The Setai, Miami Beach

From the minute we arrived the hotel took great care of us. Amazing service by the front desk team, restaurant, at the pool, all the door team, house keeping bar tenders and spa staff. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was beautiful. There is construction happening in neighbouring properties but the room was totally soundproof. You could hear it at the pool but not the beach. We still chose the pool as it was so serene and calm it was easy to ignore the jackhammers. Jaya is fantastic and my favourite restaurant in Miami. We will definitely be back to stay!

Okay so I came with my bestie, table #205 for the Saturday brunch—this is now gonna be a monthly excursion for us. Lina was our waitress and she was so lovely. I’ve been more than disappointed with wait staff recently, idk what’s going on but Lina and the Setai have renewed my faith, love, and appreciation for the hospitality industry. The brunch buffet is about $100 per person but honestly that’s a steal for the quality of literally everything: service, food, drinks, and ambiance. We went right when it started, about 11 and it was a perfect hum of people, wasn’t overly crowded, my goodness what a lovely Saturday. And again, thanks so much Lina for setting the tone from the moment we sat down, you’re such a gem!

I love the Setai! Family friendly but will not cramp style for no kids people! There is a separate pool for families. Great service, very attentive! Delicious room service food and comfortable rooms. I will always stay here if they have room when in Miami!

Great hotel with wonderful service!

We came to the details for Sunday brunch. Such a lovely brunch and LENA was amazing. We sat at table # 1000 and listened to an amazing jazz brunch while feeling like true royalty thanks to the amazing service provided by LENA. A true thanks to an amazing experience and would hugely recommend to anyone in Miami!
