Excellent location, customer service & attention to detail
Excellent location, accommodation and service. Would give 5-star rating for attention to detail and customer service. Attended 3 Yoga classes (thank you Jessica for an amazing experience and introduction to yoga!). First class gym and outdoor pool with adjacent access to the beach. Our thanks also to Adrian (Concierge) on departure. Can highly recommend.

From brazil to miami beach, what an amazing trip 😊
I loved my stay at the Shelborne. I had wonderful interactions with each of the team members that helped me out during my stay. For the first time in a long time did I walk inside a hotel and truly felt like it was a luxurious experience. The drinks were great the food was great and overall couldn’t complain. Diedrih on the beach had a great vibe and was constantly making sure me and my family was taken care of. I lost my wedding ring in the sand and he found it after 20 minutes of searching. I came down for the soccer match but if I ever needed somewhere to stay in miami beach I will be back here . 😊
