The hotel had IT issues with their reservations which was frustrating. However, Alvaro checked us in at 1am and did a fantastic job making sure we got our room. During the day, Tanya Paez was very hospitable and kind

My group had an amazing time at the EB Hotel bar! Yuri the bartender was wonderful! He made me a special drink since I didn't know what I wanted. He was fun to be around. We had a wonderful time!

Excellent Experience!! I stayed here two nights after my cruise- it was a wonderful hotel. Everyone was so professional and welcoming. And the food is delicious as well!

We overnighted for a couple of nights at the EB at Miami Int’l Airport after a recent trip to the Keys…. The hotel and room are nice, “European-styled” architecture… hence the name. Room was spacious and very comfortable… bar area lively in the evening. We had a King Suite! Service generally good throughout the hotel …. EXCEPT the front desk, both staff and managers. I advance, I purchased as advertised “romance package” upon arrival, sparkling wine, roses and chocolate-dipped strawberries to be in the room. Upon arrival, nothing in room. I visited with the evening manager, and all would be fixed the following day. On Day 2, I stopped by the front desk to confirm all would be fixed that day. When we returned in the evening, the flowers showed up, but no bubbles or chocolates. I re-visited the front desk again the evening, and they were bewildered that things still weren’t right. I went to the bar myself the retrieve the bottle of sparkling and glasses, the chocolates were to be delivered to the room. When the chocolates did not arrive after a couple of hours, I returned to the front desk yet again, to be told the kitchen was closed, so no chocolates that night. We checked out the next morning, having never received the full package. I was promised a call by the front desk manager, which never came. Total fiasco! Clearly, hotel managers are delegating responsibility for getting things done, not taking ownership interest in guests issues to solve them. Very disappointing … we won’t be back! Do not recommend EB Miami!

Lovely hotel. The EB is our base for trips around Miami and cruises/flights. Aurelio at the front desk is great and all the staff in the restaurant is superb.
