EB Hotel Miami Airport

Friendly Staff and Fantastic Hotel Visit about 10 Times A year. Nice Shuttle Drivers, Good food, Great bar and Bartenders, Always clean rooms.

This hotel is about 10 minutes from Miami International Airport and is quite nice overall. The rooms are very spacious with an excellent, oversized bathroom. Unfortunately, the water was only warm rather than hot, which was frustrating. The on-site restaurant is good, and despite the proximity to the airport, we never heard any airplane noise. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes. We prefer not to wait after a long flight, so we initially tried to take a taxi. However, because the hotel is so close to the airport, only the “blue” taxis are permitted—and they are few and far between compared to the plentiful yellow taxis. After waiting 15 minutes at 6:00 pm with no taxi in sight, we decided to use the hotel shuttle, which was supposed to arrive in just a few minutes. In reality, it took another 20 minutes to arrive and was completely packed when it did. We were the last passengers able to board, and the next group of four was left behind. While the hotel itself is very nice, the difficulty and delays in getting to and from the airport made the experience more frustrating than it should have been.

Wonderful welcome from Aurelio at reception who I had the pleasure of emailing a few times beforehand and was very kind and responsive in emailing me back. Out standard room was large and spotless. The bathroom was beautiful with an enormous shower. We had a slight issue with our TV but a quick phone call to reception and within 10 a gentleman from maintenance had it all working perfectly. We are in Miranda restaurant in the evening and enjoyed the delicious fayre and breakfast the next morning was delicious and generous too. Each member of staff we interacted with was amazing and everyone clearly had pride in their work, 2 ladies be bumped into in the elevators took a moment to straighten a sign or enquire about our stay….. everyone had an eye for detail and you can feel that attention and warmth throughout the hotel. Overall WONDEFUL stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The service was fabulous. The restaurant manager and her staff, the general manager, front desk and housekeeping. My four night stay was great. Thr room was a good size and the bed super comfortable. I had breakfast ,lunch and dinner which I enjoyed. I'll be back soon. It's now my go to place for Miami.

This hotel is beautiful, elegant, upscale, and located close to the airport (with a free shuttle). Staying at an airport hotel can be less-than-spectacular, but our stay at EB Hotel was a surprisingly delightful experience. Aurelio upgraded our room, which was spotlessly clean and gorgeous. The bar area featured delicious drinks and great service, and we had one of the best meals in our 10-day trip at the restaurant hotel. It was truly a great experience! Believe the great reviews.
