Still The Best Hotel in SoBe
As a long time guest I'm happy to report that there are some really great upgrades happening at the W South Beach. Front desk staff(Tish) is very friendly, concierge (Sole) were kind, helpful and accommodating - especially when needing to extend the stay....again. Really great expansion of the daily amenities/activities. Rooms are well maintained, clean & spacious. Housekeeping were all sweethearts. Familiar faces doing the towels and pool chairs is always nice, maintenance men fixing some of the worn deck areas and vendors measuring curtains for the cabanas show that the property is still being maintained. Upgraded furniture in the living room and an overall more organized, neat & clean feeling in the lobby all point to new management really trying to improve the property and stay - and doing a great job so far. Location hasn't changed(obviously) - with easy access to Lincoln Road, the boardwalk, SoFi and more. House car service was available daily and helped whisk us off to dinner on a couple of occasions. F&B program leaves a lot to be desired...a lot a lot. But every other aspect of the hotel & property is exceptional for this price point. Can't wait to rerun again.
