Fun place to stay, hard to get sleep
The room was stunning, bed comfortable, and the coffee service in the room is A+++. This is, however, a tough place to stay on business due to the number of guests staying here NOT on business. The rooftop bars attracts a lot of non-guests, but security does prevent them from guest floors. I did have to call hotel security on the second night after guests came home after bar closing and were not just loud but slamming into the walls of the hallways. While this would be a fun place to go play, I would avoid it if you need to work.

Not even close to LUXURY
Lipstick on a pig. This hotels claims to be a luxury hotel, NOT TRUE. I have stayed here 3 times, this will be last. EVERY stay I have a room, key issue. EVERY single time. Paid $1000 for a 2 bedroom. Phones dont work, keys didnt work to room and then gym. Can't call front desk have to go to lobby. Bedding is of a 3 star hotel. Asked for late check out. They wanted me to pay. Common courtesy at a luxury hotel. I travel a LOT and this was a disappointment!! Below average.

Nice hotel in a prime location - Brickell city
I stayed here for 1 week for business in May 2026. Staff was very friendly and check out was very easy. The room was on a high floor and very well laid out. Great view of the water and Miami! The hotel is attached to a shopping centre and right in the heart of restaurants. Room was great with huge shower and comfortable bed. I asked for a kettle and Mimi fridge which was brought promptly! Great service. The only negative is the room is a bit dark and more lighting would have been great. Great stay!
