EAST Miami

Our stay at EAST Miami started with some challenges, but what truly defines a hotel is not the absence of issues — it is how leadership responds. We would like to sincerely recognize Georgios Atzemouglou, Executive Relations Director, whose personal involvement, empathy, and professionalism completely turned our experience around. He took the time to listen, acted decisively, and ensured our concerns were addressed with care and respect. His leadership restored our confidence in the brand and transformed our stay into a memorable one. This level of accountability and guest focus is rare and commendable. Thanks to his efforts, we left with a very positive impression and appreciation for EAST Miami’s commitment to service recovery and excellence.

We stayed at the hotel as wedding guests, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff especially valet, bell services, housekeeping, engineering and check-in were beyond professional. Everyone was helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room accommodations were exactly what our family needed (3 bedroom suite) and worked very well for our stay. The only downside was that upon our arrival, I personally did not feel the room met the level of cleanliness I was expecting. A quick phone call and conversation with Johnny resolved the issue immediately. I appreciated his professionalism. No excuses were offered, only offer given his response, we will make sure we will take care of it for you. He had the room turned over, and everything was just as expected afterward. I highly recommend this hotel. While it is located in a very busy area, it has a lot to offer both within the hotel and in the surrounding neighborhood. We were traveling with two children under the age of two, which did present some challenges, as there isn’t much at the property specifically for young children—this is not a criticism of the hotel. They were able to provide a crib, which we appreciated. In my experience, this property is best suited for business professionals or families needing a larger, apartment style rooms, traveling with older children. In closing, this is a great property, and the staff truly make it a worthwhile stay. Every interaction was met with a genuine “we’re here to help,” making us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our visit. First of all! if you have any doubt about staying at the east, don't be afraid the hotel is AWESOME! But i'll guide you through the good and not so good. The room: What's GOOD:The room is very nice, the bed is amazing, very high tech, high ceiling, clean, the bed is super comfortable the shower is good and the amenities are nice as well, and they have a water dispenser in the bathroom which i LOVED it. And we asked for extra duvet, blankets, pillows etc, and they were quick to provide us with everything. And the view guys! the view is AMAZING!! What's NOT so good. The blackout curtain is the MAIN problem with the room. It has a major gap on both sides that leaves the room super bright in the first hours of the morning. I don't mind it as much, i can sleep fine,but for those of you that mind it, i'd bring a sleep mask of something.that's something that the hotel NEEDS to address it immediately. The other thing is the noise, again, i don't mind it as well, but the hotel is located in the heart of downtown near brickell av, so IT`S LOUD.. a lot of honking, sirenes etc. the room does have some sound isolation, it's not enough if you like a quiet room. Location: The BEST... simply the best.. I've stayed at Miami multiple times, and this is by far the best location. Walking distance from dozens of great restaurants, close to the bridge that connects with bayside, and it has connection with the brickell city center in the 2 floor.. You can't ask for much else. The Staff: Mostly good employees, but some of them really struggled with english.. But in general they were nice and very helpful! The hotel is BUSY 24/7, so sometimes it can take a while for them to get to you, but it will happen, try to plan ahead. The Pool and Sugar bar at the 40th floors are a MUST.. The pool area is awesome with 2 pools, and 2 jacuzzis.. very friendly staff that will make everything more comfortable. If you drive there, they do provide valet at U$ 60,00 a day, and sometimes it takes them forever to get your car.. again, plan ahead and ask for your car in advance. In the weekends a lot of people from the outside of the hotel go to sugar bar, to BE prepared for lines at the elevator. Anyway, if the hotel fixed the noise and the blackout curtain this is a 5 star FOR SURE. But that won't stop me from staying in there the next time I visit Miami since the good trumps the bad!..

Excellent location great rooms amazing staff who go out of their way for you. In the heart of brickell city center. Highly recimmend
