EB Hotel Miami Airport

Nice hotel about 3 km from the airport’s entrance (and about 200 metres from the actual airport space). I had booked this on an earlier trip, but our routing got cancelled, so I tried again. No wonder the reviews are so great! This is a wonderful facility. Staff are terrific. There is a free shuttle from/to the airport; we didn’t use it (too tired to wait, so took a cab). The rooms are HUGE (about 40 sq. Metres) with a lovely sitting area, a bathroom as big as a stateroom on a cruise ship, and lovely amenities. Quiet, even though it faces the airport. Super bar and restaurant. Nice pool. Front desk staff were wonderful and went the extra mile. Head bartender/waiter at the restaurant was most accommodating and cheerful. JUST A GREAT STAY. Shop around for the best price on line.

It’s been years since I’ve experienced five-star customer service like the kind Diego provided at the front desk. He truly went above and beyond to assist me and my business partners during airline irregular operations. Diego deserves the highest recognition and to be rewarded for his compassion and genuine care for guests.

We stayed one night at the EB in order to make our trip connection. It was unexpected and last minute event but turned out to be a perfect choice. Close to the airport with a free shuttle and a wonderful pleasant driver. The hotel was welcoming and very well appointed with an excellent restaurant on site that was open late. The perfect spot for weary travelers. We were so comfortable we forgot about all the cancelled and rescheduled flights that got us there. Thank you.

We had a brief stay at EB Hotel before catching a flight the next morning. We were greated the most pleasant host Aurelio at the front desk. We had a wonderful corner suite with a beautiful marble bathroom and so much space. We enjoyed a quick meal in the restaurant and a couple of nice beverages to help us wind down after traveling. Overall it was an excellent value, and I would highly recommend EB Hotel to anyone needing a place to stay close to MIA.

Vivianna and Jennifer were the absolute highlights of our long journey. My wife and I were traveling home with our son, who had unfortunately fallen ill after a long cruise. Both women were incredibly kind and empathetic to our situation, working quickly to get us into a room so he could rest. ​When we ordered soup for our son, our room became ready before the food arrived. Without hesitation, Vivianna personally delivered it to our door. Throughout our stay, she never failed to ask how he was feeling every time our paths crossed. Between the beautiful, spotless property and the world-class service from Jennifer and Vivianna, we are now customers for life.
