Exceeded expectations
Visited in July, so it’s Miami’s slow season, so no surprise restaurant reservations were easy and pool was not crowded, so a great experience there. The hotel was clean, food was 10/10, and service was EXCELLENT. Everyone was so nice, professional, and eager to help with whatever we needed. The most exceptional customer service experience I’ve had. The attention to detail was outstanding.

Wonderful times at The Setai
Wonderful time at The Setai I was expecting 5 star service and received 5 star plus service. I chose The Setai based on a family friend reference. The view of the ocean from the rooms are breathtaking im and early riser so I saw the sunrise on the last day of my trip . Spectacular view on the last day of my stay. Hoping to return very soon I want to take this to thank the staff that went more than the extra mile. Desmond from the Security team , Jonas, Jeffrey & Yvette from the front desk.

Glow Goals Achieved at The Setai Miami
I had the most wonderful experience during Miami Spa Months at The Setai Miami Beach. My treatment with Murad, the talented masseuse, was pure bliss from start to finish. The body polish left my skin silky-smooth, the massage melted away all tension, and the serene, luxurious atmosphere of The Setai made me feel completely transported.

The atmosphere and service were incredible in the Spa. Murad and Fatima, our therapist were amazing in our couple massage. Great experience. Highly recommended!!!
