EB Hotel Miami Airport

We overnighted for a couple of nights at the EB at Miami Int’l Airport after a recent trip to the Keys…. The hotel and room are nice, “European-styled” architecture… hence the name. Room was spacious and very comfortable… bar area lively in the evening. We had a King Suite! Service generally good throughout the hotel …. EXCEPT the front desk, both staff and managers. I advance, I purchased as advertised “romance package” upon arrival, sparkling wine, roses and chocolate-dipped strawberries to be in the room. Upon arrival, nothing in room. I visited with the evening manager, and all would be fixed the following day. On Day 2, I stopped by the front desk to confirm all would be fixed that day. When we returned in the evening, the flowers showed up, but no bubbles or chocolates. I re-visited the front desk again the evening, and they were bewildered that things still weren’t right. I went to the bar myself the retrieve the bottle of sparkling and glasses, the chocolates were to be delivered to the room. When the chocolates did not arrive after a couple of hours, I returned to the front desk yet again, to be told the kitchen was closed, so no chocolates that night. We checked out the next morning, having never received the full package. I was promised a call by the front desk manager, which never came. Total fiasco! Clearly, hotel managers are delegating responsibility for getting things done, not taking ownership interest in guests issues to solve them. Very disappointing … we won’t be back! Do not recommend EB Miami!

Lovely hotel. The EB is our base for trips around Miami and cruises/flights. Aurelio at the front desk is great and all the staff in the restaurant is superb.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a special thank you to the red-haired lady at the front desk (I think her name was Racheal). She was amazing and made everything even better. Everything was well-organized and the service was great. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again!

Simply the Best Airport Hotel in USA or Caribbean I have ever been to. Everything in this Hotel is top notch.. Firstly the Staff They are welcoming, helpful, polite and gracious. I would like to especially mention Viviana, Gustavo and Yanet in the restaurant area who whenever I have been passing through have been superb but on this trip when I am carrying an injury they were so kind and especially compassionate and helpful… Re the Hotel - The rooms really are as spacious as the photos shown and are all Super Clean. At first I thought I must have been upgraded but NO, they really are as shown. The bathrooms are superb…..It is impossible to believe you are in an Airport hotel — after years of Hiltons, Marriotts, Holiday Inn’s etc it was like landing on another planet - this is lovely…. General Feel of Hotel - Spacious, Quality Materials, Super polite helpful intelligent Staff, Very Good Restaurant, Shuttle that is actually nice, on time and with polite drivers. I have recommended this EBHotel to friends and so far the ones who have stayed have the same opinion as I do — Lastly, this doesn’t happen by accident - Quality comes from the Top Down — Whoever owns this Airport Hotel has set out to have a quality product and has achieved it, the managers they employ must have chosen the staff and have trained them so well… Well done to all …. I have no hesitation in recommending this place it is terrific.

I had a fantastic stay at the IBI Hotel in Miami! I especially want to mention Aurelio, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make everything possible – truly outstanding service. The rooms are beautiful, clean, luxurious, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The beds deserve a special mention – they are extremely comfortable, probably the best in the entire city, and even allow you to adjust the mattress firmness by air pressure using a remote control. Absolutely perfect for a restful night’s sleep! The restaurant is excellent, offering a great menu selection, generous portions, and high-quality dishes. The entire staff is extremely friendly and attentive, creating a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The fitness center is modern, well-equipped, and spotless. The location near the airport is ideal – perfect as a starting point for your vacation or before your flight.
