Great hotel loved our pre cruise stay.
Well, first impressions of hotels mean a lot. when you walk into the hotel what a beautiful lobby very clean extremely friendly staff. We use this hotel to stay the night before our cruise and we were not disappointed. Our group of eight Enjoyed the pool and some drinks at the bar. Full disclosure We had a small incident with our room that was promptly addressed by the manager and support staff who went over and above to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The beds are super comfy and surprisingly quiet for the proximity to the airport. If you’re looking for a place to stay before your cruise this is the place. Ohh don’t forget to go visit little havannah.

Nice Hotel...Even Better Service
I don't find Miami a particularly friendly city but that all changes when you enter the oasis of the EB Hotel. Every stay has been excellent but this one I did have an issue with the AC in the original room assigned to me. I discussed it with Aurelio the front desk manager and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy .He deserves a raise and promotion as he's a great asset to this hotel. Just 5 star customer service all the way around. Also for this price point the rooms and amenities cant be beat either. It's the only place I'll stay in Miami.

Five star all the way
Just checked in today after our airport pick up by our friendly hotel driver and I must say the hotel is gorgeous! Ava was at the front desk and could not have been anymore helpful. My husband and I arrived at 12. Our room wasn’t supposed to be ready until 4 but the amazing Ava hooked us up. The room was five star! We headed to the pool, which was heated to relax. After that it was lunch in the restaurant. The yuca bites were delicious along with everything we had. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we cruise again Peggy and Tony

Great service
We stayed overnight on our way home to Seattle. Our flight time caused us some challenges because of how late it was. Aurelio at the front desk really helped us out making sure we had the time we needed at the hotel before we flew out. Thank you Aurelio!
