Arlo Wynwood

Excellent service! I attended a party on the 3rd floor and had an emergency in the restrooms; Mariela, the overnight cleaning staff member, helped me every step of the way. She is a very generous young woman.

Where do I begin — our stay at the Arlo Wynwood was a 10/10. The majority of that rating is due to the amazing front desk team. Specifically Oscar, Fabiola and Savory. Check in was a breeze and they went above and beyond to help us in any capacity. We will only stay at the Arlo when we are in Miami, I recommend you do the same!

I had an amazing time staying at the Arlo Wynwood. The staff were amazing with a special shout out to Julian for his excellent hospitality. The rooftop pool was very nice and the food and drinks were excellent

I recently stayed at Arlo Hotel Wynwood with my husband and kids and the experience was extremely disappointing. There were very loud events happening at the hotel and the noise level was completely out of control. People were screaming and the music was so loud that it was impossible to relax in our room. When you stay at a hotel with your family you expect at least a basic level of comfort and quiet, but that was not the case here. For the price they charge, the experience simply does not match the cost. The service was also disappointing and the staff did not seem concerned about the situation or the impact on guests who were trying to rest. Overall it felt like a waste of both time and money. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, especially with family, I would not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.
