Excellent customer service.
I recommend it 100%. This is a very clean hotel. The girls at the front desk Maye and Kenya are great; very friendly and helpful, same at the restaurant and bar, very nice people. I will definitely come back!

Outstanding Stay During Our Business Event!
Outstanding Stay During Our Business Event! I visited the E.B. Hotel Miami for a business event with about 150 participants, and everything was simply wonderful. From start to finish, the experience exceeded expectations: the facilities were spotless, the service was impeccable, and the event ran smoothly. One of the most impressive surprises was that parking was included for all event attendees... In a city like Miami, that’s almost unheard of! It was such a thoughtful touch that made logistics so much easier for everyone. But the true cherry on top of my stay was Luciano, the young gentleman at the front desk. He went far beyond his duties to help me resolve a wardrobe situation. Even when it seemed there was no solution left, he kept trying... and, to my amazement, he actually found one! His professionalism, kindness, and persistence truly made a difference. Thank you, E.B. Hotel, and especially Luciano, for making my stay not just comfortable but memorable. I’ll definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami for business or pleasure.

Convenient location close to the airport
The room was extremely spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was really good and there is an airport shuttle. The staff is very warm and helpful. My only complainy is that the salmon I had for dinner was a bit disappointing.

Great Experience at EB Hotel
This is a very nice clean hotel. The staff was very pleasant, attentive and helpful. From the time we called for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport until our second shuttle took us to the cruise port the following day we had a great experience. We had lunch, cocktails and dinner at the hotel our first day, we were very happy with our choices. Our breakfast was included with our package. It was not the ordinary breakfast buffet, we had a menu to choose from! We have allready recommended EB hotel to our friends and family and told our travel agent to recommend this hotel to all her clients that go to Miami.
