Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach

Everything you for your stay ! The staff was extremely helpful 24 /7 . The complimentary breakfast was exceptional.I especially love watching the sunrise from the easy access point from the property. Pool, bikes , restaurant, multiple bars , ping pong, well there you go ! Everything you need!

Right now I think the best hotel on South Beach. There’s a lot of construction going on but in the Nautilus sonesta is number one, Sofi, the bartender is the most outgoing personable easy to talk to Bartender and she is absolutely amazing and then they have great breakfast lunch dinner out by the pool. They are there renovating it seems so it’s gonna come back as a different hotel soon by the end of next year pool guys say. It just separated itself from the pact for the basics. A quick hello, a nice check it, a complementary chocolate covered strawberry. It separated every hotel in Miami for one way it’s like they cared. They cared from your check-in to your first beverage to go out to the pool to the beach. There’s one thing about Sonesta that everyone needs to know and is the old school hospitality. I had the pleasure of receiving beach service from Kymani, and I truly hope his work is recognized at the highest levels. His professionalism, warmth, and dedication are immediately apparent, and he delivers the kind of service that elevates a guest’s entire experience. From the moment we arrived, Kymani greeted us with a genuine smile and made sure we were comfortably set up. Even as the day grew hotter and busier, he remained patient, attentive, and consistently proactive. He checked in at the perfect intervals — thoughtful without being intrusive — and handled every request with remarkable efficiency and care. What stood out most is how naturally he embodies hospitality. He anticipates needs before you ask, communicates clearly, and treats every guest with equal importance and respect. That level of service creates memorable moments and reflects positively on the establishment itself. A note to management: Kymani is doing exceptional work under intense heat and conditions, walking large distances to reach multiple guests quickly. A golf cart would dramatically increase his ability to serve guests efficiently, especially on peak days. Faster response times mean happier guests — and when people spend premium dollars for beach service, speed and comfort matter. Providing him with this tool would not only make his job safer and more manageable, but it would also enhance the guest experience and improve overall service quality. Kymani already performs at a leadership level. He carries himself with professionalism, he elevates the brand, and he consistently turns first-time guests into returning ones. If there’s someone who deserves recognition, advancement, or a promotion based on sheer talent and work ethic — it’s him.

Kymani was incredibly polite and thorough and made our morning at the beach a highlight of staying at the hotel. Thank you for the best service!
