Good but far from excellent

This property has beautiful architecture and modern comfortable rooms with a lovely rain shower. However, the hotel struggles to achieve decent levels of customer service as its staff's behavior is very inconsistent... whilst some are polite and professional, others (especially F&B hostesses and servers) are atrociously rude and should not be in hospitality.

Had an absolute amazing time hanging out with friends at the cabanas and relaxing by the poolside. The staff was awesome, very attentive, whenever I turned around someone was there to offer any assistance with whatever we needed. From check in we were treated well and all staff we encountered were super helpful. We found the room to exceed expectations in appearance, comfort, cleanliness and fittings. The view is amazing, of course. Overall, they set the bar very high and I will definitely be back

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Amazing customer service … super communicative team. Amazing location, everything is so close by (restaurants, beaches, city center, etc)!! . Would and plan on staying here again. Thank you East Miami for the best experience!!
