This was the best discovery. We had such a relaxing day. The staff was so nice and helpful. Issac in particular was very accommodating and seemed to really care about each of the guests experience. I would definitely come back.

Avoid this place at all costs. We had booked their most expensive ocean view rooms only to find active construction going on even on weekends. Constant drilling, sawing and scraping noises coming through the wall. This went on past 6:30 in the evening. No notice about construction provided before arrival or at check-in. Hallways are also creepily dark and poorly lit. Our female felt uneasy going to her room because the is no floor security, meaning that anyone can walk into the hotel and take the elevator to any guest floor without needing a room key. Very unsafe and pretty shameful in this day and age. Also they only have two elevators and one was out of service for most of our stay. We were supposed to stay four nights and left after one. One of the worst hotel experiences ever. Oddly, their restaurant food was guide good.

Had another wonderful stay at the Nautilus. What makes this hotel so special are the staff. There was an issue with my room at check in and Nahum at the front desk made sure it was handled quickly to my satisfaction. He did a great job. Samson at the beach always welcomes me back like I’m a family member coming home for thanksgiving. He is always a joy. Matias at the coffee cart was a pleasure to see every morning with a smile. Kevin, the newbie at the beach was a delight.

What a beautiful hotel and the location is great. Plenty of restaurants and beach front is amazing. I was great at the front desk with a warm and welcoming smile! Alexis made me feel right at home. Sharing hotel information offering to provide restaurant recommendations. It was exactly how one would want to greeted checking in to a hotel! I’d definitely come back!!

Pool and beach appeared very nice, but I didn’t really get a chance to use either. Michael at the bar was outstanding. But the hallways were exceedingly dark, which might have been on purpose to cover up the extremely worn floors. Rooms had a cool bar cart, but were otherwise undersized.
