Good stay despite renovations
We stayed at Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach in December while renovation work was taking place. Inside the hotel, it was hardly noticeable and everything was well organized, but the pool area was considerably noisier, also due to construction next door. The beach was beautiful, service was good and breakfast was very well done. Overall, still an enjoyable stay despite the construction.

Outstanding Customer Service
What makes the beach umbrella and chair rental part of the hotel stand out from all of the others is the outstanding customer service provided to us. I want to reference Jamel (I’m sorry if I didn’t spell it right) for his calm demeanor and approachable attitude.
