Stellar property, impeccable service. You won't be disappointed!
Stayed at this hotel in September with my family, & I've got to say it's nothing short of amazing. The rooms are spacious, chic, & immaculate. Just steps from the beach & within walking distance of all of South Beach. Honestly, though, you don't even need to leave the property to have the time of your life. Ocean Grille & Japon were both phenomenal, didn't get to try Jaya but that just gives me a reason to come back. Service at the pool was amazing as well. Such an amazing place to sit back, relax with a nice cocktail, & be pampered for the day. Will definitely be stopping by the Setai on my next trip to South Beach. Big shout out to Kate at Japon & Eugene at the pool for the phenomenal service, as well as the entire front desk staff who were always incredibly helpful.

Sweet times at The Setai
Wonderful property with spectacular staff . The hotel is extremely beautiful but the staff is above five stars. Sweet thanks to staff members that assisted me during my stay Desmond , Yvette , Jeffrey , Joseph & Carlos from Security ! So amazing I will return the next time I’m in town.

Definitely want to make The Sentai my go to hotel when visiting Miami
Had an absolutely amazing time staying at The Sentai. From the staff, to the hotel, the room, the pools, the location, and the restaurant, it was top notch. There was some construction in the lobby which was unexpected and left a bit of a “did we book the right hotel” vibe. However the lack of awe in the lobby was quickly wiped around after touring the rest of the residence.
