Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach

We received a lovely welcome from Reception upon arrival with friendly & professional service throughout our stay. Attractive bar & garden area with gorgeous scent around the lobby area. The construction noise was evident outside which did spoil the pool area but less so at the beach. Big shout out to Alexis on Reception who booked tours for us & went above & beyond during our stay - thank you - you made it special & are a real credit to the hotel.

Had a terrific week at The National. Our pool attendant Manuela was extremely friendly and attentive replacing our towels and changing our lounging locations with the sun /clouds .

My friend and I stayed at the Nautilus for five nights in December/January. The hotel is lovely, in an excellent location, and the staff is great. The breakfast was wonderful. Initially we were in the area where we could hear the construction, so our room was immediately changed. Our stay was above and beyond my expectations because of one person, Jeremy Miller, the manager. He absolutely went above and beyond in every way, taking care of our every need. Our stay at this lovely hotel would have been excellent, but because of Jeremy, it was spectacular! I can't wait to go back next year!

Great location, attractive lobby, and a lovely signature scent in the common areas. The bed and pillows were not my favorite but the breakfast was some of the best in South Beach and I have stayed at 10+ hotels in the Miami area. Overall, I say that the hotel is a quality mid range hotel that provides a darn good Miami Beach experience and the location is great!

This is my second time staying at the Nautilis Sonesta Miami Beach and I could never imagine staying somewhere else. You find a sense of peace and comforting energy throughout the hotel that is brought by the employees who always take time to greet you, willing to answer any questions you may have, and overall want to see the guest have the best experience possible . The rooms and inside of hotel are exquisite. The pool and beach are the perfect place to relax . Would like to recognize Nicole,Pio,Octavio and Jeremy at the front desk and Isaac at the beach for elevating the customer experience to which a hotel felt more like a second home. When traveling one should always look for a hotel where quality of service is a priority and Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach far exceeds that . Thanks again and looking forward to my next trip !
