclusion, I MAY come back when renovations are done.

The Nautilus Sonesta has seen better days and perhaps after the construction better days lie ahead. The hotel was extremely dated and basically a construction zone. The halls were almost pitch black but perhaps it was for the best considering how beat up everything looked. The room was very plain, but clean. I was treated to a view of left over construction equipment and other people's rooms. The lobby was basically non-existent and the little furniture that was present was wrapped up in plastic. On the plus side, it's a good location and the staff were very friendly and wanted to be helpful. Maybe once all the construction is done, the place will be a lot nicer. I did notice that for the most part, positive reviews seemed to be from reviewers with 1-2 reviews, while the negative ones are from reviewers who have posted multiple reviews. Overall, there are better places to stay, but in a year from now, the situation could change.

Isaac (beach service) and Jeremy (management) truly went above and beyond. This hotel is incredibly lucky to have them. Their level of service made such a difference during my stay. Leo also provided outstanding bar service on the beach; it ended up being the one place I could go to find some peace and quiet amid the ongoing construction. That said, I do wish the hotel had been more transparent about the extent of the construction before arrival. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to enjoy the property at times. Even something as simple as having a quiet coffee in the morning wasn’t possible, and I often had to leave the hotel during my six day stay to escape the disruption. I also want to recognize Kymani for his excellent beach service throughout my visit. Despite the circumstances, the staff truly did everything they could to make guests feel taken care of.
