The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach

Jeff, Ricardo & Caleb are a tremendous team at the Beach hut! They are friendly, helpful and fun. They will set you up with a cabana, umbrellas and chairs down by the water. There is also convenient food & drink service which is quick and excellent and can be charged to your room!

I just stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Miami Beach and I’m honestly shocked at how bad the experience was. The service was careless, the details were completely overlooked, and the whole stay felt nothing like the Ritz-Carlton I’ve known and trusted for years. It was so bad that I actually requested a refund. I was approved on-site, so I cut my stay short and left — only to end up with a partial refund and a denial of the very promise I was given. That kind of treatment is unacceptable from any hotel, let alone one carrying the Ritz-Carlton name. This property is trading on the Ritz brand without living up to it in any way. For a brand that’s supposed to be the gold standard of hospitality, this was a disgrace to the Ritz legacy. I hope corporate steps in quickly because loyal guests deserve so much better.

Ricardo and Jeff at the beach, as well as the young gentleman hustling and bringing back drinks for customers, were the stars of the stay. Amazing customer service- they were friendly, professional and ensured we were taken care of. This was for a Wednesday, early afternoon shift before it rained. They deserve a raise for all their efforts and top quality care they provide guests!

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. Your every need is anticipated and taking care of. Every aspect of this day was perfect and exceeded expectations.

A stunning hotel with absolutely breathtaking views. The peaceful atmosphere made it even more special. We simply loved every moment, a true slice of paradise.
