Great Stay!!!!
I love the location and access to the beach near everything. It smelled wonderful. Friendly staff helpful as well. Overall, it was perfect for a sister trip. Hospitality was amazing from ALL STAFF at the front desk not sure if they were Bell men or whatever they are called😀 but they were awesome Some items in the room weren't cleaned properly. Furniture like bar stools end table and couch could use a cleaning. Lightning could've been better in the living area. The small elevator, however, didn't affect our flow.

Fab pool day with Julieta
Julieta at the pool was an amazing server! So sweet with our kids and very warm and kind! She took great care of us all day! We were here for a week and had a blast. Saw an iguana. Great beach drinks and perfect pool food. Easy access to room and beach - just our vibe. Family friendly to boot!

Best beach in Florida
First time on South Beach, it was a great and beautiful experience! The beach staff was excellent, very attentive,( Osken and Lot) 10/10! Prices a little on the high side but the service and the beach more than makes up for it honestly, its the best beach in America 😁😁

Stellar service
Had the best Easter Sunday with my family! Went to the beach and the service was stellar. Cyrus was so amicable, attentive and professional. Definitely coming back! The menu was great as well, lots to choose from, tasty, quick, and refreshing, making the experience heavenly!
