Great Miami Beach getaway!
We had a great experience at the Palms over the weekend. The staff were very friendly and accommodating every time we interacted with them. The room was clean and housekeeping was there every day to fix the room. The pool and beach areas were well maintained. The wait staff was very attentive to our needs and came around periodically to see if we wanted any drinks or food. The beach service was great. Found us lounge chairs immediately and put on chair covers.

Quiet, comfortable, relaxing stay. Beautiful grounds and well appointed rooms. Nice touches like ice water and towel service.

Amazing experience. Highly recommend.
We have been more than happy with our stay. We had kids and an elderly as well and the hotel was more than accommodating for us all. Staff was very friendly and food was outstanding. Would highly recommend.
