EAST Miami

The room was very intimate, with a cozy and comfortable bed that made for a great stay. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking. From the moment you walk into the hotel, everything feels special—the scents, the lobby, even the elevators. I loved it all. The restaurants, nightclub, pool area, and even the attached mall made the experience even better. This will definitely be my new go-to

The valet and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly with arrival and departure. The room was upkept and cleaned daily and upon request. Getting to the mall was easy. The overall environment/experience was vibrant and lively. Wish I had more time to get to enjoy the pool area and the rooftop restaurant/club.

The East Hotel has a prime location, modern amenities, and a lively rooftop that make it appealing at first glance. Unfortunately, the guest experience often falls short, with limited food and beverage availability and confusing service hours. As a hotel guest, I was repeatedly turned away from the rooftop for vague dress code violations, while non-guests seemed to be prioritized. Even breakfast and brunch times left large gaps with no options for guests. Overall, it’s a fun spot if you’re in your 20s and looking for nightlife, but not ideal if you’re well-traveled and seeking consistent, guest-centered service.

A health inspector needs to visit East Hotel brickell on multiple occasions. Upon my initial arrival, the hotel room was clean. However, subsequent visits revealed a filthy rrom during my last stay on August 1st, I had to relocate to another hotel. It seems they use the same cloths for every room, merely doing a quick wipe without any cleaning chemicals, resulting in inadequate cleanliness. I informed the front desk about the issue, and they offered me a credit of $100, but I want them to ensure their rooms are properly cleaned. While the location is convenient, the housekeeping staff appears to lack proper training.

Patricia at the Hotel Concierge was incredible! So attentive to my mother’s comfort and went above and beyond to make our stay truly special for my birthday. And a huge thank you to Jose Luis, who helped my friend coordinate a surprise delivery that made the day even more memorable! Outstanding service and genuine warmth from both! Thank you so much!!
