Isaac on the beach is the best man I have come across in this position anywhere. Super service. Remember your name. Greats you as a friend. Always helpful. Great service. Hotel in general is very nice with helpful staff and good service. All good.

We had such a great time at the Nautilus Hotel in Miami! The location was perfect, the atmosphere was beautiful, and everything felt so relaxing. Huge thanks to Isaac for being incredibly kind and taking such great care of us at the beach. The staff was very attentive and polite.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Issac during my stay at the hotel, and he truly made my beach experience unforgettable. We stayed at the Nautilus from 4/14-4/19. We had a great overall experience. The hotel is beautiful and clean. I was worried that the rooms would be too small but they were not. The bathroom was small but it was comfortable. The size of the room made up for the tiny bathroom. The hotel lobby was clean, welcoming and the staff was very nice. Get a drink at the bar, the bartender is a really nice guy and he makes great drinks. The coffee cart was great in the mornings, the gal who works there is very nice and caring. Isiah down at the beach was great, he was helpful getting us umbrellas and chairs. The pool was a bummer for us, we didn’t get there early, there were lots of kids and families. I think it’s just too small for the size of the hotel. We ended up getting a chair Pete in the afternoon but by then there’s no way I’ll get into the pool. We dined at the restaurant one night. The service was great, the chef came out to check on us and he was very professional. We had a great time!
