Royal Palm South Beach Miami

I’ll start by saying that I have visited Royal Palm South Beach before it was renovated. Now, a group of nine of us stayed while there is a soft opening, I believe it’s called. Metropolis, vallet agency are good at their jobs. Prices for parking reasonable, given the location: 50$ 8hrs, beyond that 15$ more, making it a grand total of 65$. Even next door Lowe Hotel charges more. There was one gentleman who spoke rudely, he must have had a bad day. Roberto and Ruslan, I thank you for handling my hot mess express car and re positioning clutter. Handing off the vehicle is digitalized and is an easy breeze transaction. Front desk, Christopher, I don’t believe I’ve met the nicer person than he is. He seen me after the night of drinking and dancing, I’m sure I appeared severely dehydrated amongst other things. He has offered me a bottle of water. It was much needed, even necessary. Next time around and every time I went to the lobby, Christopher had the water ready for me. I must say, with him, I did not suffer from heat exhaustion after the fact. Bar area in the lobby is cozy and comfy. Maria, makes an exceptional espresso martini. She is also extremely pleasant. Food and beverages manager, Nelson was also charming conversationalist. I’m moving on, at the pool, bartender Ray and a waiter, Bryan, are excellent at their services they provide (side note, they are also very attractive). Rooms and suite are well decorated, spacious with enough provided amenities: coffee maker, blow dryer, safe etc. When called for extra towels, blankets and such most definitely is a speedy delivery service. Concierge, Joao Surano, I cannot express enough the pleasure I had meeting. I must have spent over two hours conversating while he provided a plethora of information, while I might add, charging my phone. If you made it this far into review, I hope you’re getting a clear picture of my gratitude with the services that staff had provided. From now on, Royal Palm South Beach Hotel will be my go to place, a home away from home. My family and friends now have a new destination to vacation.

I came into town for work and found the hotel online but wanted to see it prior to booking a room. Immediately the staff was warm and inviting, the manager Daniel gave me a tour of the property and helped me book my room at the lowest rate possible. Rafael Alvarez, Giovanni, and Allen were exceptionally helpful whenever I had a question, as they could tell I am not from Miami! Everyone went above and beyond the entire stay to ensure that if the problem wasn’t solved the first time, a solution would be found. The bartenders and pool attendants are wonderful as well; Christiano, Lares, Elvis, Ariana and Once are above and beyond! I ended up making friends with complete strangers and in the end never felt alone my entire trip which was very comforting as a young woman traveling in a new location. There are a few issues with poolside food,housekeeping, and room updating that could be addressed, but they are minor issues that I’m sure the hotel will get right on! Overall, this is an amazing hotel and I can’t wait to stay again and bring my friends and family!

I have been staying a the Royal Palm since 2002, and have always enjoyed my visits throughout the years , whether it be with friends or family. Over the last 10 years or so the property had started to become not as manicured, especially for the price and location, but I still always enjoyed my stays and the staff were always super nice. My last visit before this August was in 2024, before they had closed for renovation. I stayed there in the beginning August 2026 and it was FABULOUS, from the rooms, service, new restaurant ( breakfast nachos ). Luckily it's still the soft "grand opening", ( and not all areas are completed ) so there were not many people there, so the pool always had a seat and getting chairs by the beach were always available. Michelle at the front desk was amazing and told me to let her know how everything was going and if I needed anything,etc.. Christopher at the front desk is a burst of sunshine as well. Can't wait to return! This time around I also realized that I had stayed in every room variation that the Palm offers. Only small complaint that I've always had about the hotel is the pool being small, and now that they've renovated, the second floor pool is gone.

Stayed here over the weekend. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is very attentive. I want to especially shout out Esther at Mixed Company for making our breakfast an experience. Her energy was amazing and service was impeccable. The front desk staff was also super accommodating and made our stay special. Valeria at Paloma was also amazing. Will definitely be back!

LOVE the interior design of this place! Rooms, lobby, pool were all gorgeously updated. My new favorite place to stay in South Beach!! My daughter and I loved using their bikes, sitting on beach under their umbrellas, and walking the short walk to Lincoln Ave shopping! The staff were all incredible from check in to breakfast to checking out bikes. Even Christopher, on the phone, was so kind and helpful. Love this place and I stay at Marriotts everywhere! This is top notch
