Arlo Wynwood

I stayed at the Arlo recently. It was just a quick one nighter. I went down from Fort Lauderdale because I wanted to see a band I love. Since I’m local I got a great deal with HelloCity. I read in the reviews they like to add on fees after you get there, i.e., resort fees etc. I was bringing my little 4lb chihuahua. I’m OCD so I called several times to ask questions. I was told to bring my dog there was a $20 per night dog fee. I also asked if my special discounted rate included the resort fee. I was told it was included. I called one last time a few days before arrival. I spoke to Asia. She was so helpful and nice to me. She confirmed the fact that my special rate included the resort fees. She told me the overnight dog fee was $25. I told her the two times I called prior they told me $20. She said they would probably honor that when I check in. On arrival, my check-in experience was the most wonderful. Asia was there, along with Oscar and Fabi. I had my little dog in my arms and she charms anyone who notices her. She’s the sweetest. The whole front desk staff was the best. I ended up getting my room right away and I got upgraded to a high floor with a balcony and view. They also gave me complimentary late check-out at 1pm. Oh and you get 15% off the bar. Great perk for guests. I couldn’t believe it. They were so helpful. On the next day when I checked out it was another smooth process. When I checked my itemized bill I noticed they did not charge me a dog fee after all. What a wonderful experience. I will be sure to stay again when I return.

It was clean and modern and very comfortable . Check in was easy but most of all Oscar and Fabiola were very very helpful and patient and fixed some phone problems for me . If you needed a picture of perfect customer care it would be the two of them !👍👍. I look forward being there again with them .

“Highly Recommended!” I absolutely recommend this hotel! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. It was our first time staying here, and since we had an early morning flight and arrived around 5 a.m., I was exhausted—especially being pregnant. The staff went above and beyond by allowing us to check in a bit early, which I truly appreciated. A special thank you to Sheriff, who was exceptionally nice and helpful, and to the manager, who was also very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is family-friendly, comfortable, and provides outstanding customer service. We’ll definitely be returning!
