Will Go Back!
Just stayed 4 nights at EAST Miami and honestly, it was amazing. The vibe, the views, the service—everything was on point. The room was super clean and modern, and the location made it easy to get around and explore. Definitely one of my favorite stays in Miami so far. Can’t wait to go back!

Exceptional East Miami stay
The best part of the stay was the service, from the front desk, valet, bar, and security. Upon arrival, I spoke with Dan and he served me in a respectful and helpful manner. He informed me of a room upgrade and eased my mind after multiple delays at the airport. And to conclude, I would really only change one thing, and that’s extending my stay longer. To the East Miami staff, thank you for your hospitality and support look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Amazing hospitality! The service was great and the hotel was super clean which is a major bonus. The pool service is amazing the entire team there is very attentive to the guest ! They make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need while enjoying your pool side action

⸻ I had a very disappointing experience at East Miami. For two days, my family and I were locked out of our own room. On one occasion, it took over an hour and six trips to the front desk just to gain access — completely unacceptable for a hotel in this category. The room service was inefficient, often requiring multiple follow-ups to get even the most basic requests fulfilled. The concierge service was practically nonexistent. When I asked for help booking a nearby restaurant, I was told they don’t assist with anything outside the hotel, and when I asked for a laundry recommendation, they simply told me to Google it. To make matters worse, there were constant long lines for the elevators, especially in the evenings, due to the bar attracting large crowds. As a guest, having to wait extended periods just to reach my room was incredibly frustrating. I expected much more from a hotel that presents itself as upscale. Unfortunately, I do not recommend East Miami and will not be returning.

Business trip to Brickell
Great spot in the center of Brickell. Room was comfortable and had an amazing view! Had a nice dinner and drinks at Sugar on the rooftop. We were able to host a nice small group breakfast meeting - the food, drinks and service were great! We definitely will be back!
