Best Hotel
Our stay at Sagamore was incredible, but what truly made it unforgettable was the service from Warren, he was our poolside server,. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcomed, remembered our preferences, and offered the best recommendations. The attention to detail and perfect timing throughout the meal showed genuine care and professionalism. Beyond the excellent service, Warren’s warmth and personality made the experience stand out. It felt like being looked after by someone who truly enjoys what they do. We left not only impressed by the hotel but also grateful for the kindness and care we received. We’ll definitely return.

Excellent
This place is truly my home from home. I had previously been on a short and intense business trip across Latin America and reached the Sagamore exhausted. A huge thank you to Shelly on reception who was so warm and welcoming. This might be a British term, but she is an absolute gem. Thank you Shelly for your warm welcome and sushi recommendations!

MK, Hime, was great. I loved how they cared about us & toke care of all of our needs. Absolutely outstanding customer service! From check-in to check-out, the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. Special thanks to the front desk team for their warm welcome and helpful recommendations. Truly a five-star experience — I’ll definitely be returning!
