This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely impeccable. Every employee we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. One of my favorite perks was the complimentary car service within a 2-mile radius. The poolside and beach service were also fantastic and made it so easy to relax and enjoy every minute of our stay. A special shoutout to Oliver for his exceptional service at the beach. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The front desk team was wonderful as well — professional, welcoming, and always happy to help. And the staff at Pauline were fantastic. Everyone we interacted with there was friendly and provided excellent service. The combination of the beautiful hotel, amazing location, and most importantly the level of service really made this stay stand out. This will absolutely be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Miami. I’m already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend!

Not a bad stay here… I found the service to be among the highlights here. From the bellman, to the front desk, to the pool staff, to the breakfast manager, all seemed very pleasant and happy to serve. Rooms I found to be good. Lot of attention to detail. I appreciated the curated minibar and a request for a microwave was fulfilled. The lighting however was very confusing and annoying. Odd switches and they didn’t always work. Also, hidden black out shades were only discovered after the first night. I found the room rate to be high, but not exorbitant; however, the “mandatory” resort fee is excessive at $75 plus tax per night. I didn’t use the amenities listed in the resort fee and asked for it to be removed, but the request was denied. I really don’t like this nickel and diming of the customer. This is probably the highest resort fee I’ve seen anywhere in the world and is a deterrent to come back. Unfortunate, as this was a strong memory of the hotel. The design of the hotel is unique and not for everyone; however, I really liked it. I also found the breakfast to be excessively expensive. To go a really filling meal, you would have to spend upwards of $75-$100. Why not offer a buffet for guests? Again, another big negative. Although very nice, I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to come back here.

Olivier was amazing and so helpful! He set up a beautiful bed for us on the beach with an amazing view and made the experience even better. I truly appreciated his service and would definitely recommend him. Every time I come back, I’ll be asking for Olivier!

Great experience meeting Olivier on the Beach! The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was friendly, and the food was delicious. Definitely a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beach!
