New and modern hotel
Decent location, can be noisy from the neighborhood bars, good atmosphere, small but very comfortable rooms. Good service but the breakfast is a la carte, so this was a rather bad experience because of long wait times

Winwood escape
Second time staying in Winwood area… Arlo is modern, trendy and very confort hotel. It has a modern and well balanced touch of chic and contemporary ambiance. The staff is really attentive and kind, always with a sincere smile. Need to congratulate the Security and pool área staff, Alejandro. I miss my watch at pool area and they promptly helped me and found it. Really appreciated. Thanks and hope to be back asap.

Trip to Miami and Experience in Arlo Wynwood
The hotel was amazing. Coming from the Balkans, I was pleasently amazed by the customer service. Everythijg was quick and we got help for everything we nedded. Even got free bikes to ride around Miami and Miami Beach. Cristofer Pedro was sochelpful and amazing on the reception. We will definately come back here again next time!

I ♡ Arlo Wynwood!!!
This was my 3rd or 4th time staying here. The eclectic vibe this hotel has is truly perfect for everyone. The food is amazing, the rooms are VERY clean, and the location is stellar. You can walk to so many restaurants, shopping areas, etc. in under 10-15 minutes. The noise level was my only complaint, however, that is expected in that area (they also give you ear plugs). I had an incident where I spilled wax from an unlit candle on myself in the hotel lobby. This was completely my fault, as I didn't realize the candle was being warmed by a heater (not from a flame). Vanda couldn't have handled the situation any better. She walked up to my room to check on me to make sure I was ok (I was) in addition to giving me a free Arlo candle. This was great customer service... THANK YOU Arlo Wynwood!!!
