I wished they weren’t scammers because I really enjoyed my stay here. After checking out at the reception I was told that my final folio would be emailed to me. They never email it until I asked a few days later when I noticed the charge on my card seemed wrong. I had ordered room service one night but the order did not go through on the website. I did not receive any food and ate something else instead. Despite this, they still charge me for the room service, I did not sign a receipt for the charge either. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Stay here if you want to get scammed.

The hotel was smart, stylish and in a great location, good for restaurants bars and shops (being right next to an upmarket mall). The room had a balcony with great views. The hotel restaurant was superb, great staff and ambience and my husband said his steak was probably the of the trip - it cut through like butter.

Three hours before our arrival, the hotel contacted us confirming early check-in and a welcome drink. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the staff member Ashley completely ignored us, and we ended up waiting outside the room for over 3 hours, even though we had informed them it was a special anniversary and we specifically chose this hotel to document the occasion on social media. There was no welcome letter or any preparation at all. The room had no soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep due to noise. When we went to explore the pool, we were told we needed to rent a lounge chair very confusing and poorly explained. Overall, a disappointing experience that I will not repeat, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
