Located on Belle Isle, steps away from the action on South Beach, The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is less a "hotel," and more a spa with guest rooms. The Standard is literally the standard for great service. Paulo and the entire valet team were professional and friendly making the beginning (and end) of my experience smooth and memorable.

Every visit to The Standard Spa is incredible, and a huge part of that is thanks to Zoe and Sofie. They’re always so accommodating, kind, and light-hearted… they genuinely make every experience feel special. Their energy and attention to detail create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and grateful for their amazing service.

Great massage by Sonia
My massage therapist Sonia was excellent! One of the best massages I have had. The spa staff did not show you to women’s locker room, which was on another floor and very confusing. They did not show you how to use the lockers. I was not impressed with the front desk or spa assistant services but very impressed with the massage therapist I had.

From the moment I reached out to book my stay at The Standard, Mr. Green made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. He took the time to walk me through every detail of the reservation process, answered all my questions with patience and genuine care, and made sure I felt completely taken care of even before I arrived. When I checked in, he personally greeted me, gave me a warm welcome, and even took the time to show me around the property — such a thoughtful touch that instantly made me feel at home. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set the tone for my entire stay. You can tell he loves what he does and genuinely wants every guest to have an incredible experience. The property itself is stunning, peaceful yet vibrant, with beautiful design, great energy, and amazing amenities. But it’s people like Mr. Green who make The Standard stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends. 10/10 experience! 🌸
