The Setai, Miami Beach

We have stayed at The Setai many times over the years, and it has truly become the reason we return to Miami. We love the hotel, but what makes it so special to us is the people. I can honestly say we appreciate everyone at The Setai, and that is not something I say often about other hotels. The team at the entrance is wonderful. Pablo deserves a special mention because he always makes us feel so welcome. There are two other gentlemen at the entrance who are equally wonderful, although unfortunately I don’t know their names. The ladies at breakfast are always warm and attentive, the beach team takes such great care of us, and the managers Mr. Li-Chyun Yang and Britta Matthew are wonderful as well. There is a genuine level of hospitality throughout the hotel that makes every stay feel special. At this point, we don’t go to Miami because of Miami or even because of the beach. We go because of The Setai. If The Setai weren’t there, I’m honestly not sure we would continue visiting Miami. That probably says everything about how much we love this hotel and the people who make it what it is.

The Setai is best in class. It is our favorite place to stay anywhere - bar none. From the time you arrive until the time that you leave you encounter truly phenomenal guest service. From the minute Pablo or Boris (or any of the other team members) greet you at the door, to your check in experience with Asli to your restaurant experience with Lina and Shakahri, there is not a moment when you will not feel cared for. The Setai sets the standard in customer experience - kudos to Britta M for creating what is truly a best in class experience.

Ana and Emilia provided outstanding room service. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond my expectations. Their attention to detail and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you both for a wonderful experience!

As usual, our stay at The Setai was perfect from beginning to end. The staff is always so welcoming and pleasant. They really make the trip memorable. Our room was phenomenal and we really enjoyed going to the pool and beach. Everyone there does their absolute best to ensure you have the best experience. That’s why we keep coming back!
