Love it here!!
My stay at EAST Miami was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and has such a luxury feel from the moment you walk in. The views were incredible, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was kept so clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my entire stay. The service was excellent and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The location is also perfect with so much nearby to enjoy. I truly had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Luxe, comfort and fun
I had an amazing experience from start to finish. It was truly an amazing experience. The staff greeted me with so much enthusiasm and kindness. I was having a bad day due to unforeseen circumstances. The front desk staff reassured me everything would be okay. Offered hugs. We incurred an issue with the washer. We made a call. Shortly, a new washer appeared. The maintenance team, were quiet and did the job with precision. Our bellman had such a great attitude and kindness as well. I slept comfortably and enjoyed my view, and the restaurants. The mall was a huge plus. I’ll be back.

No need was unaddressed
They had availability and upgraded us without being asked, we dined at Quinto three times - first for a business dinner, then a business breakfast, and then lunch. The gym is immaculate and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
